The best experience I’ve had at a doctors office. Painless root canal. Calming and peaceful environment. Doctor Explained everything to me and made me so calm. So nervous and scared that it was going to hurt but they assured that it was going to be painless and delivered.They got me in super fast because I was experiencing lots of pain. Called me back after their office hours. And when someone else canceled they called me to get me in even earlier. Above and beyond service here.

I had a root canal with Dr. Brock and it was a very pleasant experience. He was very nice and explained what he was doing and what I would feel when he was working on my tooth which I appreciate since tooth stuff makes me anxious. All the staff was very nice as well and I got in and out very quickly. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Brock and I would go back to him if I ever had to.

I want to praise Dr. Brock and his team. I went in like anyone else, nervous about my first root canal. I can tell you he was so gentle and efficient. I never felt anything, not even the shot. I was so surprised that I never had any pain or soreness even days after. I highly recommend this office!

Professional and friendly service from the moment I called to make an appointment. The receptionist was quick to get an estimate on my benefits. She placed me on a wait list and was able to get me in earlier than anticipated. Dr Brock was knowledgeable and understanding about my problem and was able to quickly fix the issue. No one looks forward to a root canal but it was MUCH better than I thought it would be.

Every member of the staff was extremely professional and highly skilled. After previous experiences of not being able to become numb during dental procedures I was very nervous. Dr. Brock and his staff immediately put my mind at ease then preformed a 100% pain free root canal. He and his nurse have a very kind, comforting bedside manner. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. From the reception area to the dental chair, these guys were first class.

Fantastic experience. All the staff were exceptionally nice. Dr. Brock walked me through the procedure beforehand, during, and afterwards. Only pain I felt was the first shot of numbing medicine and then nothing. If you have a choice on who you want to do your root canal then I highly recommend this place.

Kind and thoughtful people in the office, and the dentist and his assistant were just wonderful. I told them it was the easiest root canal I have ever had done, and it was on a back tooth! I went there a few years ago had a root canal done and Dr. Brock did an excellent job. I worked with a lady and she needed a root canal done and she went to see Dr. Brock and was very satisfied. Just today I called and needed to see him before I go out of town next week, didnt have an opening for this week then they called me knowing the situation and had a cancellation for tomorrow. I was very impressed with SE Endodontics and Dr. Matthew Brock. Lovely office, friendly staff and most importantly great care. I was sent by my regular dentist to have a cracked molar evaluated. My dentist told me I would more than likely need a root canal. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Brock told me he was conservative and thought I could proceed with the crown without a root canal. He spent a lot of time explaining how clenching my jaws caused the nerve to be inflamed. Recommended that I start wearing my mouth guard at night to alleviate the pressure on my teeth from clenching and grinding. He was very informative and patient and I have a lot of confidence in him. I highly recommend SE Endodontics and Dr. Brock.

I was dreading my root canal because I had had trouble getting numbed in the past and had other complications with a different endodontist in the past. Southeastern could not have been more different! I got there and did not have a long wait. I was then taken back and they did some xrays and met Dr. Brock. He and his staff could not have been kinder or more reassuring. He was very careful to numb me completely so I didn’t feel a thing. He described everything he was doing as it happened so I would not be startled by any sound etc. I was so numb, I felt nothing. It was as easy as getting a filling. If I could give them ten stars, I would! I would highly, highly recommend this office to anyone needing a root canal!

I would very recommend Dr. Brock! He is really nice and explains everything step by step. I went in to get a root canal and I was very scared, he numbed me then waited till it was numbed I could barley move my lip lol. Then he and his assistant helped do the root canal which only took 10 minutes!

Great experience (even for an unpleasant procedure). Dr Brock is great, he explains all the options so you really can make an informed decision. They were all very easy to work with. I definitely would recommend their office if you ever need Endodontic treatment.

Dr Burns is the mother Theresa of dentistry. I was pretty nervous when I went in there to get my tooth drilled into. But Dr Burns was very patient with me and encouraging and she was incredibly fast and precise with her work. The staff was also fantastic.

Dr. Brock did an amazing job! i went in for a root canal (which is typically supposed to be a negative experience) but him and his team made me feel comfortable and i barely felt a thing, had me in and out in no time!

Went in for a root canal evaluation and ultimately a root canal. Evaluation and procedure was clearly explained with all options and information given. Staff was very courteous and kind.

Genuinely the nicest dentist/medical experience I have ever had. All the staff were friendly, informative, and calming, and over all the atmosphere was pleasant. I didnt feel any pain during my root canal, so that is certainly a plus! Although I hope I never need one again, I wouldnt mind going back here.

Went in scared about having first root canal, read all about procedure to learn before hand which probably didn’t help my nerves. But when I got into the office, Every member of office staff were so caring and super efficient. They eased my concerns, and when I finally got to meet the Endodontist Dr Matthew Brock and his assistant Ashley, I knew I was in great hands. The male doctor (dont want to use names) is the most rude, unfriendly, and unconcerned person I have ever met in my life! I should have left after the first few minutes of speaking with him! I would not recommend him to anyone (even a animal) for any service he may offer. I truly feel sorry for people who encounter him daily. I wish him the best in life and hopefully he will journey on to a new career that does not involve interaction with anyone but himself.

