Rode with Daniel from Orange Cab. Very friendly. Came to my office and walked me to the cab, opened the door. Drove quickly but safely and was able to avoid a mini-traffic jam. Fee was on par with Uber and the like but better service and a cleaner vehicle.

We were in Charlotte for a concert. Our hotel called us a cab and it never showed. The was an Orange Cab down the block--Abdu saved the day! Not only that, he picked us up when it was over, and he came back in the morning to take us to the airport. He was friendly, reliable, and safe. He really made our awesome weekend in Charlotte even better!

Hands down, they are best cab service in Charlotte! I will not use or recommend any other car service in town. They even have an app called, CAB HOUND, which conveniently allows you to request a service. They are very prompt, and they will contact you whenever theyre arriving close to your location. I LOVE THEM! And I hope the quality of this service never ever changes!

Their credit card readers do not take corporate cards so have had to use personal card on business trip. Please review your software on your in cab devices or provide a mobile app option to pay.

Pretty f-ing awful. Driver charged us $19.50 to go from the airport to a hotel 1.8 miles from the airport even though supposedly they only charge you 14 flat rate to go within a 3 mile radius of the airport (clearly a lie). Was already in the middle of travel hell so didnt say anything at the time. Would never use again and will go out of my way to warn friends and colleagues traveling to the Charlotte area to not use them as they clearly are here to scam and screw people out of money they didnt earn. Ive taken ride shares and taxis in actual expensive cities like Tokyo and Seattle and no one has ever had the audacity to charge me $10.83 per mile. Wish I could give them no stars as they deserve to be run out of town on a rail.

Grabbed a cab at the Spectrum Center for a ride to South End, less than 3 miles. Once in the cab the driver tells me it’ll be $25. I tell him forget it. He then asks for $20. I tell him to pull over, he leaves me in the middle of a busy street and takes off. Beyond unethical.

Be Aware of this Cab Company Medallion # 122 Driver ID ****0256 Trip # 2087 Driver never turned on meter told us it would cost us 25 dollars to drive us approximately 7 miles. When we got to our destination the driver inflated the price to 35.00. I have contacted this company a total of 3 times and still have not heard back from anyone. I am currently disputing this with my bank and will also file a complaint with the better business bureau.

Hmmmm... I can stand outside of a Green Cab, call the telephone number, state the driver number and license plate letters/#s while the Green Cab operater tells me there is no one near me... I do believe this is a money laundering business and not an actual cab company.

Endale (the driver) assisted us to the airport on early morning 12/20 and was OUTSTANDING in his service and I wanted to convey that message online. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

I used Green Cab twice while in Charlotte and both times they were great. Cab arrived on time, drivers were friendly and helpful, and I arrived safely at my destination. I definitely will use them again and I would recommend them.

Wont give you a ride if youre not going to the airport from uptown. Just so they can charge 2-3x as much as Uber for the same ride. Tried getting a ride to Amtrak station and got tossed back and forth between drivers. 👎Not worth any convenience, dont give these orange dbags your business.Also, see the bottom reviews here, I suspect the drivers are trying to inflate their rating with fake reviews.

This company doesnt even deserve the 1 star, I had a doctors appointment for 10 am and he was scheduled to pick me up at 9am but he picks me up at 9:50 am we get to my destination at 10: 20 am, so they cancelled my appointment, and he didnt even apologize or attempt to apologize, never again will I use this service, even if it is offered by the Department of Social Services Transportation...

The very worst exoexperie ever. They left me waiting without telling me that supposedly the driver that I was waiting for got into an altercation with his last fare and was in the Er with a broken finger. Yea right

I had a great experience with their driver. I had a flight at 7AM at CLT and made a reservation the night before. The driver arrived on time and helped me with my bags. Really solid overall experience.

Absolutely awful. I had a flight at 7:45 this morning and the guy assured itd be 15-20 minutes until my cab would arrive and that they would call if anything went wrong. HERE I AM 35 MINUTES LATER STILL WAITING. And he calls me and tells me now its going to be 24 minutes before he arrives. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.

Aki and Teffu were extremely helpful and truly awesome. A good friend of mine left his cell phone in one of the cabs. He didn’t call until almost 2 days later. Long story short, they told me to come into their office. I did, and explained and gave all the information. 2 days later Aki called me and told me Teffu had the phone! Teffu has been out of town and responded upon his return. Everyone told me i would never get the phone back. Because of their dedication and loyalty, i did get it back! Great people, great experience!

This is the worst experience I have ever had. All I needed to go was 2.5 miles down the road to get to work at Harris teeter and none of the operators spoke English and I ALSO got hung up on when I got called back and then I had one of the drivers call me and he told me call another cab service because Im far awayIm EXTREMELY unsatisfied

Drivers claim they can’t break a twenty dollar bill and they take the long way to the destination. This is why people take Uber everywhere. Never again.

I called this Cab company at 4:43p and I waited...until 5:35p I decided to call them and was told by the dispatcher that nobody responded to the call. smh. This is not the way to conduct business they could have at least called me back to let me know this information. Note: Dispatcher your job is to do DISPATCH!!!!

Direct ride from 1st block N Tryon to Amtrak, no meter, tries to charge $15. Most a metered cab ever charged was $8.50 in heavy traffic. Driver ripping off me and the company both.

** If your drivers information is YIRGALEM ASSEFA permit #15741 I urge you to get out of the car***.Never in my life have I felt so unsafe in a cab to the point where I called the police as I was riding in the car. The driver harassed us by calling us baby, drove on the wrong side of the road, ran multiple stop signs (when we asked him to stop running the stop signs he laughed at us), went a longer route, and on top of that all when we asked for him to stop and let us out because we didnt feel safe and would rather be on the side of the road waiting for another cab, he refused to let us out and wouldnt stop the car so we were trapped inside. It ended with him telling my roommate he was the man and we needed to respect him as such because we were a woman. My roommate has called the company and emailed them NUMEROUS times with NO response. The cab drivers name was YIRGALEM ASSEFA permit #15741. DO NOT get in this drivers car. It is a very unsafe situation.

One of their drivers hit me while I was crossing the road. I was in a protected crosswalk with the right of way and he hit me. Didnt even stop to see if I was ok. If youre trying to get people to use Uber, its working.

Horrible service. Waited over two hours with no call or follow up. After I called to check on my cab for the third time, the operator finally told me that he had no idea where any of his drivers were. By that time, I could not get another taxi to get me to my appointment on time. Ridiculous.

I called for a cab and they took all of my info down and said a cab will be to me in 10 minutes, I actually had somewhere to go and ended up having to cancel because this cab service ruined the plans. After 20 min and no cab I call the company back they picked up played rap music in my ear and hung up I called again they picked up and hung up, I went as far as calling a third time and the same result. This has to be the most unprofessional cab service in Charlotte. The least they couldve done was to call back and say no cabs are available but to leave a customer waiting and counting on your bad service is awful.
