I have used QuickFix many times and they have always surpassed my expectations. They are knowledgeable, professional, quick and have always resolved my problems. Especially helpful have been Christian (front office) and Kreela (technical expert). Well-worth the 30-minute drive from my house (even though there are closer options). :)

I requested a consultation with Kreela via a home visit because of a problem I was having with scanning music files to my computer from my Hewlett Packard printer. I dont remember how I discovered Quick Fix several computers ago, but last week when my printer was evidently dying, I contacted them because I remembered they often can repair items enough to donate to schools and other worthy organizations. Kreela, a Mac-Superstar, patiently and thoroughly discussed with me several options of breathing some new life into it so I could still use it for home use. She installed a new drive and increased the memory. She cleaned up and deleted outdated and unused apps. My dinosaur is now running well and I no longer have to wait long -wait times for it to boot up or when changing applications.I also asked Kreela about getting a new computer for internet use. She was incredibly helpful, asking me key questions of what kind of tasks I needed the computer to do, giving me things to consider, and features I should look for. As someone who is very efficient in using technology, making the right choices about what to buy when it comes to technology is overwhelming! I spent the better part of 2 weeks trying to figure out what laptop to buy, as mine finally died after almost 11 great years. I gave up and decided to call QuickFix. I needed to get into my computer, stat and knew they could help. I had the pleasure of working with Kreela. Within 10 minutes of our first conversation, she asked me a series of questions, and advised I should purchase a new computer rather than spend money trying to revive my dying one - and sent me 2 links to computers that were on the shelf at our local Best Buy. And they were about $800 less than what I was looking at online myself!!! I clicked on the link for the Dell that she recommended, and within minutes, purchased it (and added MS Office, which was on sale, per her reminder...I would have forgotten!). We picked up the new computer at Best Buy and dropped it off to Kreela at QuickFix. I am a political scientist who analyses survey data. I do not know what I would do if I didnt have the experts at QuickFix keeping my desktop computer running. They protect it from viruses and malware, they continuously back it up, and they quickly find the cause when the computer crashes. They also found a way for me to continue to use my favorite program when poorly designed new versions came along. And they are friendly and down to earth.
