I wish my experience here was better. For me it was the classic bait and switch, paid a good amount of money for the most expensive ceramic coating and only half the car was done in ceramic. (It’s been tested by a professional) Took it back twice and was given the run around both times. I guess I won’t be taking my R8 to them. Thanks for nothing

Chris and Bruce are both friendly and easy to deal with. Plus they car about the quality of their work. We recently had 2 new cars detailed and ceramic applied after deoxidation and buffing out any paint imperfections or scratches. This is forth time we have used Detail Depot. I was referred to the Detail Depot by several coworkers who had the same sandpaper like gritty feel on the top surfaces of their car.The owner of Detail Depot explained to me that it was iron oxide (rust) in the paint and that they have a specific chemical solution for removing it, as well as other processes after that to restore the original smooth finish.I dropped my car off at 8:00am on a Saturday and understandably he had advised me that he would need the car for the day. I believe it was about 4:00pm at the latest that they called me to come pick it up.He took me to my car for review and it was as nice as it was when I drove it home from the showroom, brand new in 2018 !!This place is a bit hard to spot, so be sure and ask for specific directions when you schedule an appointment.

Detail Depot did a fantastic job on my truck - the outside is sleek and shiny, with everything short of paint chips repaired and cleared perfectly. The inside is shampooed and vacuumed and every surface, nook, and cranny is clean and polished. The turnaround time was great, 24 hours, and the price.was good. Price is on par with others in the area for the same type of service, but I feel like I got excellent value for what I paid. Id recommend Detail Depot to anyone.

I do not believe that there is a better detailer in the state. These guys are professional, do an exceptional job and are hard working. My car had severe damage to the paint because of “tree pollution” in the neighborhood. It took extra effort and ingenuity to restore it to better than showroom quality and they did. Also appreciate the fact that Chris, the owner started the business out of high school and works just as hard as everyone else. Very dedicated and professional group of people.

This is a top notch detail shop! I have been bringing my cars and boats here for many years and they always do such a great job. They are professional and have a wonderful facility that is un-matched in the area. They dont just do detailing they also do ceramic coating and are one of the few to be certified in this. After a first unfortunate experience with Detail Depot, I wrote this review. After reading it, the owner, Chris, reached out to me to right the wrong. He explained to me what had happened after reviewing his business records. A simple mistake occurred which I understand happens. The difference here is that Chris reached out to me and wanted to make it right. This speaks volumes of his character and his business. Chris righted the wrong by offering to rent me a car and redetailing my vehicle. It was done in a timely manner of one day. Chris then, against my desire, reimbursed me for the last wash. Chris is a stand up guy and lived up to the reputation. I am very pleased with my second experience and will use this company again in the future.

A+ job. Brought my track car to get some paint correction done on it (yea, I know, I’m weird. It’s a track car but I still want the paint to be nice). Detail Depot was able to get all the fine scratches and swirl marks out of the paint. Car looks amazing now! Definitely recommend

Detail Depot did a great job detailing my car. It takes all day but I was very happy with the results. Im interested in the ceramic coating and Bruce answered all my questions but at $2,500 its a big investment for me.

