This is a great organization with very kind people committed to helping give people a hand up.

I needed help and after several calls and messages for 1 week I was able to reach the intake worker and gave my information over the phone and 15 minutes later she advised me to pick the $400 voucher up from security the next day. However I did have to have crisis voucher in place prior to receiving assistance. God bless you and my family and I are great full.

Ive been calling since last Thursday. This is a JOKE. you cant get through to anyone. And when the line does ring its a Memory Full answering service. Do NOT EVEN TRY to get help from these people. Youd be better off getting put out onto the damn street.

Takes a long time to answer...but u have to be patient and keep calling....Good fellows will not assist you if Crisis ministries has helped you over the past year...for example if Crisis helped you financially on 6-12-2017 you cannot get help from Good Fellows until 6-12-2018

They cannot possibly help people with such A small window to get assistance? Last week Thursday they were closed. Today Tuesday I called over 100xs with the two hour window they give u, and the line was busy the entire time. The one time i was able to get through, the person on the other end realized it and hung up immediately. This seems impossible, like its a waste of time and a dead end. This service cannot be legit, its impossible to even get a call answered. Im sure they took the phone off the hook these entire 2 hours i called

I have been calling since ten am and no answer. Then the phone finally rings and goes to a voice mail then the line is busy once again.

I was calling at ten oclock and never got a answer that is not good

They give you the help you need. May have to call several times to get an answer.

They do not accept walk-ins. By appointment only, but its hard trying to set up an appointment because no one answers the phone.
