These people are a fraud. Be aware of what they tell you. I visited this specific store trying to upgrade my iPhone 8 Plus about 2 weeks ago. A representative told us to wait for the iPhone 13. Stating that there is a grace period from the iPhone 13 release and that if we did not like the deals for the iPhone 13 we could still get the iPhone 12 with the same discount ($700 off with trade in). However, upon the release of the iPhone 13 we are only able to get $350 in promotional credit for our iPhone 8 Plus. Screenshot below was taken a day before the release which clearly states we would be able to get the $700 promotional bonus with phones worth $95 and up. AT&T is unwilling to honor their promotional. Clearly a bait and switch tactic to get their customers to purchase a new phone. I’ve been a customer of AT&T for over 10 years. I am absolutely disgust by their service and tactic. Posting this as a warning to anyone trying to acquire AT&Ts service. You have been warned.

Have been an AT&T customer for almost 20 years, and have had a lot of problems. Yesterday was the worst. My son went to an AT&T store yesterday to make sure his phone he bought 4 months ago would still work because we keep getting messages his phone wouldn’t work when they stop 3G. The store assured him it would work, just needed to update our account because new phone wasn’t listed. When he got home he had no internet, and I got an email saying they deleted it! He went right back to store, and of course the man who “helped” him wasn’t there. They couldn’t figure out what happened but said we HAD to get a new plan. We had an old plan they didn’t like but we loved. Did NOT want to do that, but they said no choice. (My son had me get on the phone with them). We very reluctantly agreed. They took his phone to the back room to change plans (can not imagine why) and when they came out, phone still had no internet! It was a PERFECTLY working phone before this all started, and my son loved it. But it wasn’t an AT&T phone, so I truly wonder what happened in the back room. They insisted he had to get a new phone. He really needs phone (who doesn’t), so we felt like we had no choice. They only had phones that were very expensive so he left and spent hours looking for another phone , and he finally found one. But the point is he had a working phone in the morning before he went to he AT&T store, and left with a non working phone. Give me a reason to not change companies. We have been paying a lot every month too!

Unfortunately, my iPhone went kaput and with no with time to replace it before my 5:30am flight. The plane landed in Buffalo where I first went to the Apple store, who couldn’t fit me in for five hours.......RIDICULOUS.I then went to AT&T. Shawn greeted me instantly. Without hesitation he sold me a new phone and had me on my way within minutes. Great customer service and knowledgeable of the products. Thanks again, Shawn.

We were greeted promptly the sales associate told us of a promotion we did not know we qualified for. The girl was very nice. we always get great service at this store.

O. M. G. I got a new phone and the place was hopping. The gentleman who helped me was basically setting up my phone. While I was waiting this older woman came in with her adult daughter. They waited together for a bit had a quiet conversation and the daughter left. After a bit my phone was done and it was the womans turn and she realized her phone is gone. Very upset, obviously. I let her use my phone to see if she simply misplaced it in her Christmas bags. No answer. She almost in tears, so I call for her again. This time someone picks up and its her daughter. Shes mistakenly has the phone in her car and shes in parking lot downstairs. Without hesitation the AT&T worker offered to go downstairs to the daughters car to grab the phone for her. And as I left the building I watched him coming in from the rain with the womans phone. Great job, dude.

Salesperson-Shawn was prompt, polite, personable and attentive. He was able to get what we needed done and went above and beyond in helping us with our account. Shawn was also able (with lots of help from my husband) to convince me to add another line early, which I was planning to do in May

Switched over to AT&T today Ty was the gentleman who helped us and also Shawn helped as well. We have previously gone in when we were thinking of switching and the salesmen we spoke to then was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely would recommend them to anyone great service.

An employee at the Walden galleria location completely lied to me and told me that I could switch my phone number after I activated my phone but now I have to pay and extra 75 dollars to continue service with my phone number. He lied to me and cost me almost 80 dollars.

Had to wait forever to ask how to unlock my phone since I am with Verizon, but was given an AT&T locked phone by the Apple store. I was told they dont do that in stores, and given a URL to the site where I can unlock it. The URL was wrong, and I actually went back to the Verizon store where THEY helped me get on the website and unlock my phone. Very grateful to Verizon, but the service at AT&T is horrible, this is exactly why I switched.

If you guys in the Buffalo area. Dont do business with the store on Walden Ave. They was ruled & refused to help me with a simple problem. I had to go across to the Galleria Mall for help.

Ive been with AT&T for 7 years and have 5 lines.. EVERYTIME .....!!! I go into any of the stores near me to get a phone because one of mine broke they are out of stock.. It is hard to drive around store to store to try to find a phone in my busy work schedule....
