I could not be more satisfied with our first visit at RLO! If 10 stars was an option, that’s what they would get! My 4 year old daughter was so nervous about her appointment. Dr. T and Amanda let us come and see the office, play with toys, and get familiar with all of the “gadgets.” They treated my daughter with the kindness, and love every parents wishes for, as well as respecting her fear level. LOVED MY CONSULTATION! So glad they had extended hours on Thursday, as before work (7am) or even after work (till 7pm) made scheduling a breeze, and such a convenient location! Dr. Twomley did a thorough exam and confirmed I was a good candidate for Invisalign. Yay!!!Dr. Twomley made the whole process easy, and relaxing, from the minute I walked in the door. Nice, comfortable, friendly, even boutique-like environment … definitely not the stuffy old doctor’s office environment I expected to walk into! X-rays were done quickly. He reviewed the photos and films right there with me, and even took the time to mock up the financial breakdown with me, tailoring it to my budget (I was expecting to be shuffled off to a finance rep, so that personal time meant a lot). I loved they had readily available finance options! Some with even 0% interest?!?!?!After the consultation I went back to the office to make the initial teeth molds, and to my surprise Dr. Twomley does 3D scanning!! I was glad I didnt have to do gunky goopy teeth trays.  He used a small wand to scan the teeth, ensuring complete and accurate modeling. Then the same scanning software was able to show me how they initially plan to shift my teeth and what the end result might look like!!!!!So glad I went with an experienced orthodontist who will be reviewing my progress and checking mutiple concerns along the way. I know had I tried to handle this through a mail-in service I would have messed it all up.Between the financing, my dental plan’s small contribution, and my Health Spending Account, I felt confident I could take the leap and end up with the gorgeous smile the Invisalign program mocked up! Wish me luck!
