I brought my car in because I had a leak in one of my tires. They helped me immediately, filled all my tires up with air, patched the leaky tire, and didnt charge me anything! So thankful for their quick and kind service.

Went in 3 months ago for steer tires wearing, thought might be kingpins,wasnt positive. Confirmed it was, fixed fairly fast, done alignment, new batteries for me while there. Cpl other things happened while there, had to have towed to another shop cuz engine issues. took back today for other work, as before, got me in as soon as they could, will be finished up on Monday, would recommend, they good as their job, reasonable pricing, and straight up with time frame and no BS.

I was passing through town from Texas and noticed I had a leaking tire. I pulled into their shop and they quickly started working on my truck. After a quick inspection they told me the tire wasnt worth patching since it had several small leaks. Fortunately, I had a extra tire in the bed and they swapped it out for me promptly. When it was time to settle up, they wouldnt accept any money. The people were polite and their service was top notch, I would gladly go out of my way to be a patron of this tire shop.

I have tried getting in on the commercial truck side to get an alignment. No one will ever call me back to schedule an appointment. I guess they are to busy to deal with individual customers. Thanks for the customer service.

This place goes above and beyond great customer service. Stopped in Chattanooga (ten hours from my home) for one night for my first night of a vacation and got both tires slashed. Had it towed to their lot and they were able to get me in first thing to look at what could be done. Luckily they had perfect sized tires already in stock to replace the ones that were trashed and got me in and out faster than I’ve ever had to wait for my vehicle anywhere else. I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip and make it home all in one piece with no other bumps in the road. Couldn’t be more thankful getting help from this amazing business!

My wife had surgery and we got a flat tire pulling into the hospital. I had to get the tire fixed as fast as I could they came through in a clutch 10 minutes to fix so I could get back to hospital.Thank you guys so much for your service!

Had a appt. Got me right in then 2 hours to change two steer tires. Then told ready but had not done alignment. 3 hours later I was done.

They have a (bad balancer)on the semi truck tires,if you rebalance tire, it will show different every time

We had a flat tire on our travel trailer while traveling so had to put the spare on. I called Best One Tire and they said they could fix it so we stopped there. As we pulled in two gentleman met us and immediately went to work on the tire. They had it fixed quickly and changed out the spare and put the original one back on! These guys are just great people and We so appreciated their help. This is definitely what you call Southern hospitality at it best! They treated us like family. They are awesome and they would be our go to people if we lived in Chattanooga!

I ran over a screw on the interstate and I pulled into Best One where I was cheerfully greeted with smiles from the staff. They quickly repaired my tire and did not charge me anything. Needed a tire replaced on my van due to a failed lower ball joint. Chris York took my wheel and old tire to get replaced and had it back within a few hours. Great employee and company to be acquainted with.

I just want to say how awesome the employees are here! I hit a pothole on my way to pick up my marriage license and blew the sidewall out of my tire in the pouring rain. That just added to the stress I am already dealing with. The gentleman up front (I wish I would have gotten his name) had me pull up to a bay and had one of the guys (Stan) jack my car up and throw my spare on for me within a few minutes. I went in to pay and was told not to worry about it. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for their kindness and help. I will be telling everyone I know about the great people and service I experienced today! They showed me that there are still great/caring people out there that will do what they can to help a fellow person out! Thank you again, guys!

I trust these people before anyone else in the city. If its not their specialty, or someone else can do the job better, they will tell me. And I cant tell you how many times theyve fixed my wifes flat tires for free.

This is a great tire shop they also do other minor repair work. Great staff with excellent personalities. I use them for all of my fleet vehicles and then give in and out in a timely manner. They stay very busy so thats a good sign right there.

While on a big road trip we started noticing our low tire indicator coming on. We filled it and the next day the indicator came on again. Since we were in a different part of the country we had no idea where to go. Fortunately we found Best-One on Google with great reviews and took our car in. We were in and out in less than an hour (two nails in our tire 😱) and able to get back to our road trip vacation quickly and easily. Were so glad we found this place to help us out! Thanks!

Tires get pricey but some tire sizes you can only get online are here waiting for you

I went here on 7/16/2019 in the evening to get a punctured tire plugged. The gentleman (Nathan I believe his name was) that did the plug for me asked if I had $10 in cash after he was done. I told him that I didn’t have cash on me and was confused why I couldn’t pay inside. He told me they would charge $25 or so, and that I could just go to an ATM and get cash out to pay him because it would be cheaper. Come to find out, they don’t charge for plugs, at least they didn’t me. I don’t like feeling like I was taken advantage of, or at least, attempted advantage. I will not be back here to buy new tires when I need them in the future.

So thankful to have had Best-One Chattanooga help us out on our road trip. Their amazing staff got us in before their first appointment of the day and back on the road in 15-20 minutes. We will always remember your kindness.

If you are a trucking company and have a flat on the road, avoid these people at all cost. They charged 300.00 just for an after hour call and only 1.6 miles away. Replaced 2 1000x20 tires and bill was 930.11!!!
