I had a 10:00 AM appointment for a platinum detail ($400). I arrived at 9:45 to drop the car off, but the doors were locked (they open at 9:00). No Be right back sign or anything, just locked. I hung around and tried again at 10, but no one was there. I called the store number at 10:03 and the guy that responded said they would be there in 10 minutes, which would mean Id have to wait ~30 minutes altogether to give them my money. Had it just been the 15 minutes or the 10 minutes, fine, but upwards of half an hour is ridiculous. In the end, I left and scheduled an appointment elsewhere.From what I understood, the entire staff drove to a dealership to pick up cars, so instead of leaving one person behind to honor our arrangement, they decided my business wasnt important enough to worry about. They made a business decision that works out for them and thats cool. When Im told my business isnt all that important, I take it elsewhere and will continue to do so.

These guys do awesome work and at good prices

These guys did a great job cleaning my truck inside and out. The main reason I took it in was to get some scratches removed from the clear coat and they did a great job of buffing them out and making them disappear. No wax on the black plastic pieces or tire spray blown up on the fenders. Quality work in my opinion.

You might be wondering, is it possible to remove years of dog and food stains from upholstery.I didn’t think so but after visiting Prestige (worldwide) I was convinced anything is possible. I wish I had taken a before and after pic! Gabriel and his team took care of me and made the car look new, for an incredibly reasonable price and a 24hr turnover. I’ll be back in a few more years and already look forward to it.
