Run flat tire had 1 pound when we got in the cat to drive home to Illinois. Got air in it and there was a bolt in one of the treads. Went to Chattanooga BMW at opening and met Nick and Wes in service. Nick assessed my situation and recommended tire replacement and they had one in stock. Got us back on the road in 45 minutes WITH a wash! Nick and Wes were professional, courteous and excellent hosts. Thanks so much!

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming on arrival. I was given alternatives to a couple of things on my car so I was able to make a decision on how to proceed. They provided me with options where I could continue working while I waiting for my service. The wait time provided was accurate and my car was clean when they delivered it back to me.

Nicholas is the best service representative I have ever encountered. He has the absolute best customer service I have ever received from anyone. He made sure I was happy and went the extra mile to have my satisfaction on the problem we were trying to fix. I walked out of the dealership happy as can be. I’m most excited about the fact I get to work with him in the future. I recommend this dealership and Nick to anyone who has a BMW, if you don’t own a BMW I suggest you get one.

I took my BMW X5 for service. My car would intermittently have starting problems and I suspected that maybe it was a fuel pump problem. This suspition was indicated on the service request. NO check engine light came on. Upon diagnostic evaluation an error indicating a gas tank evacuation pump error was diagnosed and replaced at cost of ~ $1000.00. I was told the fuel pump was checked and was not the cause of my problem. Within 1 week the same starting problem occurred and eventually left me stranded. I had the car evaluated by another aftermarket BMW service department and within 10 minuted it was determined that the fuel pump was indeed the cause of my original problem. The fuel pump relay was burned indicating high current draw from the defective fuel pump. Very disappointed this was not discoved by the Chattanooga BMW service department.

Everyone at BMW of Chattanooga is always friendly and nice. Wes in the service department has been who I have worked with for years and he is great. He always has a smile and he explains everything to me. I have dealt with other service departments in the past and BMW of Chatt. out shines them all.

Brake and rotors replacement. Great job. Excellent service. Immediately assisted upon arrival, text me with suggested maintenance with ability to accept or decline as well as estimated total for maintenance items chosen, text as soon as car was completed, called within an hour of texting to make sure I received text, and excellent service to finish. Car looked and drives great!

Kevin Frazier was very professional and told me everything that needed to be done and kept me updated.He just made me feel very comfortable after he explained the other things that needed to be done other than what I came in for,, which was just a oil change.I feel like he is a really important part of the Service Department.

My husband and I were visiting Chattanooga while waiting to close on a house out of state. My X1 with 11,000 miles on it, decided to go crazy and flash every possible warning sign the system had, and shut down in the middle of driving down a busy street.I called Chattanooga BMW and they told me to bring it in right away.Wes took my call and I am glad that he did, because he was amazing.Long story short, after testing everything, the car ended up needing an entirely new computer. Wes and Kevin were awesome, they made sure we had a rental car to go back home and Wes texted and called with regular updates on the car. It ended up taking almost a month to get all of e parts in and get it fixed, however we were well taken care of and I was very happy with the service.

My vehicle ran hot due to a faulty hose. I had to have my vehicle towed from Ga to the dealership. NICHOLAS PAYTONassured me that that it would be taken care of. He was very informative of everything that was taking place ( as he always is) Knowledgable of my vehicle. He is a asset to BMW. YOU NEED MORE OF HIM. 😊 Hose was replaced & car returned the following day.
