Ive been working with Pella for windows and sliding doors on all my projects exclusively for the past two years. Im extremely happy with their products, their prices, but especially with how well their team takes care of me. Mitchell, specifically, is amazing at his job and a delight to work with. I highly recommend!

Update on door!Since my previous post, our front door finally arrived and was installed at the end of June . . . nearly six months after it was ordered. What we discovered, however, was that the door and sidelights were not what we ordered, so the Pella Sales Representative reordered the sidelights so that they would match the door. We were told we should receive the sidelights in a few weeks. When the sidelights arrived, we were told that an installer would not be available for over a month, so we patiently waited until this morning for the install. Unfortunately, Pella once again produced the incorrect sidelights, so we again must wait for weeks for our front door to be completed. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE and I will never, ever, recommend Pella as a reputable company.As a homeowner who was thrilled with our Pella door at our previous residence, we didn’t hesitate to contact Pella here when we moved to Cleveland and needed a new door. We met with the salesperson the first week of January and were told it would be here in 8-10 weeks. That was 20 weeks ago and we’re just told we might see our door in another six weeks. The salesman admitted that the door had been constructed incorrectly the first time - Pella’s mistake, not ours - but why hasn’t this order been given priority? We had to pay 50% up front - almost $5K - so this is not an inexpensive door. At this point, we are thoroughly frustrated and disappointed by the way this process has been handled and how we have been treated. I doubt we would EVER recommend or use Pella again.

They never contacted me after a request for consultation. Poor customer service 😔

Last time I purchased windows it was an absolute nightmare and we had to replace them after just 5 years. This time around Mitchell at Pella made it easy! His knowledge of the product was unlike any window salesperson I have ever met. He made me feel confident in my decision to go with Pella. The product and the service was amazing! I recommend Pella and Mitchell to anyone!

We had the please of working with Mitchell B on our new construction project in Cleveland, TN. Even though his office was in Chattanooga, he made himself available and was willing to check on us at our job site when we had questions. He even helped our framers install the first couple windows to make sure they were being installed up to his and Pella’s standards. The product turned out to be beautiful and we wouldn’t recommend working with anyone but Pella if they’re needing windows for their project. 6 out of 5 stars on this if it was possible!

Extremely satisfied with the entire purchasing process with Pella Windows and Doors of Chattanooga. Mitchell is an excellent sales person.....very knowledgeable, detailed, and prompt with follow-up answers to any questions. Copperhill, TN is over an hour away from Chattanooga, yet Mitchell visited the build site at least five times and most of those visits were after the sale was complete simply to ensure proper installation and complete customer satisfaction. Well, it worked. We could not be happier with our windows and doors. Excellent quality.

Mitchell Beckman was fantastic. He is quick to respond when we have questions and very easy to work with! We also LOVE all of our windows and doors we received from pella for our new construction. They exceeded expectation. I 10/10 recommend Pella in Chattanooga and 10/10 recommend working with Mitchell.

Sommer Barickman did an amazing job with quoting windows for our home, helping us figure out what we wanted and what would look best! She was patient, descriptive, and well knowledgeable! Good job Pella Chattanooga!

Sommer is amazing!! Her knowledge of the products is second to none and she walks you through to find the perfect window for your house. I love my 350 series vinyl windows and saw a significant savings after install. I recommended Pella to my parents and they are loving their wood windows with blinds between the glass. If you want someone who will explain your options and not just try to force a one size fits all solution, Sommer is it!

Their service absolutely sucks. If anything EVER happens and you them, its like pulling teeth to get them to honor the warranty.

I was amazed at how knowledgeable ms. Sommer Barickman actually was, she steered me in the right directions with my choices. I was dead set on the least expensive choice and just thought she was trying to upsale but had showed me how these choices made will outlast my original picks. I am grateful for that and super happy with my new windows.

I informed her that we were still shopping around and she was very helpful! We even called her up a second time and she was more than happy to meet us and answer our questions. The window we purchased this fantastic! Summer Barickman was the sale rep that came to our house so we could discuss what we wanted. There was no pressure, and no obligation to buy. The thing I appreciated the most was her approach to selling without the text book dialogue, that goes with so many sales people. She was real, spoke our language, and understood our needs. We could be totally transparent with her without any comeback of dialogue to maneuver us in a different direction. High five Pella. You need a whole host of sales reps like her! We appreciate the opportunity to share that.

My husband and I couldnt be happier with our Pella windows. Not only is the product fantastic but the service after the sale is what impressed us about Sommer Barickman. We called the office in Chattanooga TN and even though she wasnt in the service department, she came out and took care of us and our warranty needs. Many issues with installation, and had trouble getting in touch with customer service, but they worked to ensure I was satisfied after all. Thats what counts.
