Again, Pella did a great job. We had Pella install windows on the upper part of our house 10 years ago. This job they finished the lower half, and they matched the white trim to the old windows exactly! They came in under my budget and did a great job installing. The crew had some newer people and were well supervised by the crew chief who on several occasions made them reinstall new trim correctly. All windows open and close properly.

Jeff Perkins was the sales representative and technical advisor. Jeff was responsive and showed up the next day after the Initial call. He educated and guided us through the Selection process. He recommended the Pella Lifestyle doors and windows for our home addition to match the Pella windows on the existing structure. He provided all the details needed to properly install the windows and doors to our contractor. The 8’ tall French doors recommended by Jeff look incredible! The doors and windows were more expensive than other options available, however, this product adds so much class to our home it is worth every penny spent. The doors and windows look amazing! The doors were delivered as promised. We are extremely pleased with the doors and windows and believe they offer good value.

So far it has been a delight working with George Nemeth from Pella. Not only was he early & professional, but highly informative of his product and honest in answering questions we had. He has also gone above and beyond in helping us with various potential ways to fulfill our project needs, which we are truly grateful for. The 1st window company we had come out was not at all accomedating in answering questions or providing customer satisfaction, so George was a refreshing change to this rather daunting process. Our only reasoning for 4 not 5 stars is the sticker price per window, and nothing to do with George. Plus we havent had the job completed, but should that happen, Id be glad to leave an updated review.

The absolute worst place to buy a door and services for the installation. I have learned my lesson and will hope that others will not go through what we went through. They ruined our door and failed to fix their mess. They need to go back to business 101 classes and realize that keeping a customer happy is better than screwing them over over a few dollars. Never do business with Pella. btw, dont buy into their responses here when they claim they are happy to help. They never respond to you.

We bought a $7000+ door in May. Pella took half of the money up front and has since ghosted us. We had an install on 8/11. They called on 8/10 to confirm the appointment, only to cancel the morning of 8/11. Since then, we’ve tried calling, stopping by at the showroom, we’ve left messages with multiple people to find out when and IF they will ever deliver and install our door. So far, we’ve not heard back from anyone and no one will answer the phone when we call. Unfortunately, we made the mistake to pay by check. $3500 just gone. I would not recommend anyone buying from Pella. Not only do they have bad customer service, they took our money, did not deliver the service and product we paid for, and do not respond to calls.UPDATE: They emailed us after I wrote this review. Sent us the same numbers to call that we’ve been calling. Pretty useless and only meant to placate us. No actual progress or information. They did not even try to resolve the issue.UPDATE: On 10/30 we finally had the door installed (Pella stated they had the door available for 10/26 install but we weren’t able to make that date). The install crew was amazing and (almost) made up for the pain of dealing with Pella beforehand. I had asked for a discount on the door for the stress of the delivery process and Jason emailed me that they’d give us $465 off the door. Of course, the final bill we got did not reflect that. But that was an easy fix, I only needed to forward his email to the office. We love the door and the crew left the house cleaner than they found it. We need all our windows replaced as well. The professionalism of the install crew has us tempted to go through Pella again. But we are not sure if it’s worth the hassle of ordering and getting the product delivered.

Never in my life have I had a more hideous experience. The quality is cheap for a $2400 door. The installation was botched from the beginning. This was last summer. I have had a long battle for 8 months. Now the 3 rd door was installed, and there is no key!! Who the hell wants an entry door with no key? The first one that was defective even had a key!

If theres one thing that turns me off to a company its an overbearing salesperson but that wasnt the case with George. He listened and took the time to answer all of our questions. Not once did we feel pressured to make a decision until we were ready. When it comes to your home, do yourself a favor and go the extra mile. If you want quality that will last, improve the aesthetic of and the resale value of your home, go with Pella.

Mr Jeffrey Hainsworth was incredible. He helped my wife and me set up a plan for my family long term based on our goals. He was so kind and patient as he helped map out all the windows (and their sizes) in my house and helped budget out a long term plan. My sales person, Tim Duncan, was knowledgable and thorough. I had part of windows and doors in my home replaced in 2017. I have been so happy with Pella products and team, I am having them replace windows and doors in the rest of my home this year.

George was great, very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly.Edit: George was fine, but the DAY BEFORE the scheduled install - a day we had scheduled for a month - they called to say the crew was unavailable and it would have to be pushed off another 3 weeks. The next available date is the week of Thanksgiving, and were unable to take off work. With the holidays coming up, its likely we wont be able to get them installed until January. They offered no explanation, just a cancellation after we already rearranged our lives for this install. The really fun part is that now were going to be paying for the next 3 months for windows we wont even have. Wish we would have shopped around a little more.Edit 2: On the installation date, the installers arrived 2 hours late, left the job half finished, told me they were going to come back the next day to finish some external work but never did, and now set a new date for 2 weeks away to finish the work. I have no confidence that the job will actually be finished that day. Meanwhile, weve got bare wood surrounding our windows (hope the HOA doesnt notice!), random lumber in the yard, and a whole window just sitting outside for the next two weeks.Edit 3: Dates and times they give for service are determined solely by dice roll or dart throw and do not in any way correspond to actual dates and times for them to show up.

Rob provided the most excellent customer service. Was very considerate of time, identifying the issues with our sliding glass door, explaining the root causes of the issues and resolving the problems. Couldnt be happier! Pella is very fortunate to have Rob on its team.
