I met a new friend! I had Jessica, a new employee at this salon, do my pedicure and remove my gel nails. She was professional, pleasant to talk to and I am so pleased with my pedicure! She’s there on Wednesdays &?Thursdays as of now. Go see her!

I guess service prices depend on how busy (or not) the place is. When we went, completely empty. It cost $50 for a gel pedicure. There was nothing special about it. I believe I was ripped off due to lack of business for the day. The prices are not advertised either which gives them room to fluctuate the price. I’ve never been anywhere that charged over $30 for a gel pedicure. The quality is poor as well. I could have done a better job myself. I thought I’d give a new place a try but I will not be returning due to poor quality and dishonesty.

My go to nail salon- they take their time, have great attention to detail, are friendly, and remember repeat patrons.

At the end of it all my nails look...acceptable. Price was less than Im used to which helped ease my frustrations. This place is very outdated and unsanitary. The tools she used were not in an autoclaved packet. When i asked about sterilization she pulled out a spray bottle and soaked my fingers and the tools after telling me they were already sterile. I didnt see where she got the tools from, I think they were already sitting on the table. The staff kept trying to touch me (offering hot pillow for the back of my chair and shoulder massage while my nails cured which might be fun for some, but Im sharing as a warning to those who do not like to be touched, like myself. Color selection for gel polish was disappointing and unorganized. I had to ask my tech to finish The tips of my nails...and then once they were all done she took a file and proceed to file The tips of my nails removing all that polish. Finishing the tips is very important with gel, it helps The manicure hold longer without chips or splitting. The whole place is unorganized and old looking. I will not return. Good luck to those who try.

Very clean, very indulgent service. They go above and beyond any other place I’ve ever been - nationwide! I️ don’t live in the area, but will make it a point to come back here.

This is my 2nd try here. The place is clean. In the middle of my pedicure they switched ladies which I didn’t like I guess for a regular. I still felt the same way when I came in as far as my feet were concerned. She basically just cleaned my feet threw nail polish on and that was it. Paying this much for a pedicure my feet should like like I got a pedicure. After my pedicure I got my eye brows done. She proceeded to put the wax halfway down my nose... at that point it was enough

The place is clean, the technicians speak English. Everyone in the store was so pleasant. Unlike other places- a regular pedicure- they use hot towels and massage yr whole leg, and then they take out the hot stones. So delicious. Best of all its so clean.

My daughter introduced me to this salon. She and her friend are long time customers. Due to a physical challenge, I’ve had horrible experiences elsewhere. Here? Super kind, professional and wonderful work. So superior to others that I’m a customer for life.

Disappointing ... had a 1 pm apt today after I called hours before & they took someone ahead of me and told me it would be a 20 minute wait. They have their favorites. Will not return. I work overnights & my time is valuable. Went to Oasis nails and they were awesome !

I have been going to Top Art Nail for over a year and always look forward to my appointments. All the ladies are super friendly and great at what they do (and that with a smile on their faces) The salon is very clean and quiet even though they get pretty busy. I highly recommend YOUNG for her attention to detail and putting up with a picky person like me :) She is super sweet and a very qualified technician. THERA is my technician for waxing and she is quick and thorough and makes the experience as painless as it can be. I really appreciate it that these ladies take their time and care enough to double check everything to make sure you get the best service possible. I have also come here with friends and they were equally happy with their services. After lots of trial and error and many bad nail salons I have finally found one that I leave happy and relaxed every time. I have tried most nail salons in the Cherry Hill and Haddonfield areas and this is by far the best! I had originally found them thorough Yelp and I am so very glad I trusted all the positive reviews. I especially love their almond pedicure, which is the longest, most relaxing pedicure one could get - just wonderful! Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

I never have written reviews for anything, and I have been here before with no problems, however I received awful service at this salon and had to share. I asked for acrylic refill when the tech used gel UV builder instead, stating was “better for my nails”. The UV light burned, but I was mostly upset how BUBBLED up the product was on my nail. I assumed she could thin it out, however, she filed with a hand file soooo aggresively my skin ripped. As my cuticles were ripped, she continually ensured me that she wasn’t finished. I lost the length of my nail, and she used her nails to push my skin off the acrylic. This later made me bleed when I got home. The nail acrylic remained bubbled, but it was also not filled to my cuticle, appearing as if I NEED a fill. And finally, the polish was not covering my nail. The nails appear bumpy by my cuticle where the “acrylic” is.I tried to discuss this politely and patiently, however the owner Moon, who seemed reasonable, was combative. She stated she tried to do what I wanted and she denied that my fingers were hurt. I overpaid $35 for this product, when I just intended to get a simple acrylic fill. I tried to be understanding that perhaps the nail tech didn’t do well, however, Moon’s attempt to fix this quickly turned defensive.

