I’ve come to this nail shop 3x in the past 3 months. The first visit was great. I got a pedi and an acrylic SNS mani. The service was decent. The second time I only got a SNS mani with acrylic, but the nails only lasted 2 weeks top before they chipped and crumbled. Granted, my job requires me to work with my hands a lot, including washing hands with soap and water and using hand sanitizer (which dries out the skin and cuticles). So, no fault there. The third time, however, was a bit of a disappointment. The pedicure was not that great. I didn’t get a full foot scrub and the polish was applied unevenly. On top of that, the mani tech made a comment about how one of her clients’ nails lasted for 2 months unlike mine, insinuating that it wasn’t her fault that my nails looked so bad...thanks, I know and no worries, I wasn’t trying to blame anyone nor did I make a comment regarding the work at this shop. I was being polite and said that this is my preferred nail salon. But nevertheless, $80 down the drain with a poor pedi.

They take the time and sterilize their tools, give u a massage while doing your nails. Very nice and very clean minded. Especially in this day of Covid.

I had my first experience with VIP nails. My nail technician was Tanya and she made my first experience pleasant. I had a difficult time on my decision and she helped me. She was very calm and I did not feel rush. I look forward to goingback

Ive been here once so far but I really enjoyed my visit. Everything seemed very clean and the staff was friendly. I got a pedicure and afterwards, my feet felt SO smooth! The paint job was also fantastic - it looked great and still looked perfect almost 6 weeks later. If my nails hadnt grown, I could have still kept the paint on and felt good about it. The next time I get a pedicure, this is where Im going.

When I walked in the workers were very nice and got me seated very quickly, the lady who did my nails was very nice and did a quick job yet amazing best nail shop I’ve ever been to! Highly recommend it!

This is my go to nail salon. I go every two weeks and am always satisfied.I moved to the area last year and needed a new nail salon, so I tried a place near the mall and they were ridiculously overpriced and didnt care in the slightest and rushed me out.I went to a cheaper salon on Lee hwy and they were perhaps the dirtiest salon Ive EVER been to.I came here third and I love them. Their staff is friendly and attentive. They are clean and listen to you. The offer soft drinks as well. Their prices are right. Theyre a small, local, family business. I would definitely recommend them!

I go every 2 weeks and I see the same nail tech ( Tien) I followed her from another salon. The owners are nice and family oriented. Love going. I know the bad always overshadows the good. Great place.

Worst nail experience I have ever had! We got there and got seated and two people ended up doing my nails! Then the lady starts and I told her I didnt like the color I picked and I apologized then she says why didnt you tell me when I started well I didnt realize how bad of a job she was doing! So now my nails look like dog claws! Moral of the story dont go here!!!

I went in for gel nails. The guy lied and said he could do a design. I asked him to redo it twice and gave up. Went to another salon and had them do the design with no problem and even she said how horrible of a job he did shaping up my nails and painting. Never going back.

My nails looked horrible so I asked her to fix them and she had a bad attitude and didnt fix anything. Definitely not a spa setting!

I called before going to VIP Spa nails to ask what time they take their last customer. I was told 7:30. I told them I was on my way. I walked in at 7:31 and was told that they couldnt take me because it was past 7:30. I drove out of my to get here. I dont live in the area, but wanted to try a new nail salon. Bad customer service! Will not return.

Had an appointment for a mani/pedi at 4pm. By 4:25 the water in my foot bath was cold and no-one had glanced my way. I finally caught the attention of one of the other technicians who said it would be just another 5 minutes. I asked how long it would take for just the pedicure and she had no idea. Ended up walking out. I wish someone would have said when they sat me in the chair that they were running behind.

Horrible service and was laughing in my face because of how i wanted my nails done and talked to me like i was dumb. plus it was way over priced!!

WE HAD TO CALL THE POLICE!! The guy went off on me and my sister after we asked him to fix her nails( not take off anything, just fill in the sides). The guy lied to the cops saying we’ve been in and out 4 times, when we had only went back once. It was just absolutely CRAZY, the guy told me to shut my mouth and was acting aggressive. DONT COME HERE!!!

A friend and I both received gift certificates for a gel manicure. We were seated next to each other. Tanya began mine and instantly started making snide comments about how short and flimsy my nails were. I have an auto-immune disease and between medication and malabsorption my hair and nails are in rough shape. Regardless, she continued to say that I bit them and whatnot, which I dont. She cut all my cuticles until they bled, pouring alcohol on them constantly until my fingers were pruned. About halfway through, she said You do realize Im working a miracle right now, right? It was a simple gel French. They can do this on children. I was embarrassed and in pain. The shellac has my nails glued to my fingertips and theres still white around the edges of my nail bed. At the end she spent about 30 seconds putting lotion on my hands and then took my card and stood over me to watch me tip. It was so uncomfortable and inappropriate. Wouldnt dare step in again.
