I have always had a great experience with this place when getting my oil changed. I usually change my own but it has been easier in the past year our two to run it by and let them do so.Today was no different with a great oil change. However, the interaction I had with a particular employee was not. There was confusion on my part I must admit about wear on my front brakes and I was questioning if the back brakes had been looked at as well, there is a particular outlier on my rear brakes that couldn’t have went unnoticed and when I brought that up to the employee I was questioned which in turn caused me to question if they had even looked at my rear brakes. The employee then stated “You can laugh at me all you want I’m just telling you what they saw!” I wasn’t questioning his intelligence nor did I laugh at you sir but I was apprehensive that my brakes had been looked at. I have now checked for myself and they were correct, there is a bit of wear in the rear brake pads and the front ones do need changed which I do myself. So all this to say this would’ve been a 5 star review had the employee worked on the delivery of his information. Unfortunately a bad attitude does in fact overshadow quality work.

Pros: Theyre quick, efficient, communicate well and have very good customer service. I had a starter motor replaced there last year that recently bit the dust with less than 5K miles; they replaced it within a day and didnt charge for labor. They do tend to be pretty busy, so you want to plan on when you can take your car down, but theyre honestly great once your car is there.Cons: Ive found that they consistently overcharge for parts. Even accounting for storage costs, shipping/delivery fees, etc., I feel a 200%+ markup over other sources is pretty egregious. For example, when I was quoted for a window regulator replacement, they listed the part at more than $200. I can find that same component multiple places online for less than $90. (And this is MOPAR - I can pretty easily find third party ones for

The shop is easy to find and best of all they took the fleetio app, which is a fleet service app for maintenance and service on my work truck. My team will most definitely be use quality tire pros for our fleet vehicle service needs! I got there at opening, 0730 and was out by 0930. They could have thrown my spare tire back on the cardboard I used to transport my flat and I would have not thought twice, but instead they moved my junk, put the tire back where it goes and moved everything back. Excellent and fast service. Cant recommend more!

It really is a company of TOP notch Quality Professionals!I am so impressed with the professionalism, kindness, honesty, and amazing customer service showed to me by all the staff at Quality Tire on Cherokee Boulevard in Chattanooga. My car was making grinding noises, and I thought it was a problem with the axle. I called Quality Tire and was given a very fair price quote and scheduled service for that same day with Rick. My car was towed to Quality, and Rick called to let me know my car had arrived as soon as it was there. About 30 minutes later, I received a call letting me know the problem was not with the axle but was instead a computer-related part that I was not familiar with. He very patiently explained what it does and told me the price to fix it. I asked if he thought it might be covered under my cars warranty, and he said he wasnt sure but that I should call the manufacturer and find out. I asked him a few more questions, and he saw how limited my car knowledge is and generously offered to call them for me. He called me back to tell me it was covered and that I could take it to Hyundai and have it fixed under warranty. I was shocked!By choosing to be honest, Quality actually lost my business for the day, but they have earned my business for life.He was a true gentleman and never made me feel guilty for taking my car to the Hyundai dealership. Ive used Quality Tire for the entirety of my driving life (>20 years) and Ive never had an issue. They get the job done promptly and communicate well with their customers. Ive had friends say they overcharge for tires, but Ive checked the last couple tires Ive purchased against prices online--as well as other local rates--only to find them equitable if not better.

Brought my Kia Stinger here for Suspension upgrades and they did a great job. I couldnt be more happy with the attention to detail and care that the staff put into their work.

Love the integrity of these guys! When a part they ordered for my car malfunctioned, I brought the car back in and they were faithful to restore my vehicle with a new part that worked, free of charge. Took my daughters to the Chattanooga Aquarium for a visit today. I had surgery on my ankle 2 weeks ago and consequently was relegated to one of those knee scooters. As luck would have it, caught a blowout and didn’t bring my crutches. I googled the nearest tire repair place, Quality Tire Pro. These guys were super nice, got right on it, they had to go elsewhere to get a new tube. Fixed me right up and we are back to enjoying our day. Highly recommend.

Extremely pleasant experience. Bo from Quality Tire was in there on his off day and took my order and walked me through the process as the front desk was attending someone. The service was so good I wanted to leave a review. I called around to several tire shops for the service I was requesting and they were by far the most pleasant to deal with from the time they picked up the phone.

Went here to get my brakes fixed and a front tie rod. They told me I needed 2 tires as well and everything would be over 1000. Went for a second opinion and they did the repairs for 250 and said the tires were fine. These guys are scammers, beware!

I had a nail in my tire and this was the nearest shop. I was glad to know they could help. They were busy, so I knew I’d be waiting. 3 hours later my car was finished and I was ready to pay and leave. I was directed to a different desk to pay. The woman behind the desk was involved in a conversation with an employee. Talking about a problem in their paperwork process - sometimes things were getting invoiced twice, sometimes not at all, on and on it went while I stood there REALLY anxious to finally leave. Even while she processed my payment they continued their conversation. A little attention or courtesy would have gone a long way. Instead, irritation was added to an already frustrating experience. Was my tire fixed? Yes! Will I be back? No.

Twice the people at Quality Tire Pros have had a chance to try to get more money from me and declined to do so, and in my experience that can be rare in mechanics (once was when I was asking whether it looked like a car needed new tires and once was after diagnosing and actually fixing a small problem in a car I was looking at buying). Will definitely use again.

