The office was professional though unfriendly. No restrooms. Ample parking early in the morning. I was able to pickup a truck and it was at a good rate. But it was one of the nastiest trucks I have ever rented. No cockroaches but dirty, old, worn out and had a leak in the box and the cab. 179,000 mile is way to many miles in a truck for a one way haul. I’d have to say in have had other nasty trucks with other agencies.

Beware! A truck reservation, even with a confirmation email isn’t a GUARANTEED reservation for the truck, at a specific time and day. They don’t tell you that when you make the online reservation. However if you call to confirm, they will let you know if you ask.

Reservation @ 5:30 to pickup a moving truck. Business hours were until 6:00. The business closed early without any notice. Absolutely inexcusable as other customers were trying to return vehicles as well to find they had closed early for the day. Go spend more to get a U-Haul. You’ll thank yourself later.

We had a very smooth experience with our truck rental. I made a reservation online the week before & picked up in under 15 minutes. To drop off we just left the keys in the box because they were closed. Would definitely use them again for a rental.

Find a better company that wont scam you. Overcharged us $100 saying we went 125 miles when we went 25 miles at MOST. Called several times and just kept getting transferred back and forth between the store and the corporate office with everyone telling me the same thing that since it was already written in the contract, nothingcould be done.

I reserved a truck and a car trailer.The car trailer has now broke down twice.Wheel first came off, got that fixed.Made it 6 hrs and a second wheel broke and caught fire.Truck is great but is the time worth it..? Not sure.Hard to say whose at fault but this is definitely not a good experience

These people are horrible at customer service. They will not pick up the phone. I called several different times during the day with no answer. Had to drive in and asked the guy why they didnt pick up he looked at me and shrugged his shoulders.

Dropping off the truck/trailer was easy and convenient. Budget prices are unbeatable.

Friendly worker, but I wasnt able to use there service due to the debit card policies to rent a car. I used my card at at hertz, worked with no problem.... sorry... their loss!

Cheaper than U-Haul by a long shot. Will only be using budget truck for my future moving needs.

Absolutely horrible. I was recently transferred from the Charlotte area to Raleigh. The company I work for agreed to put me and my family in a hotel/extended stay until we could find a new home, therefore we put all our stuff in storage in the Charlotte area. We found a home in Raleigh, reserved a truck to be picked up today (Sunday, my only day off), and planned to drive from Raleigh to Charlotte to pick up the truck and get all of our belongings to bring back to our new home. Its about a 3 hour drive from Raleigh to Charlotte, and about halfway there we receive a phone call stating that unfortunately none of their trucks came in today so theyre going to have to cancel our reservation. Keep in mind we are already 1.5 hours into our 3 hour drive, and have planned our entire day around this. I never, ever leave negative reviews, but what I fail to understand is if there is even a chance that something like this could happen and none of your trucks would come in resulting in you having to cancel ALL of your reservations (which is what I was told), why would you allow those reservations to be booked?! Anyway, we were then told to call the customer service number, which we did, to try and transfer our reservation to a different location within 5-10 miles (no problem at all, were already coming from 3 hours away). They state that they will try and call us back within 15 minutes with another availability, but that it could take up to 2 HOURS (by now were an hour from the original destination where we booked to begin with). You can imagine my frustration continuing to grow. Luckily, we get a call back within 15-20 mins or so, only for them to tell us that unfortunately NONE of the locations anywhere near Charlotte have ANY trucks available, and that the earliest they would have an available truck would be tomorrow so the best they can tell us is for us to just reserve the one for tomorrow, turn around and drive 2 hours back to Raleigh (wasting a total of 4 hours of drive time and gas), and then drive 3 hours BACK tomorrow to pick up the available truck which I couldnt do EVEN IF I WANTED TO BECAUSE SUNDAY IS MY ONLY DAY OFF WORK AND WE PLANNED OUR ENTIRE DAY AROUND THE RESERVATION THEY ALLOWED US TO BOOK! Absolutely terrible, horrible way to do business, and lesson learned, I will pay more for better service from UHaul from now on. Only giving 1 star because 0 isnt an option.

Easy return. Lady was nice and informative.

Horrible and irresponsible customer service. Confirmed on web but the guy there told no availability. Phone Customer service was even worse. Never trust this fraud company.
