They deserve way more than five stars! Gina was the woman that sold me my car and she did an exceptional job. She went above and beyond my expectations. She came all the way to my house that was 25 minutes away and picked me up to take me back to the dealership. She then drove all the way to Rome, GA, 2 hours away, so my cosigner could sign his paperwork. All of the staff was very professional and polite. The process was quick and easy. I now have an amazing , dependable car for me and my daughter. They also worked hard to get my payments where I needed them. I hate car shopping but they made it much more enjoyable!

This is a response for the dealership that replied to me. There are just multiple things that are completely wrong including that it is very unprofessional to put personal information on a public platform. I see youve done it before and you did it to my husband and I too. I told the lady, who was very nice and professional at the time, that my husband was to be the cosigner, not me. You said you got us an approval with a low down payment on this response however, that is not what was told to us at the time we were in the store. She told us she could not get us approved, she told us if we came back with a cosigner we might be good to go. We informed her we didnt have one and we left. We were disappointed but we were not rude. We had proof of employment, so Im not sure what you are looking at. When all is said and done, this is my opinion and what I have rated your dealership. The saleswoman was very nice and professional but the dealership itself doesnt deserve more than one star and after this unprofessional response I would give it less if I could.

Everyone went above and beyond to help me purchase my first car! They explained everything so well and helped me move forward with finding a car that I truly loved. They answered all my questions and were so easy to speak to. By the time the process was over I felt like I had known each of them for forever! Broken windshield on 2022 model they wont replace . No paperwork at all on brand new vehicle . They will follow you to your home your bank for additional down-payment. Hopefully Dalton office can help . Sales girl made sales of month . One car she sold for 55000 is auction material now the brand new car needs windshield and paperwork . Again what is the intersection rate.

Leighann, Gina, Merideth are amazing. We went to the Dalton office and DJ was horrible to deal with. We was sold the wrong VIN the first time, the second time they sold us a car that needed over $2500 worth of work that needed to be done. Then we got a Equinox and it needed work. They said one thing is wrong then next day that was not what was wrong something else was wrong. So we came to the Chattanooga location, and the ladys are amazing they helped us get into a brand new car. I would not recommend going to the Dalton, GA location. I would recommend the Chattanooga office and make sure you ask for one the ladies. (Leigann, Gina, Merideth). THEY ARE AMAZING!

My husband, Captain Kerron (Kerry) Walker, and I had the absolute worst experience today at a place I bought my car 5 years ago and had been going back religiously for service. My husband had given them a 5-Star review and has now edited it to be a 1-Star rating. My husband is a people person and has run several 5-Star businesses over the last 20 years in Chattanooga. Everything was going good until this guy walked in and put on the extremely high pressure sales gig of sign now or this deal is gone! And the deal was still paying $18,000.00 for a Mirage G4 with basic accessories that was worth $15,250.00. Turns out after we left we found out that we can get the money from our bank and get this car for $14,000.00 cash!

Love the car but you go threw so much just to get the vehicle. And get approved that I almost gave up. But if you dont have a certain income or license then dont brother goin up there unless you know some one who would co sign for you.
