Tim Young’s crew came today to remove a three trunked birch tree that was precariously placed next to our house. One trunk was aiming directly at the house, so we needed someone who was going to take care to get the job done safely. Luckily Tim was that person! My wife and I trusted in how knowledgeable they were and hired them to do the job. In less than 3 hours the tree was down and hauled away. They took great care not to damage our yard as well which has been soaked due to all of the rain recently. I would definitely hire them to do more tree work around the house and have already recommended them to a friend. Thanks!

Had Jeff Hutchins, the arborist, come examine my trees and suggested treatment. He was very professional and knowledgeable. With his recommendations, I hired the company to take down 5 trees and trim dead limbs off 4 trees. Also some cut-back of tree growth over my roof and my neighbors driveway. Their crew, led by Phil, was always on time, very professional, did an outstanding job of removal, and cleaned everything up superbly. The job was a relatively large one, and it took 2 days to complete, at a cost of $6000. Would highly recommend, and will use them again in the fall for some more pruning.

Professional. I had to start my review with that word just to make it clear how absolutely stunned my wife and I are with the quality of the tree Service and work attitude that we witnessed today. Our house has been transformed from a shaded little hidden house to a warm and inviting home for our family.Communication was very clear with the ISA certified Arborist Jeff that initially came out, and he was very knowledgeable and easy to plan with. From scheduling with Lisa, to the on-site experience with Myron and his crew, we could not be any more joyous and satisfied with our experience today.As a side-note, we noticed several birds nests that were carefully avoided and the little Robins eggs were still safe and sound. To us, that represented the level of care that was taken around our home.Thank you!!

I have used Tim Young Tree Service on two occasions to have trees removed and trimmed. The prices were extremely reasonable for the work they did, and I couldnt be more pleased with the workers on site. The process to get a quote, schedule a job and get the job completed was hassle-free. The staff who did the work were extremely careful and conscientious with the surrounding landscape and structure to ensure there was no damage or debris. I would highly recommend Tim Young Tree Service to others who are considering getting tree work done.

Made an appointment with Tim Young tree services to come out for an estimate. Contractor Jeff never showed up. Tried calling company to confirm before hand and also to find out what was going on when we were left hanging and their voicemail was full.

Tim Youngs Tree Service is AMAZING! I had another company take down a huge white oak and walk with my cash leaving literally a beaver dam of full branches (25 ft long, 15 ft deep and about 9 ft high) on my yard. I called Tim Youngs Service because I wanted a professional company and not some random like who had screwed me. They were able to get me in your calendar for this clean up within a few days and they did an absolutely amazing job in the clean up - as if the pile was never there. The crew worked super fast and left nothing behind... not even leaves or sticks! They were very reasonably priced in comparison to some other quotes I got for this clean up (maybe they were trying to help me Im not sure) but I would 100% call them for my future tree removal and stump grinding needs!

Called to have someone come out to get an estimate to take down a very large, dead tree close to my house and power lines. Engle seemed nice enough when I called and set me up an appointment for 2:30 the following day to meet with the arborist (Jeff Hutchins) and said theyd have availability the next week to do the actual work.Its now 3:27 the following day and no one has come by. No one has called about being late. Ive sent an email asking if someone was coming and tried calling to check on it before I head back to work (and left a voicemail) and no one is answering the phones. Im a little disappointed in the lack of communication considering Im trying to give them my business.UPDATE: The office called after writing this post. Informed me that Jeff got held up at another job and apologized for no communication. Jeff showed up around 3:40 and was very polite and apologetic about the situation.

I had a tree removed and one pruned. The guys that did it were quick, nice, and cleaned it up rather nicely. Its the after the job Im unimpressed with. They use a 3rd party for stump removal. I was never contacted on when the stump was going to be removed. I had almost given up, when over a week later, the guy they contract showed up (no call) while my house was being shown to potential buyers. So, they come to look at the house, and theres a guy grinding a huge stump in the yard. Great first impression. The house sells anyway, but come to the house inspection, and theres a bunch of missing roof shingles right next to where the tree was pruned. I call about it, no response for a few days. They call me back, tell me how they will have to send someone out to check it out, because it might not be their fault. I agree, come take a look, but it looks pretty clear to me. It has been over a week, and guess what... no one has come out or called to make an appointment. So Im paying for the roof to be fixed because they wont make time to fix a mistake. They havent even tried to make it right. Its pretty amateur. I would go 1 star, but the tree they pruned does look pretty good.
