I wish there is 0 star to give this place. Im not going to rate but they are way too rule from the office staff to the one who answer the phone. They treated me so bad when I was in the office to change the formula for my baby. I dont use wic for a while, but now my baby is allergic to cow milk and the new formula is way too expensive. I came there and they talk to me like Im begging them for the milk not from the government. They make the shade so low thay I always have to bend dow to talk to them, and she spoke really small that i cant hear anything. All attitude!!! And they laughed at me when they said I came to the wrong location “ yo came to the wrong location, what are you doin here Missssss” her tone is way too bitchy and disrespectful. And there are three others woman there who laughed at me bc I dont bring my son ID and I lost my book. Serious? I was very nice and respectful. What did I do wrong? Yeah my fault is Im poor so that I have yo go there to have formula for my son. On that day I came home and cried a lot. I felt really bad everytime I go to this office “ Beaties ford”.
