For the first time, I can say that I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Ive seen both Dr. Deena and Dr. Wesam, and they are both perfectionists... which is exactly what you want in a dentist, especially when having cosmetic work done.Over the years, Ive had several different veneers placed on a front tooth fracture from a childhood accident. Ive gone to highly rated dentists while living in California and will say Dr. Deena shaped two beautiful veneers that are far superior. They are perfect in shape and color while still looking very natural, unlike many veneers that lack that variance in color of natural teeth. Shes an artist!Their dental assistant, Kendyll, is also highly competent and friendly. Donna in the front office is always so lovely to chat with and is on top of all the billing and insurance dealings. She does a great job explaining everything.  Alani Dental Center is very fair with pricing and has never tried to talk me into unnecessary treatments, unlike some dentists Ive been to over the years. Highly recommend!

Good dentist but shady practice. Will always tell you inhouse quotes and then later send you a bill despite asking for quotes by running insurance. This happened multiple time and is very frustrating. They have really shady business practice. Very dishonest when it comes to pricing. Just be careful or they will clean more than you teeth, like your wallet!!!!!

I highly recommend coming here, the whole staff is extremely friendly and cares about you. I had a dental emergency and they fit me in right away and took their time and care with me and even had me laughing. They care about their work and how you feel about your smile when you leave their office. I cant thank them enough!

A much needed dental visit was in order which caused me to research the dental groups that accepted my insurance. Lucky for me, that Alani Dental Center was one of them. After reading the reviews on line, I made an appointment and was not disappointed! Ashley did a wonderful job of explaining everything and making me feel valued as a person and as a patient. I’m not sure if it’s been 4 or 5 years since I have been going to Alani Dental 🦷 but what I am sure of is the quality and care that I have received. When I 1st started receiving treatment my teeth were in pretty bad shape due to me not taking proper care of my orthodontics- I had a good conversation with Dr. Wesam and he let me know the importance of getting back in track every since then I have been going 2x or more a year to get all of my dental needs met. I have never had a long term relationship with any dentist and I’m glad that they have such a great team!P.S I never really thought about writing a review but I’m currently going through something’s and today’s visit out a smile on my face- Keep being great team Alani 🥰

This is a great dental office with top of the line equipment and excellent staff. based on all the awesome reviews my family and I traveled from west Knoxville to check it out and we were not disappointed.They were very great with my children and did an excellent job at explaining issues they were concerned about. Also, they do an excellent job, on the front end, communicating cost of different services after calculating insurance coverage. I really appreciated the time they took to help me understand things beyond me.

I used to cry before and after going to the dentist, but since going here I actually look forward to it! The staff is fantastic! Ashley was sooo sweet and gentle and made sure she wasnt hurting me during the entire cleaning process. The doctors here are very competent and didnt make me feel ignorant about my questions. To summarize, I love this place. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the best experience Ive ever had at a dental office. When I walked through the door, I was greeted by Donna who is super sweet. Then Hannah took my x-rays and took an impression, and Ashley did my cleaning. They were so kind, always checking to make sure I was alright and comfortable. Dr. Alani saw me and he was so thoughtful, letting me know his impression of the state of my teeth and giving me some options to consider. Got a night guard in no time to help prevent my grinding of my teeth. I love the preventive approach they take and being involved in my own treatment plan. Will definitely be back and recommend them to all my friends!!

I am unfortunately one of those with an affinity for dental issues, and I happened upon an appointment in a moment of crisis.I was converted into a patient because of their treatment of my dental emergency. They went out of their way to work me in. And I received a level of care that translates into compassionate bedside manner, an astute diagnosis and thorough explanation of my situation, a transparent billing process that didn’t leave me wondering what my insurance would cover, and kind and attentive staff who clearly love their jobs.Oh, and they are owned by Dr. Deena Alani. Deena is one of those people who in time of crisis, is right by your side. Deena is smart, trustworthy and compassionate... to a degree I have never experienced in the healthcare field. Deena is re-assuring, makes you feel heard, and is the woman you want in your corner when something is amiss. She has personally followed-up with a phone call after every treatment. She gives the time, she makes the time, she is a god send.Finding a new dentist is hard. Leaving your current dentist out of force of habit or loyalty is harder. But when I say Alani Dental Center is the best dental (and orthodontic... and periodontal...) office in Chattanooga, I believe it.They also have televisions, music, warming headrests and blankets, akin to a Dental Spa, that make it all the nicer.