I needed a quick patch on a low tire and I had at least one other low. I went in as a walk in and was out within about 30 minutes, all tires back up to full and it was only $25. PLUS it was pouring rain and the gentleman who helped me when I walked in, walked me through the shop to get to my car so I didnt have to get out in the rain. Everyone was so nice! Highly recommend

I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here. We were on vacation going to Florida had to get A/C fixed they were very busy and took the time to look at it couldnt find anywhere in the area that had the part. We had the part sent overnight and they put it in on a Saturday. Everyone was very nice great southern hospitality.

Today was a perfect example: our old Honda wouldnt start, and a mechanic on the scene said he couldnt jump it off because it needed a new alternator. When an unexpected tire mishap occurred during our road trip (recently), I called Quality Tire Pro and Bos customer service was nothing shy of AMAZING! We explained the situation and condition of the tire, he said bring it on over & well take care of you! Unfortunately, we got turned around and went to the wrong location. We got Bo back on the line and he said he would wait for us, inspite of the technicians getting off work at 5:30 p.m. We arrived at 5:35 p.m. & he said pull on around. Bo had us up and running in less than 10 minutes. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL EXISTS!!!

I live in North Chattanooga and have found Dale, Don, and the rest of the team at Quality Tire Pros to offer great service and fair prices. Ive had them do tires for a couple of cars, A/C service, and other things. Always very good customer service and I feel their pricing is honest and fair. One evening I dropped my ML320 off to fix a leak in the A/C system; Dale called me back the next morning before 8:00am and said it was already done! Highly recommended.

While driving up from Atlanta, had a tire failure that required driving on my donut spare (max speed 50 mph). Bo ordered a new tire (from Louisville, KY) on Friday, had it delivered by 10 am on Saturday had it mounted before I arrived (he suggested I drop off the rim / flat tire on Friday--- great idea!). My actual wait time was 15 minutes! Allowing me a safe and speedy drive home on Sunday.Love it when businesses are in command of their abilities and understand service.

Charged twice what everyone else quoted me and blamed it on low profiles which is ridiculous. Was there over two hours. We provided tires and only put two rear on today. Had every intention of having them do front two tomorrow but absolutely won’t now. Did call and asked for a manager but seriously unhappy. I feel my son was overcharged cuz he is a kid in a sports car with Texas tags. Disappointing especially since we are from Tennessee. I guess my business isn’t needed since you thought we were from out of town. Nice to know since someone needs tires every three months. I’ll follow up with social media reviews as I feel completely taken advantage of right now. Avoid unless you are an older person with Hamilton County tags!!

Excellent, honest, and charitable! We were visiting Chattanooga from Florida when our Suburban began to make a pretty disturbing noise late on a Friday night. We saw the great reviews for QTP on Google and took it in on Saturday morning. Bo looked at it immediately, diagnosed a simple fix, repaired it quickly, and refused to allow me to pay. Others in the waiting area told me that this is standard operating procedure for the entire organization. Its so great to know there are still businesses thriving on good old fashioned generosity. Showed up 25 minutes before closing and asked for alignment. No hesitation on their part even though it meant they would probably be there past closing. Waited in comfortable chair in clean, bright room. Surprised when I was told that my car was in alignment so nothing needed to be done. No charge for looking at it. That type of honesty is hard to find these days. I will return for future auto maintenance.

Bought a set of tires for my rv, great staff, will use them again.

Whenever I hunt up prices for tires, these guys seem to have the best prices and I would trust them with anything tire-related. I went here for years to have my oil changes so they could also rotate the tires, which they do for free if you get your tires here. But once my car got old enough to need more repairs, they really struggled to actually fix my problems and I ended up paying out quite a lot of money in the process. I like these guys, but they had a lets try this $400 fix and see what happens approach and when that happens about three times in a row, you end up going someplace else. I ended up at another garage that fixed it the first time around for much less.So, in short, I would trust these guys with any type of tire purchase or repair, but Id go somewhere else for the rest of your car.

Sat 1/19/19 — Thanks to Don and his fellow service manager-the very kind gentleman who offered me a Krispy Kreme for their ultra friendly above and beyond customer service today. I cut it close today bringing the car in for oil and tire rotation leaving less than an hour for Quality to do their magic before a 9am hair appointment up the street. I mentioned my time constraint —NOT when I should have —at the beginning. The gentleman who offered the donuts did not blink when he insisted he drive me because it was raining. I was blown away. He ran out to check how much longer the car was going to be. Don rushed to bring my ticket to the desk so I could pay. Everything was done with sincerity and a smile. Rare these days. But at Quality it’s just how these guys roll. They’re the nicest most professional people. Truly a distinct pleasure to do business at Quality Tire.

Both Bo and Don are top-rate. Don greeted me when I got in with a smile. He immediately knew what name to look for and I hadn’t so much as made a peep! My name is a pain in the neck and he sat there and patiently tried all the names. There was no indignation or attitude. Whatsoever. He was friendly and very professional. At that point Bo walked over. I had spoken with him last week and he knew what I needed fixed and refilled etc so he began writing my ticket. (I will say that Don has done exemplary service in the past and he is so friendly that it’s a pleasure to have him as my service writer or manager as well. ) Bo was very very very efficient from word go. He freakin had my car in and out in very reasonable time. He recommended a tire to me trying to save me money which is so Dadgum honest and professional I almost cried.
