Very friendly and courteous. They quoted me a great price on tires and alignment. The day of service they got started immediately and had everything completed by the time they said they would. They made sure I had my rebate information and told my of my warranty and the services they would provide in the future. I was very pleased.

Had an issue with my car while working at Midwest Missions. They got me in and fixed my car in a day and it works great.

Staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Today, I had 4 new Cooper tires installed, full synthetic oil change and an alignment. Plus my car had alot of tree sap on it. They removed it for free. I would highly recommend this place and will be going back myself!

I needed same day service On a Saturday and I could not find a shop to accommodate my needs until Monday at the earliest. When I called 1 Stop, I was impressed with the knowledge of the staff member that took my call. He diagnosed my problem and gave me hope that if I brought my vehicle in and the problem was what he thought, they could probably repair it same day. The shop was clean and spacious, very welcoming and the staff was very professional. This was my first visit to 1 Stop; they’re at the top of my list for any future vehicle service.

I dropped in to get my tires rotated and to have leaks fixed. They sealed the tire beads that were leaking and rotated the tires. I was out of there in less than an hour. Great experience.

We were on our way from TX to WI for a family reunion when our alternator went out just south of Springfield IL on Saturday morning. We were pretty concerned as we were in unfamiliar area and with many shops closed on weekends we werent sure we would be able to make our planned family reunion. We called around to several placed and only 1 Stop was open. They were amazing! They helped get a tow of our vehicle (and arranged for the tow truck to bring a loaner vehicle so all 5 of us could get to the shop), they also expedited replacement of the alternator on our vehicle and had two technicians help due to our predicament and possibly being stuck if they couldnt get it done that day.Overall incredibly helpful, professional, and honest repair shop and we couldnt have asked for a better location to help us. Big shout out to Steve and the technicians who helped us! My only disappointment is that they are not closer to where we live as we would definitely take our cars there.

I believe in shopping local, but I will not visit this shop in Chatham again. Less than a year ago this shop replaced a coolant thermostat housing that cost us $393 in our overheating car. 11 months later the overheating started again, so they said theyd replace it with no charge. The guys behind the lobby-area counter were pleasant enough, but after a day and a half of keeping our car and replacing the thermostat housing a second time, they said the cause of our cars overheating was due to someone putting StopLeak into the radiator, which ruined it--it needed to be replaced for $496. A friend recommended we get a second opinion before allowing One Stop to replace the radiator, so we took our car to Ellenburgs Radiator in Springfield. Within an hour Dan Ellenburg called and stated he saw no trace of StopLeak, the radiator was fine, and a failed coolant fan was the cause of the overheating problem. Dan replaced the fan and the car was ready that same day. If we had allowed One Stop to replace the radiator, a broken coolant fan wouldve brought us right back to an overheating problem, which is a threat to engine failure. Not sure if One Stop is good at other mechanical diagnoses, but they are NOT radiator technicians and the StopLeak sounded like an outright lie. Again, we were treated courteously there, but knowing we may have been out the cost of a radiator AND a coolant fan in the end infuriates me. Be wary of this place.

I love this shop. It’s hard to trust anyone in this type of business but the guys that run this place know how to put your mind at ease. Bob is the perfect gentleman to have running the front of the house. He was very open and honest and not once did he give me the run around. I had a lot wrong with my Chrystler that took a bit of time to fix but they made the whole process move smoothly. Several times Bob asked me to come in so Joe (great mechanic) could show me exactly what was wrong. I’ve never had a auto mechanic business encourage me to come look at what they are doing. Joe did a great job and showed incredible kindness by walking me through the whole process. The price was more than fair and on top of that Bob introduced me to a great reward system that they offer. To anyone else who worked on my car as well as Bob and Joe thank you so much for all your hard work. This is my shop from here on. We had a blowout on the interstate today and stopped at two tire shops before we got to 1stop. No one had the tire we needed. 1stop didn’t have the tire in stock but sent for the tire we needed and had us back on the road in an hour. They were reasonably priced, very quick, and friendly.

Customer service needs improving. I had to keep calling for status of my vehicle. I was given a completion time, but then was informed a part needed replaced so was given a loaner car that was filthy, including a Red Bull can filled with ashes in cup holder. I was concerned about driving said loaner car in wintery mix conditions since its such a bare bones vehicle that it had a flimsy feel plus didnt shift gears well. The general attitude was unfriendly so I will never have a vehicle serviced here again as my money can be spent where it is appreciated.

My tire was flat.. stopped at Caseys to fill. Their air hose was not working properly so I ended up letting even more air out of it..Went next door to 1 stop, the guys found a screw in my tire, plugged it and filled all my tires with air.. fast service, friendly and so thankful for them today! When I moved back to town I wasnt sure who to go to for oil changes with my moms BMW. A friend told me about 1 Stop Auto Shop in Chatham. I was so thankful they did. They treated my moms car like it was their own and the price was excellent! I highly recommend this nice, clean and convenient shop!

