My son is autistic with various disabilities so I did a lot of research before making an appointment with Childrens Dentistry of Chatt and they did not disapoint! My son is so comfortable with his tech and the one time that he needed to be put under with anesthesia they did a marvelous job! The waiting room is so adorable and the kids all love it. The prices are fairly on point considering dentistry is a pricey business in itself. Weve been using their services for many years and I would recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Goins provided timely and compassionate care on very short notice to our child. He, his office staff and the office setting were exceedingly reassuring and our experience of care was one of the best by far I have ever experienced in any clinical setting. I will recommend him and his team to care for my family and friends in the future and will continue to have my child be seen by him for future dental needs if possible.

My daughter has completed 2 out of 3 phases of her treatment, and we have been so pleased by the way that she has been treated! From the time we check in until the time we leave, she is made to feel comfortable in every way imaginable. There are tvs with her favorite movies showing over the chair so that she doesnt have to think too much about what is happening in her mouth, sunglasses so that the lights dont shine in her eyes, toys and video games to play with while the kids wait, everything. Dr. Clay really enjoys what he does, and it shows. She is on the swim team, so he got her to show him how to swim faster, telling her that he has a friend he likes to race. With each visit, she comes home loving this office more and more, and that is AFTER having dental work done! I HIGHLY recommend them!

We continue to receive fraudulent bills from this office years after the original service. We paid exactly what we were told the cost would be up front and despite being told twice it would be corrected, still continue to receive bills, with added interest three years later.

My children love Dr. Clay! My oldest child has always been very shy. At our first appointment, I was really concerned that she would not respond well. Dr. Clay and the hygienist were so kind and patient with her. She was able to relax and have a great first visit. That was nine years ago! To this day, we only have great things to say about Dr. Clay and his team. Dr. Clay has always taken the time to answer all of our questions and make sure all of our needs are met. My children look forward to going to the dentist!

HORRIBLE experience! My daughter just turned 4 and was having a cavity filled. She was giving nitrous oxide. I was told I am not allowed to accompany her and was denied access to checking on my daughter MULTIPLE times!!! I had to go thru several staff members before finding my child in a tiny side room. At no point was it ever explained to me prior that I could not be with her. Would never recommend to anyone!!!!

Dr Goins was very helpful to us and kind! They were super kind and made my 2 year old feel comfortable.

I was very disappointed in Dr Goins attitude towards breastfeeding. He needs to try and educate himself a little more on breastfed children so that he is able to help families instead of discouraging them. That being said Brittany the hygienist and everyone else where extremely kind.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This “doctor” is borderline incompetent and grossly negligent. He overcharges for unnecessary procedures that you just have to pay more to have corrected by a competent dentist.