I wasn’t going to write a review, basically because I don’t hold grudges when it comes to bad service.But I can not hold my tongue on this, I came here because of the good rating, but regretted it after receiving my gel manicure. (36+tip)It was rushed, my cuticles aren’t evenly trimmed and my polish is uneven as well. The simple line design I asked for is horrible, it looks like a 12 year old did it. I couldn’t stay to get them fixed since I was in a rush to meet up with friends, but had called in to get them fixed the next morning.I decided to read he reviews on other people’s experiences and the one woman’s same issue I had is why I won’t be going back to correct them & choose to go to my original salon to get them completely redone. It’s a live and learn situation.But if you can, avoid the mistake and look elsewhere. I won’t cheat on my salon again.

I wanted to treat my girlfriend to a manicure, pedicure. First time visiting this facility. Her experience was horrible! Her nail technician cut both of her toes while doing her pedicure. My girlfriend complained and the lady disregarded her discomfort and pain. Even after the terrible job she did, my girlfriend had enough class to leave a tip. The owner was still unbelievably rude, as if it was not enough. Two days later, after having pain and discomfort walking, she had to go to an Urgent Care Facility, only to discover both of her toes got an infection from this pedicure. Unbelievable! She was prescribed antibiotics. After our wasted time and aggravation at the Urgent Care and pharmacy, we decided to go back to this place with the diagnosis and requested our money back. The owner showed no empathy, did not care and kept repeating how she has been in business for 10 years. After an hour of pointless conversation, she gave us $57 dollars back. Terrible place, poor customer service and even worse management.

I have never written a review for anything before. Not a single thing. I say that to make it known that I feel so strongly about my experience here that I feel compelled to write one. I got a gel manicure on Saturday- by one of the managers. At least thats what her name tag said. It was totally sloppy. I could tell that the gel would lift quickly, my cuticles were not trimmed, and I asked for round but got some shape that is definitely not round yet not exactly square. I did not complain then because I did not have time to sit and have her redo them and I knew Id be able to get to my usual salon by next weekend. So I had my nails done at about 4 pm Saturday. By Sunday at 6 am in the car on the way to work I noticed 2 nails where the gel had started to lift. I wanted to go back Monday- out of principal because I spent $30 plus tip. They are closed Mondays so I went today. By now several other nails were messed up and had started to lift. If I spend 30 plus dollars I expect a gel manicure to last at the very least 24 hours. I went in and they seemed happy to fix them. However, when the same woman who had done them Saturday started to file my nail bed to remove the gel, she filed so far down that she reached my tissue. I pulled my hand away out of pain. She took my hand back and not seeing any blood she started to file again. I pulled my hand away and said you cant file anymore! you filed down to my tissue and I dont even know what you are filing. The polish is off. She apologized and said shed be more careful. While she let my filed nail bed cool off a bit she began to paint another nail that had lifted- without soaking off the old polish and painting right over the spot that had lifted. I told her not to worry about it and that I was just going to go. She apologized and asked me to stay. So being the pushover that I am I allowed her to finish the mess she had started. I could not get out of there fast enough. I left with a (still) throbbing finger and the rest of my nails still looking totally sloppy. I do not understand how your job is to do nails and you can be this bad at it. I mean can it be that difficult? No offense to anyone at all. I just cant understand how your job is to paint nails and you are bad at it. On top of it this woman was one of the managers. I would like to say that I have been here many times before in the past. They always do a great pedicure. However every time Ive had a gel mani its sloppy and doesnt last. After this experience I will never come here again, needless to say. Its one thing to get a bad manicure. Injuring someone takes it to a whole other level. I gave one star because I had to in order to post.

This is a very clean, quiet salon with friendly technicians that pay attention to detail. I went in for a mani/pedi (my first pedicure!) and got a basic package, but even that was a spa type experience. I highly recommend this place.

It surprises me they have regulars clients! Our experience was horrible. They have nail ART in their name. We brought simple nail design pictures to get a gel mani and normal pedi for my sisters wedding. The lady that runs the place (Moon?) said they can do it. Their versions of the designs were horrible over and over again. Then just to clear my sisters nails with a plain color they ended up charging her for 2 manicures and for the designs they screwed up. Bottom line, dont say you can do something you clearly cant, then tell me that I should have brought something easier, then charge me double anyway. I was disgusted by their business practices. Oh, and the gel mani chipped faster than any Ive had before to make it worse! It would have been much better of they just said they couldnt do it. When they tried convincing us it was our fault I couldnt believe the nerve! For the record, we paid the full amount and tipped them. We didnt want anything for free but what they did was wrong.