I have had some BAD experiences with Dentists in the past but from the moment I called Alani Dental, they have been nothing but supportive. Inga did a fantastic job at my cleaning and made me feel super comfortable. I have to go back for a possible Root Canal but after speaking with Dr. Deena I know I am in good hands. Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do... Alani Dental changed that around for me. From the time I walked in Miss Donna was friendly and helpful. Ashley did my cleaning and she was super friendly and explained everything in great detail. Dr.Alani came in and also gave me options instead of just showing me one option.... that doesn’t happen very often in dentist offices. Even though I knew what I wanted, I appreciated her taking the time to educate me before I make that financial decision. Excellent experience :)

What an amazing dentist visit! Everyone was so polite and professional. Selena did an above and beyond tooth cleaning. The best Ive ever had before! She was thorough while making sure to be gentle on my gums. Being a coffee drinker, I had several stains in between my teeth which other hygienists have neglected in the past. She took out a smaller tool and really picked out the tarter I had accumulated. The office was new with modern equipment great feel. Im so grateful to have found this dentist office! My brother and I have been seeing Dr. Alani for nearly two years now. Growing up, I hated the dentist, but this dental office changed all of that. Overly amazing staff, fantastic dental hygienists and dentists that actually take the time to sit and hear your questions.

From the first phone call to our first appointment today, I was extremely impressed. We were happily greeted at the front with refreshments (as was the Fed Ex man) and it only got better from there. Dr. Alani was kind and gentle with my daughter, who is afraid of dentists. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely recommend Alani Dental to anyone!

I was a patient at Alani for about 5 years and only stopped visiting them because I moved away from the area. The staff was professional and friendly which is great, but what I liked the most is that they were always ready for me at my appointment time. I never had to waste any time playing angry birds in the waiting room.

My dentist has retired and I was worried that it would take a while to find an adequate replacement because I am somewhat critical about my dental work; however, I am very pleased with the service so far and I will continue to use them for all my future dental needs.

I have NEVER had such a premium dental experience than with this office!! From making the appointment, to receiving a cancellation appt that same week...I wont be going anywhere else! The hygienist and the dentist were awesome and super friendly and very informative. I got a warm neck roll and got to watch TV (with earphones) while she cleaned my teeth. Seriously so thankful to have chosen Alani Dental for all of my dental needs! They are all always super warm and welcoming, and make sure that you are comfortable from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave! If you are in need of any dental work this is the place to go. They have the most amazing staff. Very polite. Very clean. I was even allowed to bring my two years old with me to the back. ( which most places dont allow ) they tend to you and does whats in your best interest. I highly recommend.

Awesome experience! Everyone is extremely friendly and down to earth. I still had dental cement in my teeth from getting a retainer removed from over a year ago. They went the extra mile to get it all removed for me where my previous dentist just left it and didn’t even tell me about it.

I read reviews and wonder if they are honestly legit, but I can truthfully say that I was really impressed with this practice. I Googled dentists and my zip code, then the office popped up I read a few other reviews and went with it and I got lucky. Immediately after walking in, I felt comfortable and at ease. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Wesam Alani was absolutely fabulous! I was a wee bit nervous because I recently had jaw surgery and I have lots of jaw issues which make things difficult (partially why I dont go to the dentist as often as I should between you and me) and Dr. Alani took fantastic care of me. If you are looking for a new dentist, this is where you should go. Also, the chairs are SUPER comfortable!
