Terrible quality ! I paid $50 for deep powder but after 3 days the polish is falling off !! Please do not go! It’s not worth it! Normally deep powder last until your nails grow and you have to have them done again. But this is not going to happen if you have them done at this place.

AMAZING!! Honestly, the best nail salon. They are always professional, kind and do a great job. Don’t believe all the negative reviews Mr.Henry and his wife are great!

I use to love this place but the wait times are insane. I hated doing it but I had to change nail techs because the service was so poor. It use to be great but every time I came in in the past couple years, the staff just wasn’t as friendly or attentive as they once were. Unfortunately several of my friends also changed salons for this same reason.

I would rate this place way less then 1 star if I could. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. these people are extremely rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. They really don’t know what they are doing. I went to get my nails done here and by the time they were done my fingers were throbbing. They clipped my cuticles (you need cuticles to protect against infections and diseases that can enter through your finger tips) and my fingertips were red/swollen and bleeding. I asked to see their license to see log they were even trained and they refused. I highly doubt these people took any kind of class to learn this stuff. Please do not waste your time and money here. And for the people that still go I pray for you. I’ve heard multiple people complain about this place and I should have listened because it’s totally not okay what they have done.

I’ve been using Henry and Henni for 15 plus years and would NEVER let anyone else touch my nails. Very professional and courteous and I actually call them my friends. Highly recommend their services. They are the best.

I have been coming here to get my eyebrows waxed for about 2 years now so I came in today to get them done and the lady that normally does them wasn’t there so I asked the lady where she was and she got a nasty attitude with me and turned the light off while I was still in the room and said come back when she gets back I don’t want to do for you, simply because I asked where the other lady was, I thought that was very rude of her and if you are running a business that’s not good customer service!! I had to give them one star to post my comment but in actuality they don’t deserve it!!!

I have been going to go go nails for years and the are the best around. Henry and Henny are so professional and do beautiful nails! Never disappointed!!

I dont suggest you go there & definitely wouldnt buy a gift certificate. I bought one for my mom she went to try & use it they told her it expired. $50 I spent wasted thats ridiculous people work hard for money

Cannot detect a single flaw and the customer service is amazing.

After my full set was done, it looked like my nails had already grown out for a week. They were not thorough at all. It was very rushed

Very rude and unprofessional. Im new to area and went for a fill in. I picked a beautiful OPI color. Henny did a great job on the shape and thickness, practically perfect. I had been home 3 hours and noticed a bump on my polish and thought I had messed them up but 4 hrs after my service the polish was peeling off. I thought maybe the polish or topcoat was bad. I called and was told to come back because sometimes that happens. At this point it had been 5 hrs and you could practically wipe the color off. I decided to pick a different color in case the polish was defective. Hennys husband yelled at me saying I had to get the same color which by the way I loved. He takes what is left off and repolishes my nails while they talk in their language about me and then tells me it takes hours for polish to dry and that I had messed them up on purpose to change color for free. Ive NEVER had polish take more than 20 mins to dry especially on acrylic nails. I sat under the dryer for 30 mins this time and my nails are completely dry BUT I now realize that Henny had used too much polish on the 2nd coat and thats why they didnt dry the first time. The color isnt as thick and globbed looking. I made sure to get the name off the OPI bottle so when I go somewhere else next time I can get this same color. They wont get another penny of my hard earned money.

We werent gonna walk in because we realized we had arrived twenty minutes before close, not enough time for two pedicures. The workers walked out and asked us if we wanted to come in. We received great service.

Ill deal with this place quite often for customer service it is four stars Im real big on, I dont get my nails done often but I do get facial services, I dont like the fact that even when I set an appointment Im still waiting for an hour.

My sister introduced me to this salon in 2014 and my daughter and I have been coming ever since.
