Absolutely Terrible! I have rented cars from a lot of places all over the country and AVIS is by far the worst! I’ve had 10x better experiences with small mom and pop rental car places. They also said they had to run a credit check which I HAVE NEVER SEEN. The customer service at AVIS was terrible, they were rude to my wife, and the didn’t disclose things over the phone and on their website. They didn’t budge or help at all. I got there to pick up my car and they put on fees after I asked twice if that was the final price. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!! I went down the road to enterprise and was in a car with a great rate in 15 min!
