The greeter tried his best to keep customers upbeat, however the wait was TOO LONG. When we finally were waited on, the representative was SOOO rude! Her trainee actually laughed at my 80 year old mother because she was turning in equipment that she forgot to turn in. I thought her bill was too high ($179.00) so I asked if there was another plan she could switch to. All the special rates I see advertised, are a lie! Other customers I talked to were telling me about Choice 10. But that RUDE representative said there was no plan available and turning in the equipment only brought her bill down to $167.00. My mother only watches 2 channels and has even forgotten how to use her internet without help. It a SHAME how they treat seniors. When I pay her bill off, I will CANCEL Spectrum!!!!!!

Spectrum cable TV has taken things to another place for me I have had services throughout the many changes (name changes) for over 40 years and I have been a very loyal customer and I have been there for many price changes they used to give incentives to loyal customers to continue to stay with the company, But baby these prices are RIDICULOUS AND THEY ARE CONTINUING TO GO UP EVERY SINGLE MONTH and its not affordable for the struggling families who try to hang on and they DONT WANT TO HELP YOU YOU AT ALL.

Did not like and or feel appreciated by the customer service. As soon as I walked in I got attitude from the greeter and first to help me so I spoke with supervisor and it took him literally not even 60 seconds to achieve what I was coming in for in the first place.

Was extremely surprised at this great experience. No wait. Went in with Attitude to exchange equipment, expecting to be given a hard time. Wanted to exchange combo modem for separate router and modem figuring theyd give me a hard time, but the guy just gave me what I wanted, was very cheerful and it was all great. Thank you!

Really good experience here, very friendly rep (Don) who patiently helped me set up a new phone. It helps calling Spectrum Customer Service to get things explained to you and being told what you need to do ahead of time/what you can expect when you go to the store.

We went in to get my wife a phone to replace a Cricket prepaid phone, hoping to keep the number with the new device. We were approached by a young man named Joshua Harris. He recommended the LG K15 phone to my wife, which turned out to be exactly what she needed. Joshua was very professional, and helped us out greatly with a problem getting the info from Cricket to port the number over. He was friendly and courteous, and answered all our questions and concerns. As a representative, I give him 5 stars! Im going to be switching my phone over to Spectrum soon, and will definitely go back to see him for the service. Good Job, Josh!

They messed up my entire bill. I came here to return my television receiver and cancel my television package and instead they only returned the box and never cancelled anything. Now for the hundredth time I get to call customer service to cancel it properly and fix my bill because they tried to charge me for television! Thanks Spectrum 👍🏽

Mrs Davis and her staff were very friendly and helpful when I went into the store to exchange and upgrade my equipment and service. They assured me the setup would be easy but if I had any issues I could get assistance to walk me through it. I was in there to get a new phone and the system kept glitching. I really needed a new one before I walked out. Glynniss was very very patient with me and the system and she must have tried 10 times to get my account to accept the new phone. I was there for an hour and a half and the entire time she was very helpful, patient and kind. The entire staff on that day were all very cheerful despite the other disgruntled customers who came in. I would definitely recommend going here.

Associates are very unprofessional sans are big deceivers and lairs when it comes to equipmentsThey claimed that they don’t provide two separate Routers and Modems .... when I requested to cancel my new account that was established yesterday they asked me to do it over the phone I have to do the call . Why?!!!! and they know that it’s a very tedious process over the phone and waiting and hold time exceeds forty minutes..., because they are obviously short of staff .... Mean Company..,Switched to Verizon it’s much better service and more civilized staff.Good Luck to all.

I went in to pay my bill, since they mail the bills out so late that theres usually not much time to mail it in. There was a female employee who was helping people use the self serve machine. When she had finished helping the people ahead of me, she simply walked away without even asking me if I needed any help. Fortunately I didnt. But the guy behind me did. As I was leaving, he was trying to get her attention, hopefully he did. She was still in the waiting area. I have to wonder why she simply walked away without checking to see if he or I were in need of help.

I went to drop off a modem after canceling a service on the only day I personally had an opportunity but the electricity was off due to weather(they should have a generator). I tried to ask the employees if I can give them the modem and they can write down my info but without any hesitation shouted NO! I wouldve felt better if they wouldve apologized for the inconvenience of me coming and not being able to return my modem(weather its there fault or not). Instead they were more excited to tell me NO! WE CANT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU RIGHT NOW YOU HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN LATER!

