I had to call on a Saturday morning for help with a clogged sewer line. Tech showed up quickly and began his investigation. He found another issue while tending to the main issue and fixed it. Main issue is roots in the main sewer line. This is definitely an issue that will require much more extensive work in the future, but he was able to get us temporarily fixed. Very professional and hard working. I didn’t call around for quotes, but the price of work done plus it being a Saturday call was very fair.

Mark, the service technician, came out and did exactly as he was suppose to. Communicated all of the details pertaining to the job. Kept a professional demeanor. He did the job in a timely fashion and I’m impressed with the way it came out. Would highly recommend this company and their technicians.

Had my septic tank pumped. They came out quickly, were on time and very knowledgeable. The whole thing was done in about an hour. Other companies started out talking about digging up my whole yard. These guys came out, assessed the situation, educated me as a customer/homeowner, did the work and charged less than any others who had given me quotes. Septic tank drainage, pulled up located tank easily and had it drained completely in an hour. Mark was focused on the job but was more than willing to answer any questions I had while he was working. Called on Friday and they were there Monday morning you gotta love that.

We were very unhappy with our service. They did not find the inlet side of the septic tank and claimed that it would be under the concrete deck, pricing us for them to break through the concrete. The very next day I went out and dug it up, finding it myself, it was not under the concrete but an inch away from the deck. We called and asked them if they can come out and pump it because we paid for the full service. We felt better when they told us they would come out and pump for no charge. The next morning we get a message saying that the owner decided that they would charge us a disposal fee. So we got charged again for them to come back and pump it when it was on them, not getting it done properly the first time around. We gave them a chance to redeem themselves but failed horribly with going back on what the originally told us. Would not recommend them to ANYONE!!Update 7/20/21: So we are getting worked over by Rooterman, yet again. Below they state that we would get credit to our account but not our bank account. They are crediting us towards a Rooterman account. But I do not want to use you again. I just want a refund into my bank account. Another chance to redeem themselves and FAILED yet again.

Kitchen sink wasn’t draining correctly. Was filling back up. I tried all the things I could find online. After a trip to Ace Hardware and Home Depot I decided I could do no more. I called Rooter Man Sunday afternoon and they told me someone could come the next morning. I received a phone call ahead of arrival. Corey showed up. Very professional and nice. He got right to work. Busted out the powered snake and within an hour had it cleared up and working again. He explained what he had done and answered my questions. We tested out the drain to make sure everything was working. He cleaned up what little mess was made and was on his way. Would recommend this company to anyone. Price was reasonable also.

Rooter Man had to come out 3 times for us. The first time the tech told me the issue but I thought we could get away without unloading all the big (expensive equipment). He gave me his suggestion which was to scale, water jet, or replace pipe. I said no (cost me more in the long run) but Mark went with my decision. They came back out 4 days later and put a camera down the pipe and formulated their plan. Today they came out and scaled our galvanized pipe. They then hydro jetted the clay sewer line that went from the house to clean out and after blasting all debri out of pipe, we could see the entire clay pipe was busted. Regardless of the bad situation, they were professional and good respectful guys.

I had a septic tank emergency. I called them at 9 AM and they had someone to my house before 11 AM. They fixed the immediate problem and then had Mark come out the next morning to empty the tank. He had to locate the tank and get really nasty due to having mud for soil due to all the recent rain but Mark was extremely professional and quick. Very happy with their service and price.

Amazing job! These guys and Randy did a great job. What appeared to be a relatively simple matter of unclogging a pipe and pumping a septic tank turned into an incredible show of hard work and dedication. A problem with the outdoor pipes arose near the end of the project and Randy would not rest until the work was completed. With our permission, he worked until 1:30 in the early morning to complete the project repairs before a round of heavy storms were scheduled to arrive the next day. We had them pump our septic tanks, as well as re-plumb our kitchen line to better drain to our tanks.I then asked them to look at and correct a shower leak in a property we own that has troubled us for years. Called for service with a newly leaky faucet. Had to end up replacing it due to its age, but Billy was great - got a phone call staying he was on the way, was efficient and thorough with the job, he was honest about the issue and solution, and pleasant the entire time. Randy was the technician who responded to my septic being clogged. They sent me a picture of him and expected time of his arrival. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me that if it was my field lines it would cost $8,000 to replace and $1,400 to repair; but, it was only a bacteria issue and clogged baffle which he unclogged for $419.00. Even though the price was different than I was originally told, I am very satisfied with his work. Angela (i think that was her name) was amazing and would call and update and check on how things progressed. All in all I am very satisfied.