Long review short – 10/10 I would most definitely recommend The Detail DepotNow, let me tell you why:Honestly, I was super hesitant and reluctant to let anyone other than me detail my car. Ordinarily, I keep my car in immaculate condition by claying, waxing, glazing, and sealing the paintwork on a regular basis. I’m far from a professional, but I guarantee you that after two days of me painstakingly going over the car, it looks good. With that being the case, with my current life situation, I simply do not have that much free time to sink into my car. Thus, began the search for a detailing place I could bring my car to that I could “live with” the job they would do. After some research and reading countless reviews of various places, I decided to give The Detail Depot a call. I spoke with Bruce for about 20 minutes going over all of the different services they offered. Admittedly, I was a bit sticker shocked at first, but given his professionalism coupled with the great reviews I had read, I decided that I was going to ultimately let The Detail Depot touch my car if I decided to let anyone other than me touch it. Fast forward, a couple of months and a new motor later (completely unrelated to The Detail Depot, obviously), I gave Bruce a call back and scheduled the car for a complete detail @ 9am.First impressions are everything. I arrived a little early expecting to have beaten the employees there honestly. However, to my surprise, everyone was there ready to work. My first impression upon pulling up to and walking into this place was professionalism. The shop was bright and clean. I talked to one of the gentlemen who details the vehicles for a few minutes where he looked over the car with me and said that they’d get it taken care of.5pm came around and the car was ready for pickup. My expectations were high and I know this sounds overly critical, but compared to my own work, I was expecting to be disappointed. My expectations could not have been more off. The car looked immaculate; yes, it looked better than I or anyone else had ever had it looking. This was truly a bumper to bumper detailing job. Everything from the black soot that was around my exhaust tips, to every nook and cranny of the engine bay and everything in between was cleaned. The inside of the car was just as clean and smelled great. However, what impressed me more than the initial impression of seeing how clean the car was, was Bruce taking the time to go over the car with me and allow me to inspect the job in detail. I looked at it with as critical of an eye as I could have and Bruce made sure that everything looked perfect to my liking. He even gave me a microfiber cloth to take home just in case I found an imperfection that we had missed after I left. This is the level of service, professionalism, and relatability every business should show it’s customers.End of a long story, if anyone has taken the time to read this entire review, I hope it couldn’t be clearer how great this place is. I have had multiple cars cleaned excellently at detail depot. They have removed paint over spray from a black truck, as well as removing the cigarette smell out of a used car I purchased, what ever the job they are sure to deliver! I have been to other detail shops and initially my vehicle looked fantastic but looking closer I noticed wax where it should not be, over buffing in areas, even having my engine improperly cleaned causing more trouble then help. Bruce, Chris, and the rest of the experts at Detail Depot, are excellent in noticing the most nuanced issues and returning your car in the best shape it’s ever been in. I would strongly recommend and know you get what you pay for. Thank you!

It was in good aesthetic condition; but, after the Full Detailing from Mr. Bruce and the Detail Depot staff, in my opinion, it’s in practically ‘Like-New’ condition. Over the years, Ive had a lot of Jeep Wranglers detailed. They are more involved because on a Jeep you can see the frame, suspension, and axles from the outside of the vehicle, where as on most cars this is not the case. Every other place Ive been has missed a lot of places under the Jeep and just focused on the body and interior. Doesnt matter how shiny the body is if the axles, frame, and bottom of the rocker panels still have mud on them. Chris and his crew have a great attention to detail. They got every inch of our new JL Rubicon Wrangler looking spotless. Its been in the woods a lot and they were even able to get most of the lighter scratches out of it. It has a lot of aluminum parts underneath (which are particularly difficult to get clean) and they look new again. I cant say enough positive things about them!

I had my car detailed with the Detail Depot and they did an AMAZING JOB!!! My main reason for going to them in the first place was because I had grease on my headliner that I thought would never come out. When they were finished my headliner looked like it did when I first purchased the car. They also thoroughly cleaned every square inch of my car and it looked absolutely brand new when they were done. I had to drop my car off and leave it with them and I had no way to get to work that morning and the Manager told me that it would be no problem for him to take me to work himself, talk about OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They go above and beyond to make sure your experience is second to none and will have you coming back for years to come!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Detail Depot!!! And I appreciate everything the did for me!!

These folks transformed my badly weathered BMW Z4 to a beautiful deep red finish. The paint shines like it’s wet! The raggedy wheels were brought to a better than new showroom finish and coated with a heat resistant coating. Rusty brake calipers we’re buffed and clear coated to retain the factory new finish. I’m amazed at the end result of all the expertise and effort put into this vehicle! I highly recommend Detail Depot.

I was more than pleased with Detail Depot! I spoke with Bruce and Travis detailed my vehicle. I have an escalade esv (very large) with all white interior and three kids. Ages 10, 7 and 3. You could only imagine what my car looked like. They finished my vehicle in one day! I was beyond impressed. It looked brand new! They did an amazing job, I will bring my vehicles back to them! My car had tar and sealant from a recently paved road when I took it to Detail Depot. They did a fantastic job in removing this from the wheels, fenders, undercarriage and car and had my car looking brand new again. The workers were helpful, friendly and courteous.
