Great place for a quick workout. Many many stations for cleaning supplies. Not very crowded and everyone in the front desk is very friendly and helpful.

I travel a lot and the fact that Planet Fitness is everywhere I am is simply amazing. But the best part is that the customer service is great and the machines are always clean.. Planet fitness is a great place to enjoy my peace of mind while working out

A decent size fitness center, that doesnt have a intimidating atmosphere. The equipment is well maintained and organized. I enjoyed the large tv monitors, that you can watch and listen to if you have headphones. So the noise level for a gym is pretty low. They have massage beds/chairs, as well as a full body tanning experience machine. All available to you but for a extra charge. But if you sign up for their black card pass, these extra features are all available to you for free. For $22 per month that is a pretty good deal, especially since you can bring a friend for free. There are so many other perks for having this pass compared to the basic membership. You definitely have to check it out.

Nicholas Patterson, club manager of planet fitness did not allow my son to go inside the gym as a guest but other people let him into the gym. So, I am really upset of his behavior. If I could put as my rating 0 stars I would.

If you are a black card member and this is your first time using this location, know that they wont let you use the water fountain so bring your water jug unless you want to constantly buy one of their water bottles. But feel free to take a shower because they are open. People use those showers over and over. Dont they know people JO in the shower. So you cant refill your water bottle but you are welcome to take a shower. Im sure you will be greeted by Covid and its friend, STD. So backwards. No need to email you. Just fix it.

I just recently started going to the Gym in March, and I really enjoy coming to this facility. Its always clean and the staff as well as Gym members are great about keeping the environment safe and friendly.

None of the workers pay attention to what go on in the gym. One night me and 3 other girls got robbed in the locker rooms and they didn’t pay attention to catch who did it and did not try to solve the problem at all. I suggest you find a different location

I was trying to cancel my membership, they asked me to send them a letter. I sent the letter asking them to cancel it. Today they charged me for the next month. I called them today and spoke with one of their agent and he said that they did not even check letters. I was very upset that they know how to charge but they did not check letters. Ask me to send me the letter again. Probably I would not recommend because they are not responsible to the needs of their clients, and do not do anything to help to their clients to solve their problems.

Planet fitness is by far the cleanest gym I have been to in years! Great staff! Great equipment! Great members!

Not a bad gym, didnt have any complaints while going there. I moved while they were closed due to COVID - I called to cancel my membership and was told I have to go to my home gym (very inconvenient as I have moved and also why subject additional people to the possible infection of covid????), or write a letter. Id also like to discuss with someone why I was charged an additional fee without even being notified that the gym has reopened and was going to continue charging my account.Long story short: decent facility, doesnt think about convenience for their customers.UPDATE:Was contacted by PF to reach out by email. Emailed and was told they could do nothing to help me as they handle social media, was referred to the original phone number where this whole story started.Finally made it to the home gym to cancel, there was no manager to speak to about a refund. Called again today to be told that they arent giving out refunds - including for the month that was charged on the day after they closed their facility for COVID. Completely ridiculous. I will be disputing the charges with my bank.

I had a mask on the whole time the mean lady said it had to be over my nose and not cloth, I told her I wear this everywhere, but the guy working out had his shirt off my feeling I wasnt her type.. rude

Be careful when you sign up at planet fitness.I joined planet fitness an year ago and haven’t been there for more than a month. After a few months I tried to cancel the membership but they wouldn’t let me cancel the membership either online or on phone even if you could verify your identity. Even after 12 month agreement they will still charge you every month and wouldn’t let you cancel the membership on phone or online.

Love the atmosphere. Nobody sits around and stare because theyre in there for the same reason. Lets GO

My favorite planet fitness location. They have thre Koolest staff and a super clean facility!

Liking it so far, just joined recently.Theyre willing to help you, if you ask for it.They will make a training schedule based on your needs, which is nice.

Great environment to workout in. I really liked the sectional areas which allowed for concentration. I did feel judged at all. Just a up beat place.

Friendly staff. No touch check in and lots of cleaning stations available.

You will not be able to end your term early so be warned

Love the environment here... nice place and staffs are friendly too. Musics they play sucks sometimes but bring your own headphones I guess.

Never too busy, plenty of machines and free weights. The place is always clean. And theres no obnoxious muscle heads slamming weights. Great for all levels of fitness. The staff could be friendlier. Always sitting at the desk on their phones

Its a good gym they just dont have a real bench they just have the assist bench but if you know how to workout this place could be great. Its never packed and for those first time people getting in the gym they do offer classes

They have sent me high bill, calling them since three days everyone trying to bluff me manager will call you now one call and when I talk to manager, he said talk to general manager she will resolve my issues but she is very busy persons looks like she work in White House!! They should know how to treat with customer, there is huge competition in the current system.

The locker room is TRASH compared to the other facilities in the buffalo area. The other locations have a private changing space for each individual shower. You can have your phone with you.. products for the shower with you in a dry place. Also, you may undress privately.. shower.. then change into clean clothes and be on your way without going back and forth to your locker.

From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with the positive vibe and energy a overweight individual needs to not feel judged or insecure. KEVIN the class trainer is awesome, he has the perfect attitude, encouraging and motivates you to keep pushing yourself. and the front desk staff is awesome as well one staff even owned me his headphone adapter so I could push thru!I’ve been to many gyms and personally didn’t like the energy, the vibes and the stares but this place I love!That judgement free culture is really felt! 💪🏽💪🏽

Joined this gym a few months ago. Always very clean and well maintained. I like coming here and always feel comfortable when working out.

I mostly like the hours and the pricing. Its nice to be able to go any time.

Great gym. New. Cheap. No ability to use free weights for bench squat or dead lift

Love it here, but..lately the music is way too loud..going over my head phones!! Also it opens too late on Sat and Sun morning and closes too early on those days. Should be 6am to 9pm on weekends.

No pool, no sauna, no steam room, but for 10$ a mo th it has all the cardio and weight lifting equipment I want, wish it was open 24hrs on friday or the weekends but for the price its a bargain

My home gym, its clean and the staff are efficient. The bathroom/locker room never smells bad and equipment is always clean because you can wipe everything down

2 stars because the facility is nice, but the employees are unhelpful. Didn’t explain to me that I had to pay a 2mth annual fee or $58 to cancel my membership. I work and wanted a closer gym but now I’m frantic to cancel because that fee is way too much. Wish this was explained to me thoroughly before I signed up.

Clean, nice music could be a lil bit higher on the volume. Also would be nice if they had a boxing bag hung up but other than that the place is very very good... staff is friwndly, they have wayy more professionalism than most places

I am BEYOND delighted for this location to open it will be a breath of fresh air ...sad to see Joe leave hasn’t been the same since .. Devon and his team, upon just meeting them WOW wonderful hands on interaction ! And such an energy contagious and I miss that so Huge thankies lol Cannot wait to make it my new HOME gym !!

24/5 great gym, all the equipment you coukd want. Smells good. Only problem is they the keep the air conditioning up too high. Its frezzing in here.
