I visited your store to ask a few questions about tires and talked to Eric and he was so rude I will not be returning and I will be putting a review on yelp. He need to know how to talk to the customer. Costomer service is big in the world right now. I was very upset.

Dont waste your time or money at this place because place is a joke along with all individuals employed at this location.Very unprofessional management along with lack of capable service technicians because they lack basic knowledge, skills, & tools to work as an automotive technician. I really was shocked that the place is even still in business because I was a master certified General Motors service tech for 35yrs & there is something very wrong going on with this establishment because the whole of every single aspect of my visit to get a simple oil change was so unreal I almost thought I was on one of those prank comedy shows because of how every moment of my time at this supposed auto repair & service establishment was just plain &:simple not proper & think had I had oil change performed God only knows if I would have been able to even get home from unqualified techs & service management??? So I have to give any person fair warning about the capabilities of this establishment with absolutely everything💯

Had a screw in my tire so in my journey to find as speedy a repair as possible wound up at Monro. Got Ian on the line when I called and he told me he’d take a look. He got my car up on the lift within seconds and had me back on the road in 30 minutes - he patched it up, not plugged - patch is the next best thing to a new tire, then a plug. Good guy really glad I stopped in. Highly recommend.

This place is so under staff. Good luck trying to get service here. You better off going to the 3 other auto shop nearby. NEVER AGAIN. Was a loyal customer. I wish I could give this place zero stars..

The worse place to go if you want anything done. The place is called Monroe Mufflers hello. I went in about 2 weeks ago. Shop was a ghost town full of Crickets!!! I needed to get a price on a replacement flange pipe for my Ford Ranger. Shop Manager was ignorant and rude and referred me to Penn Muffler in Pennsauken. So a muffler shop turned down a simple easy job because of Laziness and lack of customer service satisfaction.

Got a flat tire the other day on a road trip. Ian got me in and out in 20 minutes. Awesome service. Thanks!!

For a place to be so close to chick fi la I would think they would have better customer service I will never come here again they charged me 28 dollars extra for a oil change and then told me they had no military discount when I been getting military discounts for months they tried to charge me and extra 950 for mantience work that my care didnt need shoppers beware they are 1only 1 step above walmart but Im bout ready to take my chances smh dont come here

Went here for a tire plug, the guy wasn’t helpful at all. Told me I needed a new tire because it was in the tred block when it wasn’t and I had to explain that to him at least 3 times. when all I needed was it plugged from a nail, I went to a conoco gas station instead and they plugged my tire and I was all good to go in 15 minutes. The guy from here was just rude when I’d ask him questions and didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. Don’t go here.

Having your car break down when you’re far from home is on my list of least-favorite surprises. I chose Monro for repairs after seeing so many good reviews online, and I can definitely see why people give them so many stars. Ian was helpful and knowledgeable, and made me feel like my car and I were in good hands. The repairs were finished quickly and well, and for a reasonable price. I really couldn’t be happier. If you ever find yourself in New Jersey with a broken-down car, I recommend trusting these guys. Ian will take good care of you!

What I liked, versus what I didnt like. Likes: Decent service, will do what you pay to do. Dislikes: did exactly that when i came for service. Brought the wrong tire pressure sensor for my vehicle and although the item says program BEFORE installation, somehow the item was installed and then i was notified about the incompatibility. Guess what these guys also manage to do? Charge me for it. 😑😑

They provided exceptional service with reasonable rates. The work was done right on time with no hassle. They answered all questions honest and open. Shout out to Cliff for that! I am glad I found them as I will surely be a repeat customer

I had a really great experience at this Monro location. First of all, this is one of the cleanest shops I’ve been to in a long time! I went there for an oil change and found out that due to another company’s negligence, I needed a Helix chord in order to do the next oil change, after the one I received that day. I wasn’t surprised by this because I found out about the issue with Sears Auto, who’s mechanic caused the issue in the 1st place but they wanted to charge me for the problem that THEY caused so I didn’t trust they would do the job correctly and fairly, hence my visit to Monro. The Assistant Manager, Tom, gave me honest good help and advice. He was very knowledgeable and openly honest which made me feel much more comfortable. They did a GREAT job with the work that was needed (oil change, helix chord added, tire & other diagnostic checks). It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics so I have to applaud and give big props whenever I experience one. Although I will always recommend making an appointment first, I have found the employees and Managers at this location be quite accommodating whenever possible and they do great work! I would recommend making an appointment with them for your car needs. Kudos to the employees at this company’s location!

