Baily (or Bailey) Hefner was the absolute best! My car battery died and he was here in less than 15 minutes, confirmed my battery was dead, and changed it in less than a hour. Thank you Baily (or Bailey) for your kindness and efficiency! Your hard work is very much appreciated! Thank you AAA.

I had an appointment for for 4pm showed up on time, then had to wait an hour just so they could tell me they could not help me because they did not have the part. All it was was a simple patch for the tire.

Justin C is an outstanding employee of AAA. He did more in the 15 minutes after he arrived to my car, than Ford Roadside Assistance did in 3 HOURS. I cannot express my vast appreciation to AAA and Justin (or Juss as listed on his uniform) for their promptness and true customer service.

Had a dead battery and couldnt get my car started. They came out to me within 30 minutes of when I called. Tested everything and then showed me their system where it said I needed a new battery. Only charged me to replace the battery which was very affordable and convenient. Fast, professional and friendly!!

On a hot summer day about 3 years ago I had a flat tire. The driver Mark who came out to help me was amazing, he was respectful, fun and kind. The first thing he did was handed me a cold bottle of water.He left such an impression, I kept the ticket he gave me, he even drew a big smiley face on the ticket. I just ran across the ticket again thing morning and decided to write this review. Thanks Mark! Stay cool, stay great!

Drivers are not properly trained to tow certain vehicles. Driver assured me lifting a BMW 750 from behind and towing was the correct way to do. I sustained front bumper undercarcarriage damage and possible suspension damage. AAA and Towmark denied claim

I had a flat tire in employee parking at Charlotte Airport. I had tried to call Charlotte emergency for assistance but to no avail. Called aaa,they said it could be about 50 minutes before someone came. Instead it was 20 minutes when Lee showed up. She put air in the spare,changed the tire and had me out within 30 min. Only incident was the hubcap was broken when she forgot to take off the hubcap cover. I have been a member for several years and have called them several times. Wont use anyone else. Thanks,Lee

This is the address that was on my receipt, and I really wanted to leave a review for a guy named Stacey who works here (at least Im assuming thats his name since his shirt said it). I had to get my battery replaced today and he was the coolest, friendliest, and most helpful person Ive met in a long long time. Seriously, I wouldnt mind it if my car breaks down every once in a while if thats the kind of person who is coming to help with it. I would work with that guy any time

The receipt said Towmark 501 on 2/21 at 9:42pm. This gentleman loved his job and it showed. He was very caring with my vehicle and was a pleasure to talk to while enroute to the drop off location. I will look for a better feedback system than this review.

We waited 1:45 minutes with no notice of why they were going to be late. My 71 year old husband was waiting in a heat index was 101 and the mosquitos were terrible with multiple mosquito bites. AAA finally called another wrecker service. If I had been able to give less than one star, I most certainly would have.

Great company

If I could give negative stars I would. The tow truck driver never called , before arrival or while in wrong parking lot, said he did but didnt. They close at midnight and it was 11:34 when he was driving around the parking lot next to the one where I was broke down. He cleared the call with AAA after saying I wasnt there and that he had tried calling. Guess he wanted to get off on time. Mean while I sat until the next wrecker service arrive. If the supervisor were to check the drivers phone I am sure it would show that there was no call made to my number. I will be filing a complaint with AAA in the morning about this wrecker services lack of care and consideration given to stranded customers.

Towmark Damaged my front bumper when wheel lifting my car and wont take responsibility. AAA Carolinas is just as bad for letting towmark get away with treating people so unfairly. How can such a reputable business like AAA Carolinas turn a blind eye when it comes to it members concerns. I am so disappointed in AAA and this company. My advice to all members is always ask for a flatbed when you have to have your car towed. Or ask for another service provider other than towmark AAA. I have dealt with Matthews towing so many times and never had a problem. So next time your car breaks down ask for another service provider not towmark.

The driver spoke to me very disrespectfully and rude, basically calling me a liar after he asked I told him I bought the battery from AAA but he stated to me several times NO, this is not a AAA battery. AAA sent him out to replace the battery after they confirmed to me that I still had warranty left on the battery they installed. I asked him more than once that he needs to call AAA to confirm what they told me. I have never been so disrespected by a stranger in all my life. Termination needs to happen with these low ratings this company is getting from their customers!
