The customer service here was excellent, and my truck is driving like a dream. I took it in for an oil change (and I knew I needed a few other things). They did a full inspection and texted me a detailed report. I really liked being able to see everything laid out in front of me. I then spoke with Kevin who was very patient in answering all of my questions. I was incredibly excited when I picked up my truck that it was clean and the interior was wiped down. I will only be bringing my cars here from now on, highly recommended!

I called to make sure they would replace my tire since I already bought it and they assured me they would be able to replace it. I spent the money to have Uber drive me to their shop and the mechanic refused to replace it for me. They wasted my time and money and all they had to say was that was my fault.

Jim from Matthey Automotive found an oil leak on my car during a routine oil change. My extended warranty was ready to expire and I got the repair in just under the wire. Thanks again Jim for saving me a big future repair bill. This is my place for maintenance for the rest of that cars life. Top level service is difficult to find.
