Great customer service!! Tim was awesome. He kept me informed every step of the way. They replaced/repaired the wheel bearing hubs on my 2009 VW rabbit and it’s driving great now!! I was looking to buy a car and scheduled to have it checked out to see if it was a good find. Tim and his team did a wonderful job inspecting the car and providing a detailed list of current and potential problems, as well estimates for repairs, so I was fully informed before deciding whether or not to purchase the car. I took my Range Rover Sport in for a check engine light illumination. The culprit was diagnosed as a faulty oxygen sensor that was replaced. The majority of my interactions were with Tim who was always professional and very conscientious. From scheduling for drop off through the diagnosis, repair, and pickup process he kept me apprised the entire time and again in such a conscientious manner it stood out above and beyond even a typical professional interaction. He has even followed up more than once to make sure all was still well. Bavarian Auto will most certainly be my go to repair shop for any concerns related to my vehicle from hereto-forth.

Took almost two weeks to get an appointment for my older land rover on a Friday. It was never worked on and ended up being kept over the weekend with the promise it would be worked on first thing Monday morning. I called at noon on Monday and was told it wouldnt be worked on till that afternoon. I chose to pick it up and take it somewhere else. Not professional or considerate.

Tim at Bavarian auto was great! Answered my call in person, was accurate in the estimate of the time it would take, and kept my informed along the way. The work on my Porsche Cayenne Hybrid was done to perfection.I highly reccomend them!

My older Mervedes was leaking oil and I suspected the valve cover gaskets needed to be replaced. Tim and the team at Bavarian got me in the same day, confirmed the problem, and made the repairs. They also recommended new spark plugs due to the previous leak and the age of the vehicle. All prices were very reasonable. Car drives like new again.Very pleased with the entire experience. I will be a regular customer.

I have a mk6 GTI that fell victim to the dreaded timing chain tensioner failure. Tim at Bavarian Auto was fantastic to work with in regards to getting service scheduled and having my issue looked at. Tim quoted me a price for repair before my car was even towed in that was very accurate, the work was done quickly, and I was kept in the loop about how the repairs were going the entire time. They also accommodated me picking up my car after hours. Overall, while it was a very unfortunate circumstance, I dont think that it could have been handled any better.

Well Tuesday I will be taking my car them to get fixed. I am sure they will do a great job.

My GTI was running rough and they got me right in the same day. They found the problems, called me with detailed info and cost and it was ready the next day. My car is running great and I can relax knowing that everything was taken care of! I will be back in 5000 miles for an oil change.

They replaced the battery and alternator in my car. My car has had battery issues for awhile now and they were able to figure out why. Took care of it and my car has 0 issues now! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We were referred to Bavarian auto by a friend. The repair was rather extensive and time consuming and fraught with some unseen issues. Bavarian auto technicians stayed diligent to the task and were able to complete the repair and other issues found along the way in a timely fashion. If you have a Mini I would recommend them. They were able to accurately diagnose my check engine light. It happened to be a turbo issue. They communicated with me and fix the problem the first time. Ive had no further issues as I am writing this review a week later. Also everyone I spoke with was very friendly and from what I could see the shop was well kept and secure.

These guys are wonderful.My land rover had a check engine light which started blinking, so we took it to Bavarian. After their initial analysis, they said that there were 20+ error codes coming back on the initial diagnostics. When I get a phone call that says - you have 20 error codes, my brain immediately goes into panic mode and I wonder are these guys about to take me to the cleaners? But, Bavarian is not that kind of mechanic. They diligently test drove my car while performing diagnostics which eliminated most of the high cost scary repairs almost immediately. They got a LR senior technician involved who provided additional guidance and updated the computer for us. But most importantly, they called me almost every day; they told me exactly what was going on and what they would do if it was their car. After the repairs were complete they test drove the car again to make sure everything was running smoothly. They washed my car before they returned it to me and they texted me a few days later to make sure it was running to my standards.These guys were knowledgeable and polite and anyone with a German car we will be sending their way from now on. I highly recommend them.

As a single woman, driving an older (2012) Mercedes, I have come to find Tim to be honest and fair. If there is something that comes up that I cant do at the time, he tells me whats a must and what we can put off for another month. They completely understand Keep it running, dont spend a million dollars.

Alternator replacement. Bavarian diagnosed the issue, were upfront about the issues and did not try to upsell. Very professional. 5 stars, but it did take nearly 2 weeks to get my care completed and that seemed a little long.

