All I can say is someone will be in the office and someone will answer. Will they be competent and knowledgeable? No! They have a whole app that only works if the address is entered correctly in the LOCATION NOT THE DESCRIPTION. The people in the office are rude, impatient, and not knowledgeable. The field employeea are trying to rehab and redeem their lives and PEOPLE READY IS MESSING *insert another word* It up!!

Before I looked at the reviews, I honestly thought I was the only one who was being mistreated, payed late and being disrespected. If it were up to me I would have every staff member in there replaced

This is a terrible place to work , and extremely ghetto . The north Charlotte branch has no class or respect what so ever . They make people ready look bad as a company . The Greensboro branch is way better and they pay you on time . I hope and pray they get new management, because this is ridiculous and shouldn’t even be allowed

Ive worked for them on a few different occassions & reminded everytime why I leave there. Not only were my hours rigged by them, when I called to dispute my hours only looking for help, Mary from the North Tryon office gave me nothing but attitude & combativeness which was inappropriate & quite unnecessary. She threatened to take me off of a repeat ticket only because she was aggravated by my concern which wasnt my problem at all, I gave her no attitude & if the shoe were on the other foot, then shed been concerned as well. She comes off cool at first but will flip if you ask about the hours & pay. Hot & cold type people arent great individuals to work for. Theres other day labor work out there that are more professional & wont cheat your hours!

The dispatcher on call Monday 6:45 am 6/29/2020 had a very bad attitude! Was very rude, unwelcoming and unprofessional towards me for no reason. Poor value at this branch

Management is poor and not professional. Overall it’s a bad company to work for.

I literally hate working for them they have no heart at all and every time you call in you get yelled at and there extremely rude , they send you to jobs to work all day then don’t pay you until the end of the week promising you you would get paid the next day . If you cancel out on a job you get suspended for a week . Better off finding a job on Craigslist

PROMPT, COURTIOUS STAFF.. GREAT, TEMPORARY JOB SERVICE, AND OPPORTUNITIES..

Just needs an overall sense of urgency when it comes to processing workers time sheets, they say it can take up to 24hrs. Which in actuality it usually takes around 2hrs, once its sent in. You cant contact anyone at the branch after business hrs not via email or phone. You can leave a message with the operator at some call center not in Charlotte & all they do is send them an email/message. It can be good at some times all depends who is working that day.

Completely unprofessional and unorganized would not recommend for any employer or anyone looking for work low wages and no sense of urgency. When they dont want to deal with the issues of there employees they simply lock the office leave for hours or do not answer the phones at all. If you are looking to be more than a minimum wage worker I would suggest using decision path or hire dynamics as staffing agencies.

Never on time with your pay and very unprofessional when trying to resolve a problem instead of listening to your concerns hung up on me instead of listening to their employees problem which without the employees they wouldnt get paid the week before I was trying to explain to them there was a problem with my information in which I didnt get paid on time then this week the same thing horrible service and unprofessional ethics

Definitely not a place you want to work for the staff is very disrespectful, unorganized highly unprofessional and you will be wasting your time.