First time I went to this store, and I found the manager to be very knowledgeable & professional. Decided to get the brakes done here for a reasonable price, worth the trip over to Jersey. I needed brakes and I was in a hurry. I stopped in they were able to give me an estimate, a discount and quick service. Cliff, the manager was very helpful, professional and polite. He checked in with me every step of the process. They called when my car was ready and was very efficient. The price was excellent and service was great.

I caught a flat tire and didnt have a spare tire. They were due to close, but the manager Cliff was able to locate a tire nearby, retrieve it and have his guys put it on for me. Everyone there was polite and courteous. Not to mention service was fast!! Great job!

Consistently have been going to Monro for oil changes and tire rotations. When I moved to South Jersey, I was happy to find one a few minutes away in Cherry Hill.Always impressed with the quality and speedy service at the Cherry Hill location. Staff is very friendly and personable. They’re straight forward with what my car needs and never try to sell me something unnecessary. Never felt bored in the waiting area as they always play good shows on TV and have free WiFi. Will keep going back for sure!

I scheduled two separate appointments in two days at this shop. Oil change one day and a long delayed tire pressure management system needing attention for approximately eight months. Your mechanic read up on how to activate it and successfully managed to re-boot and activate the system. Nice job!

I always have amazing service here. I never have to wait for a scheduled appointment. Oil changes are quick. I got my breaks and rotors changed here and I have no complaints. They have given me discounts on more then 1 occasion.

I would always take my car to Honda service center but they couldn’t see me for almost a week for bad brakes. Monroe fit me right in, they showed me everything needed, they use quality parts , and the price was very fair. I definitely recommend this place.

Needed these guys to do a job on a busy holiday weekend Saturday and they delivered an efficient job and fixed my worn out brakes! I scheduled online then called them, and was greeted with friendly service throughout. They helped me out in a real pinch!

Definitely found themselves a repeat customer!I have now been coming here for years even though I dont work by the CH Mall anymore- first with my Kia Soul and now with my Subaru BRZ. The employees are honest and helpful. During one visit, it was recommended that I replace my engine filter. After I showed an interest in doing that myself, the mechanic literally walked me through the process and showed me on my own car how to install the new filter.

I experienced delayed starts with my vehicle. A friend recommended to take my vehicle to Monroe. My response Wheres that? I quickly googled the name and found this location. They were great!!! You know how places they tell you this and that is wrong with your vehicle and try to convince you the work is needed and they recommend you to get it done, they did not (i guess because nothing was really wrong other than the battery; which I diagnosed.....lol). I will return without hesitation.

Almost a year ago I got a cat back exhaust kit for my car; so I brought it to them for the installation, they gave me a quote of a little over $100; it took them about an hour and charged me $130; felt like a pretty honest price and it seemed to be good work. A year later and no issues with the exhaust system they installed, and sounds great. I would spend my money there again if need be.

Drove to Cherry Hill from Phila because I was referred by a friend. Was very pleased with the service. Had a few questions and was helped by Cliff who was very helpful. Will definitely go back

Watch theses guys! Took my car in for an oil change and was the SECOND time they told me my rear brakes were on last leg. They wanted $300 both times. Thought that was strange because I just got the brakes done at Penn Muffler 2 months ago and got checked and brakes were practically in new condition still. I had to waist hours getting my brakes checked and dont have that kind of time. It is wrong what these guys are doing