I take my 987 Porsche 911 to Bavarian Auto for many reasons. When I took it in last week I was expecting to spend some serious bucks as it had not been in for service in about a year. Granted, I don’t put a lot of miles on it, But I was expecting a brake job and more. Not this time. Bavarian told me to hold off on some of the work as it wasn’t quite time. That’s the kind of service I appreciate. When it is time for new brakes I will certainly be using Bavarian Auto

My beloved MINI was eaten by rats. I had my MINI towed to Bavarian after it failed to start and it was discovered that rats had made a home in the engine bay.Working with my car insurance was a pain and having to wait on parts and insurance approvals made it a slow process but the job was done, done well, and my MINI is back in running order.This was not an easy process but the job was completed to my satisfaction.

When you take your car to a shop, you want to see organization and cleanliness. Go check out the pics online, this shop is run tight. I’ve had my BMW E60 at this shop for a couple oil leak repairs, and am very satisfied with the repairs, pricing and overall experience.

We hired Bavarian to do a one-off pre-purchase inspection of a Volvo XC90 we were considering buying. Tim talked to me over the phone and ran through the process with me, including cost. We received a thorough report of the inspection--both on the phone and in writing--of potential issues with the car and their estimated cost. It was extremely helpful for us in deciding whether to buy the car, and Tim really gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We ended up purchasing the vehicle, and well definitely consider using Tim and Bavarian for servicing the car in the future!

This was my first time using Bavarian Auto and it was the best experience! I dropped off the car early in the morning and with in an hour I got a call telling what I needed and was able to get it back that afternoon. Staff was very informative and courteous. Terrible customer service, over priced and will never recommend a friend or family to this shop. They allowed my car to get flooded on their property, and charged me 700 dollars for nothing. Then refused to do work on my other BMW. What a joke

Bavarian took care of regular transmission maintenance on my VW, as well as helping to diagnose a gas smell problem. Maintenance and repairs were fairly priced and Tim was great communicating every step of the process. Definitely recommend them for regular maintenance or repairs.

I hope to bring my car to bavarian for better service but Im not lucky, they only spend months of your time working on your car looking for where the damage is. but it doesnt get better they damage the remote function of my car, my car horn, Ive spent $ 1000 for more than 2 months. I tell them about my horn but they have their reason. They talk nice but not responsible.I am not satisfied!

Not only did they tell me it would cost too much to fix, they tore my car apart and charged me 600 bucks in the process. Rip off.

The crew at Bavarian Auto did a jam up job getting my Mini Countryman back on the road. I was mostly informed with only 1 slight communication error. It is nice to have a place to take my Mini where they no how to repair it properly without having to drive all the way to a Mini dealership. I definitely recommend.

Great mechanical and customer service!

Ive taken my car (an Audi Q5) to this shop twice now, and have been extremely impressed with the level of service they provide. They charge less than the dealer for the same work, and back their work with a 3 year warranty. They are also extremely friendly, and will take time to explain their work in detail. They were also able to do a valve cover gasket replacement, vacuum pump replacement, and some additional unforseen small repairs and got my car back to me the same day.

Recently took Range Rover in for service. Had a hard to diagnose noise and they took the time to have a technician ride with me to listen. Very pleased with the service. Used them in the past for another Range Rover and will use them in the future. Very professional.

I have been an extremely satisfied customer for about 20 years. They have serviced all of our foreign and domestic cars exclusively once outside the warranty period. The reason I allow them to service our cars is very simple – I trust them completely! That may sound odd to say about an auto repair facility, but it is the highest compliment I can give. They perform any maintenance or service issues needed generally in one visit. The staff is professional and courteous. If it were allowed, they would receive a 10-star rating!

I was not displeased the associates are very helpful providing information about all needed repairs, and future needs before a problem exist. An excellent team with reasonable prices!

My estimate for work needed broke down the repair into what was essential and what could wait. The work was accomplished in a timely fashion and the car is performing well. Friendly hospitable staff!

I have brought European cars here for services and repairs for years. Always quality work and great customer service, and typically far less cost vs the dealers.

Tim was very good to deal with and went above and beyond trying to track down a mysterious leak in my cooling system. Work was completed in a timely fashion and was of good quality at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and today I had too. My car wouldn’t crank so I had it towed to them and Tim understood what the most likely cause was and offered to order parts preemptively in order to shorten my wait time. Good people!