We have used Rooterman twice this spring and they have been responsive, easy to work with, transparent and reasonably priced. He showed me what he did at every step, which I appreciated, answered my questions and even gave me a tip about getting a refund on my water bill. First time rooter man came out to one of our rental properties was great...technician communicated efficiently and price was fair. Second time was horrible enough to justify not using them again. Tech came out to unclog drains. He ended up not coming out until 2days after I was told he would arrive because of how busy they were...I understand that. Tech never called to tell me what he was doing to fix the problem. Never called to tell me price I would be charged. Tech never even called to tell me he finished the job. Dispatcher/tech knew this was one of my rental properties, yet he had my tenant sign the invoice without getting my approval or even informing me of what he did at the property. Was charged $430+ For 2 hours of work. I was able to negotiate a lower rate but it still didn’t justify things because After paying for service, I got into the crawl space to see what the tech did and the pipes he unclogged were draining straight into crawl space. So he didn’t even check to make sure things were working properly after unclogging everything. He then sent me a quote of $500 to replace the same pipe that I had previously paid to have unclogged. I had been trying for days to get a plumber to call us. I had left several messages for other companies. I finally went to the web and Rooter-Man was listed 1st so I called them. The lady answering was very professional and assured me someone would be out the same day. I found that amazing in itself. She told me that they had a few calls before me but they would be there. Around 4:30 I got nervous , because who is going to show up at quitting time? Bill showed up almost at 5 and was there over 2 hours. He was very professional, outgoing and was determined to get the situation corrected. It took over 2 hours to get the clog unclogged. When running his camera through the pipe, imagine our surprise when it showed broken floor tile inside the sewer line. Bill worked diligently and very hard to get the tile pieces out. Not only was he professional and outgoing but very creative to fish out the tile. You would think that this all broke the bank but I was shocked at how much it DIDNT cost. I was expecting close to a $1000 but was pleasantly surprised with the $289 bill. We own several rental properties and because of Bill, Rooter-Man just became OUR plumbers forever.2nd review:Just had Rooter-Man out to our personal home to install water heater. Bill came out and did an excellent job. A couple weeks later water heater pilot light kept going out. I called on a Sunday and Bill arrived the next morning to repair. Bill is an excellent example of a great employee. AND he always follows up after he leaves the property. Rooter-Man are my forever plumbers.

Kevin the service technician called me prior to coming out to verify the problem so that he brought the appropriate equipment. He spent a couple of hours trouble shooting our sewer pump and was able to fix the problem and also point out another separate issue with the electrical outlet for the pump. We had this company out about a month back to drain our septic tank. They identified an issue with the tank and said we would need a new field line. They charged $1000 to attempt to repair the existing field line. After a few hours of digging up our entire yard, they told us they couldnt find the field line, it was probably destroyed, and well just need a new one. They quoted us a price of about $6000 on top of the $1000 to pump the septic and $1000 for their fix (which wasnt a fix because they said they couldnt even find it). This was my first experience with a septic company and I wasnt to familiar with how the systems work. Thankfully I told them Ill have to think about the new line.We called a few other companies for quotes (all of which were drastically cheaper) and used a company Poop Dudes to install a new line. When they got here they were able to find the old line in about 20 minutes and went over our options. We decided to have a new line laid and it was still almost half the price of this companys quote. All in all, I wouldnt recommend this company because, after thinking on it, Im pretty sure they took advantage of my lack of knowledge of septic systems to gouge me for an extra thousand dollars. Definitely look elsewhere.

When you hire someone to do major work on your septic system you want someone who knows what they are doing and has a philosophy of doing as little damage as possible. After having another company want to disassemble part of our deck we called Rooter Man.I watched every minute of the work they did which included NOT removing part of our deck. The lead man on the job was Kevin. It was obvious from the start that Kevin has a great deal of experience and was putting that experience to work. The project quickly passed the county inspectors review (once he showed up) and Kevin and his helper did a good job of closing the trenches seeding the lawn and covering it with straw.

Called these fine people to take care of a backed up toilet. Adam, the plumber charged with the task, was excellent. Very personable, and five minutes later the clog had been cleared. The dark cloud that will prevent me fro. Calling these people ever again is that they charged 199.00 for the job, during the day with no emergency fees charged therein.
