He doesnt speak much English but normally has someone around that can translate. He is very good at what he does and has fair prices. He is normally busy but get the job done effectively and efficiently. Normally I bring parts and what is needed and he takes care of it. He will also let you know what else may need to be taken care of. I would refer anyone that needs vehicle repairs. He has a vast knowledge of many different makes and models.

They definitely know what to do but have a language barrier so use google translate to translate to spanish. I got a really good price on flat tire repair. Dont hesitate to bargain on the price offered. I got it done for half the price they offered.

I want to thank Christina and her mechanic, Kenny for an amazing job. My son was coming back from San Diego, California to move back to the east coast. He broke down in Atlanta, Ga. My sister, who lives in Chattanooga, only had good things to say about Hamilton County Tires, so we had the car towed from Atlanta to Chattanooga. Unfortunately, a new transmission had to be put into the car, the quote that my son got from the dealership he took it to when it broke down was a ridiculous about of $4700. Christina was very fair in her assessment and cost savings of more than half. When I received the call today to tell me the car was ready, I was shocked at the speed of service. She understood the situation, she knew the importance of needing to get the car fixed and back on the road for my son who started a new job. Yes, we have to come pick it up, but the 22 hour drive will be worth it, because of this companies commitment to their customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM for all your automotive needs. They dont just simply do tires. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND ASSISTANCE. IF ONLY WE HAD MORE COMPANIES LIKE YOU IN THIS COUNTRY!!!

This place is great reasonable prices owner is very nice and very knowledgeable I got two used tires great for 45.00 each. I’m definitely going back for the rest of work I need. I’m very satisfied and pleased I highly recommend this shop

If you know me, you’ll know I love to support local and small business every chance I get. But this interaction wasn’t great and the owner totally missed a chance to take care of a long time customer and someone who has referred business.Hamilton County Tire in Red Bank.Don’t waste your time. The new owner doesn’t accept previous owners warranties or lifetime tire rotation. The business name is the same, only the ownership changed. We came back because of the good experiences we’ve had and have sent numerous friends and family there for tires. Not anymore.We did go to them to get new tires last month. The owner wasn’t there. So I left my contact info with the son. No reply. I called and left a VM a few days later. No response. We bought 4 sets of tires from them but last month we spent over $1,000 on new tires elsewhere.So the last ditch effort was to check on our supposed lifetime rotation of the last set of tires I bought for our other vehicle. So in conclusion, he lost our future business over a tire rotation. #ShortSighted #Wow #RantOver

The sign said We do a/c repair so I stopped in to be charged $80.00 that I was not told only for them not to be able to fix my air in my car. Let your customers know when you are charging them. Or dont put out a sign that says you fix air when you cannot

Incredible service! HCT is under new ownership as of Spring 2018 and their customer service is unrivaled. Forget the negative reviews left over from previous ownership, this place is legit. I stopped in without an appointment hoping to have a balding, flat tire patched. Not only was my tire fixed in under 15min, I was given an honest assessment of the situation that saved me money. A patch could not be applied due to placement of the leak so a plug was used instead — most other tire places would have told me I just needed to replace the tire(s). STAY AWAY FROM THEIR USED TIRES!!! The owner Christine is extremely nice and complimentary. Told me I should be a model (Thank you very much). I Got a flat tire about 1 1/2 weeks ago and stopped in here to buy a tire as it was the closest place available. At first they said they had my tire size available but later said they were sold out but that having a tire of the wrong size put on my car would not be a big deal so I agreed skeptically as I was desperate. Long story short, I have gotten flats and had to refill my tire atleast FIVE times since then. There is obviously no warranty of course so my $40 went down the drain. I guess thats what you ask for in a used tire, but Ive had used tires that LAST. Dont waste your time, itll save you a headache.
