Elliotts air care team is very professional and efficient on my appointment, they arranged the time very good, during the appointment, the service are very good and they explained to me very clearly. Three technicians are here did four hours work, well organized and thorough work done. I would use it again for my next cleaning service!

Dave was amazing! I realized our ducts were filthy when we turned on our whole house fan and dirt and debris shot out at us. He was super responsive even on the weekend, came out in less than 24 hours, was very reasonably priced, threw in some extra services at no charge, and even sent me some disgustingly satisfying before and after videos of our ducts! 5 stars!!

We scheduled them (pretty far in advance) to come out and clean our air ducts on a house we were buying. We specifically scheduled them for the afternoon after we close because we had cleaners coming out the next day to do a whole house clean, and I know getting ducts cleaned can leave a lot of dust behind. They called two days before to say they were overbooked and had to reschedule us for the following week. I said no thanks. And now of course its too late to find someone else to do the work on such short notice. I will not use them in the future.