I won a gift certificate for oil change wash and wax from wymg.. I called yesterday and asked if I need to make an appointment.. they said no.. I come in today to get the wash-wax and now they said I need an appointment. They said I can get the oil change but not the wash and wax I have to have an appointment.. . so had to set it up for next week. I dont really live close so kind of a bit of a hassle so far... we will see if my opinion changes after that.... I went back to my appointment day and they were ready for my car. They said it was going to be about 2-1/2 hours so they gave me a loaner.. man... a minivan needing exhaust. It was dragging over bumps and LOUD!! I was embarrassed to drive it anywhere but went to golden corral anyways and wasted time.. I was surprised when they called me like less than an hour later and said it was ready.. totally changed my opinion after the other day showing up for nothing. But of course never count your blessings.. I pulled up the car looked good from a distance so I went and exchanged keys and when I walked up to it there was white wax left on the door the bottom of the car and it didnt look like they washed it completely before the wax. So ya I was disappointed to say the least.. not sure if it would have been better if I had paid and not had a gift certificate from the radio.. but youd think theyd at least clean the windshield of streaks of wax and not rush it because its a gift certificate.. only reason I give 2 is because it was free and I hate waxing my cars..

I took my car to one stop for repairs,they fixed it but notice the car was doing the same thing after they fixed it so I had to take it back. Left it there early in the morning and called to explain the problem, Bob said they would look into it, never heard a word all day and called around 5 to see the status and was told the problem had not been detected.I said so I am left with no car because you didn`t fix it right in the first place and was told I could have a loaner, why didn`t you offer that in the first place, also one stop would look into it the next morning The problem is real bad communications with your company, a simple phone call up-dating would have been nice. I am taking my cars to a different repair shop and a simple sorry would have been nice but I guess your company has plenty of business;but not my family or many others...

Not a bad place, they need to work with communicating with the average person who comes in for help. I read very good reviews from google about one stop and felt confident enough to try them out. I knew exactly what needed replacing, stated such, gave over my keys, and was told to wait in the waiting area. No wait time given, not a mechanics name given who would be working on my car, or the process that they would go through. After an hour of waiting my name was called and they told me what needed replacing. It was exactly what I had told them an hour ago. The secretary was very informative and polite, but I had to prod a bit for information. I finally got an estimate and a time line. I didn’t mind waiting the estimated hour in the area, they have the basic padded chairs and magazines, but also looked like they had an adjourning room for children with a fish tank and some toys. The same secretary was very friendly for some time, making a bit of small talk when he had time. There was then again miscommunication that the hour estimated was not counting the 30-40 minute lunch break that they all took. Obviously the mechanics are people who deserve breaks, but again, it’s communication with the costumer that is needed. I should not be sitting waiting for my car way over the estimated time while three workers are at the front desk discussing their lunch in the break room-it’s unprofessional. The secretary came back and told me my car was almost done, and without me saying anything said he would give me a discount because it took longer than estimated. It’s great when companies are aware of their mishaps, and can make up for them in real time. In talking with the guy when I was paying he mentioned that the wait was long because the part was late; understandable, but tell me that before I sit for two hours waiting for my car. And after all that on my drive home my car started making a new whirling noise. If it doesn’t buff out in the next day or so I will be back.

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to these guys for several years. Theyre always friendly and helpful. Always a good experience, even when something expensive is wrong with a vehicle!

I think they tried to pull a fast one on me today. I went in for a usual oil change, and bought my own filter for it. My BMW uses a thicker oil so I tend to use Shell rotella 15w40. Upon getting my bill I was told it was going to be about $105.00, for a freaking oil change. I tell them this cant be right as the last time I got my oil changed there it was $60.00, to which I got the reply of well diesel oil is more expensive and someone must have given you a good deal then by the employees. Diesel oil is not more expensive buddy, the kind that you put in costs $13.00/Gallon and I only need 7 quarts. You do the math there. I asked them to see what I was charged last time and it was around $63.00. They chalked it up to he must have given you a deal or something, he doesnt work here anymore. They graciously offered $10.00 off to make it $90.00 along with my loyalty card as they could see I was upset. At the end of it they must have realized I could tell it was a scam because my reciept came out to $60.00. Know your prices on this stuff, they wont hesitate to make a hand over fist profit on the less educated.

It got me to the general area but was off by .5miles. I had to stop and call the store for directions because this app told me it was in a wooded area. Usually a good app but has been off lately.

The Chatham shop has helped me so many times. I have an old van that I use to get my grandkids to and from school (I have grandkids in each of the Chatham schools except GHS). I drive many miles with kids depending on me. These guys have kept me running and on time for several years. They are honest and go above and beyond to keep me going. I have had a lot of major repairs because the van is about 11 years old. Their affordable prices make it so much better than having to make new care payments. I can’t say enough good about this shop. Highly recommend!!!

Incompetent barely starts to explain the service here. Unless you enjoy having to bring your vehicle back to the shop to have something fixed that wasnt even an issue before you brought it to them, and that could have only been caused by complete and utter carelessness on their part, dont bring your vehicle here. Icing on the cake: my check engine light came back on, less than a week after getting my vehicle back.