I had a tooth keeping me up for the last two nights. I couldnt tell if it was coming from the top or bottom so Dr. Brock looked at both areas and within a few minutes figured out that it was my bottom tooth. He got it numb, which gave me instant relieve. What a blessing to be able to sleep again!

While root canals aren’t enjoyable, Dr. Burns went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. The whole experience was painless and somewhat (I hate the drilling, but that’s not her fault) pleasant. I thought I was there for the procedure and took the entire day off work. When they explained to me that it was just a consultation , Dr. Burns went ahead and proceeded with the procedure so that I wouldn’t have to take another day off of work. I really appreciated this as I’m sure she had a busy schedule, and it was probably a misunderstanding on my part. Everyone was extremely kind and genuine. I will definitely recommend her and this office to family and friends.

Dr Burns and her staff were amazing. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a very painful tooth ache and Dr Burns took the time to explain each procedure she performed. I was so appreciative for the excellent treatment I was given.

I had read some negative reviews about Dr. Brock before using him but after my experience, I cant imagine where the negativity comes from. He was great and hes a stud at root canals. I was in and out in 30 minutes and it was painless.

Dr. Brock and his staff were great. I had an issue flare up on a Saturday so I called the office. Dr. Brock personally called me back within an hour and had me in the office the same day even though they were closed. He and his assistant took great care, explaining what they were doing and giving me advice on what to do in the following days. Within 30 minutes, we were done and I was relieved to be feeling much better. Their service was impressive.

I typically have a hard time with getting numbed up but Dr. Brown did a fantastic job. The root canal was smooth and though I was nervous it went really well. I was pleasantly surprised on all levels with the service and patience.

As a combat veteran, the VA sent me to this office for a root canal. The female dentist and her assistant seemed to be jubilant that they made my visit as unpleasant as they could. While applying the anesthetic the dentist repeatedly struck the nerves as many times as she could find them. She said that way she knows if the anesthetic was working. Her assistant thought this was funny. I spoke to my other dentist who stated that there was no reason for this and that this is not how its done. I told her and her assistant that after 45 years of going to dentist, I had just had my most painful experience. VA should stop using this firm if this is how they feel about serving veterans.

Wow! I cannot say enough good things! Dr. Burns and Ashley did my root canal today and it was a pleasure! They are wonderful answered all my questions and the best part I didnt feel a dang thing! Highly Recommended!

State of the art equipment. Gives a 5% discount for cash but wont take a debit card. Only takes green cash or money order for the discount. Got impatient with me when I indicated I wasnt completely numb before root canal. Waited a few moments and then tested numbness by poking me with a sharp object (which I by then could not feel), and asked me if I wanted to be poked in the not-numb side just to compare. I said no! Jaw still hurts a week after root canal. Will see my own dentist to see what else to do next.

Office staff is Great very nice and friendly! However Dr. Matthew Brock is a completely different story. He has Zero Compassion for his patients. Absolutely no bedside manner whatsoever.. I go in for a Root Canal yesterday afternoon and was given a examination with xray. Dr. Brock then informs me my tooth is completely split down the center. Thats why Ive been in so much unimaginable pain. He then tells me Will Not and Cant Guarantee that the root canal will take. And the tooth will eventually need to be pulled. Um excuse me?? The whole reason for the Root Canal was to Save My Tooth!! Are you kidding me??? So Im going to pay you $1,183.00 to do a procedure that you Wont and Cant Guarantee and will still need to be removed? ? Plus additional cost for the crown of $1,200. But then tells me Good News! I can do the root canal right now. He then tells me you need to make a decision? Ill give you a few minutes to think it over! I told him I need to call my husband because I dont know what to do? Im in pain and suffering and emotional he gives me a whole 3 mins to make this decision.. Dr.Brock made me feel I was wasting his precious and valuable time and he had better things to do. It was very obvious all He just wanted my $$$$ didnt care about me. Needless to say, I decided Not to do the Root Canal. To add insult to injury he charged me $115 for 10 minutes of his time. I Would Never Recommend this Endodontist!!

Worst customer service EVER. The girl at the front desk is VERY rude. This office performed a root canal, ( that later became abscess again and had to be pulled)then refused to submit it to my insurance to be covered. After contact by myself, the office the receptionist just said we will send to collections. The collections office raised the amount owed by 33% as interest which violates Tennessee Interest laws on collections. I WOULD NEVER EVER refer this company to anyone. The work they performed was sub par, and the customer service is HORRIBLE! Ive never had a worse experience with a dental office. DO NOT SUPPORT businesses that do not appreciate customers.

I had put this root canal therapy off as long as possible and was still quite leery when I stepped off the elevator this morning. Upon entering Dr.Brocks office, I was greeted by smiling faces in a nice waiting area. When the moment of truth arrived, after hardly no wait at all, I stepped into a large examining room with windows all around me and a gorgeous view....a claustrophobics dream !!! Dr. Brock was very informative and gentle. His assistant Kelly was as well and I literally felt no pain ! I never thought I would be this jovial after a root canal but its true ! The Doctors were okay. Nothing outstanding. I have a problem with PAYING IN FULL at the time the service was rendered and then getting a bill in the mail from them a couple of months later. If my balance when I leave is $0.00, then I expect to not receive a bill in the mail.