Renovations have the space small and dusty temporarily. Of the three maybe four reps working only one really knew company policy and procedures and constantly had to help the other two. Then of course when it was my turn the rep left the counter to help 5 people use the payment machine e so they did not have to wait there turn in line for a rep. Whats the point of having the payment machine in the libby???!!

There was over 22 names on the board with 3 employees working on a Saturday. I sat waited for 30 mins. Over this time only one name moved off the list. I listened to employee after employee converse back and forth and talk about their social life, C-pap machines, and anything other than helping customers in the store. I can tell the new Spectrum mobile service is a world of headaches. I understand it would take more than 5 mins to help a customer but you can tell the employees are just running out the clock. Cant wait for a different service one day.

My only advise is make sure that the employees at this location are telling the truth make them repeat what there telling you a few times and you repeat it back to them (as if you are trying to confuse them) they are only about money and will tell you what ever you want to hear to get money. I was lied to multiple times and I proved it to Spectrum head quarters thanks to the liars here my cable was free for 2 months.

Had such a great experience with her with my equipment replacement and giving me information on their Cell phone plans. After taking in the information that she provided, headed back to the same location to see Glynniss to switch over my cell phone plan for me and my husband. Glynniss was so helpful, patient, informative and kind throughout the process. Went above and beyond through the entire process. Very busy store but worth the wait, the agent personally came to me and introduced herself as I was waiting to be seen, she carried my equipment to the counter. At the counter not only did she fix my issue but she took the time to inform me how to get the best use from the services I already had with them. I had no idea how many features I simply wasn’t using to make my life easier because I just wasn’t aware of them. At the end of our conversation she gave me a sheet to remind me of the features if I forgot as well as her card so I can email her directly for any questions or concerns I might have in the future. This was truly top notch customer service. Thanks for giving me your best.

Arrived super early in the morning to avoid the continual long lines here. Was successful as there were only three other people ahead of us as we checked in. This is the second time we went to go pay a bill there because the first time the kiosk did not work and the line was over an hour to pay the staff member. The kiosk today didnt work again, however at least the line was only three people deep. The staff member took our payment and answered our questions promptly, courteously and was very friendly.

Helpful staff, easy sign in process and a call ahead service make the Spectrum store easy to deal with. Most of the time they can troubleshoot problems or replace equipment on the spot. They also have a payment kiosk, so no waiting in line for a billing issue.

Wish a 0 star review was available. Stuck on the phone for over an hour. Cant even talk to an actual human. Once a human is on the line they lie to you and pretend they will actually help. I was told I would be receiving a new modem in the mail by the end of the week. (Needed a new one because my speeds are much lower than the speeds promised) Anyway, the week goes by, no modem. I call again and they said they sent it to a spectrum store instead and I had to swap it out. So I go to the store and its packed with over 30 unsatisfied customers. Store closed before they were able to help me. We need a new cable provider in this area. Spectrum sucks, lies to their customers, and cant even hire a human to answer the phones. Complete garbage.

Absolutely terrible service! Dropped off a modem in early November and waited over 40 minutes to get service! Reps are pushing the cell phone service over servicing the cable issues which is why most people are there. Rep was extremely rude and picked a verbal fight with me when he heard me comment that they must make a commission on the phones they sell. Was close to making a corporate complaint but that sorry company doesn’t deserve anymore of my time!!

It is a small building with ample parking and seating inside to wait for your number to be called. Unfortunately, the lady who handled my change of service did not do it correctly. Luckily, I called to check on my installation time and found out that it had not been scheduled. I had to re-schedule it again for a week later.

Terrible customer service. I went in to pay my bill today and had a $25 installation credit from when I first signed up with Spectrum. I normally pay my bill online so I was unable to use my credit when making payment online. I normally dont have any type of business or errands where the Spectrum store is located. I was able to make it to the Spectrum store today to pay my bill with my $25 credit card from the associate who signed me up with spectrum and because the credit was from September she wouldnt honor it. I always thought a credit is a credit it shouldnt matter when you use it. I wasnt going to put up a fight it wasnt worth it so I just paid my bill without the credit. Thank you cashier. 20287444

I was trying all morning to get someone to help me over the phone your employees keep transferring mesomeone employee to the next to the next to the next finally I get where Im supposed to be in the guy hangs up on meso I had to take time out of my day to drive to a spectrum store and I get there and your computers are down this was all an aggravating nightmare. I feel like I should be compensated for my time and aggravation
