One of the lawn mowing crews shattered a door window At my house in Orange, Va. I sent CGM pictures of the door and window and they knew exactly what I needed and was able to give me a quote and get the order started. Took less then a week to get the replacement window in and for there crew to come out and install. Great installation crew and an A+ company all around. I’ve never had to replace a home window before let alone a large door window but CGM was great to work with. Attached are the before and after.

I highly recommend this company. Great customer service and quality work. We had broken glass in a window sash and was worried that the whole window would have to be replaced. Lucky we found CMG. Not only was the glass replaced, but their shop was able to make some additional repairs to the sash.

Knowledgeable, helpful courteous people. A curved mirror they made cost less than I expected and was made very quickly.

Great folks to deal with from start to finish. Small order of various small picture frame glass. Staff was helpful in choosing best product while explaining differences in options. I have used CG&M twice now and have been very pleased. I had double pane windows with broken seals. They replaced the sashes affected rather than the entire window which saved quite a lot of money . The price was fair and the work was done on time. The crew was very professional and and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing glass and window services.

Excellent Service. I received a prompt response to my call about replacing a shattered sliding door. The Rep came in a couple of days and accurately measured and ordered the replacement double pane because it was not a standard size. Four weeks later I received a call that the glass was In and could be installed the next day. Two knowledgeable and friendly guys showed up on time. They removed the shattered pane, installed the new one, cleaned up the area and were gone in less than an hour. It was great to have a contractor who could do an excellent job with no delays, no excuses, and no drama. Plus, it cost less than I had paid a competitor to replace a similar pane on a door 4 years ago. I highly recommend this company, they know what they are doing.

They measured carefully, prepared the mirror, and sent a crew of two professionals to install. They arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. The mirror looks perfect. I highly recommend Charlottesville Glass & Mirror. I brought 2 pieces of glass, for tabletops, to be cut and 2 small crystal clocks to be polished because of damage to them from being dropped. The glass was cut perfectly to my measurements, but the best job was done on the small crystal clocks. You would never know either one was damaged to the extent they were and they both now look beautiful. I dont usually write reviews but the great customer service and attention I received from everyone at this company was really wonderful so I wanted to share it. I live in another state and my son lives in Charlottesville, so when a window in the door of his house was broken, I called them for their assistance. The first person I spoke with was Billy who was really supportive and extremely helpful. Even though he was very busy he took the time to go over to the house that day to see what happened and take the measurements to replace the broken window. He called me right back to reassure me that he could take care of this for us. As a parent we all worry about our kids especially when we are not there to help them but the staff at this company were really so helpful and supportive that they put me at ease. Hit a home run for me! I broke this huge peacock framed with glass that my wife loves. I called to have it fixed before she could get home again that day. They squeezed it in with very poor notice and stayed overtime to make it happen. If you want customer service, this is the place.

CGM rescreened my porch and did a great job.

Last week we had the pleasure of having new shower and bath doors installed by the folks at Charlottesville Glass and Mirror. The two men that came out to do the install could not have been more professional. They did an excellent job with the shower doors and replaced a large window in our french doors. When the job was finished, they asked my wife and I to please come up and inspect their work and make sure it met with our approval. I knew when they took their shoes off before they entered our home, these were not your average employees. They were courteous, professional and respectful of our home. I highly recommend CG&M and would certainly not hesitate to call on them again. Job well done!

Awesome company. Worked with them on various projects. Would recommend.

First off the two very simple cuts were wrong. Second I am a contractor and small business and I just lost $350 between time and gas on this job because I have to now travel an hour one way to come back and install these two pieces of glass, and a half a day because of someones incompetence and they said that they cannot refund me for the glass in which is their fault for the miscuts.

So friendly, and bent over backwards to rush my order due to my circumstances. Highly recommend!

Do not use this company! Horrible service and overall workmanship

This place is a rip off! Tried to make me buy glass that was ordered wrong on their part. Do not order over phone because they have no idea what they are doing! Then threaten to put in my vehicle anyway against my wishes so they can say that we received the product. EVIL!!!
