This is by far the best shoe some you will ever get... 12 layer process, friendly staff, quality product. Price is 5$ I never give red then 15...worth every penny. I honestly only get my shoes shined in CLT and usually by Marty. They have three or four locations around the airport and a sister company in Denver Airport.

( American Airlines employee ) this is the best shoe shine place ever!!! The only bad thing is that you get different prices every time you go . Specially if is the dark skin lady with Dark hair . She claims that she adds and extra shine and tries to 7$ for a 5$ shoe shine . Not to be cheap but if they want more money than UP the price . I love to tip someone that does a great job BUT if you try to get extra money by making up Your own price than find out a different place to work . Today at 2pm I was there and the lady tried to charge me 7$ and i said since when is 7$ I’m here once a week and she said, I added extra shine ! So I told her that last time I saw her doing that to a different client and the client was embarrassed and ended up giving her 10$ bill apperantly that is what she wanted from me so I told her I was only tipping her 3$ and she demanded to give her the 10$ if not she promise to give me a bad shine next time she sees me “ sorry but she can do that to passengers with a lot of money but not to me :Side note : she also said that airlines employees don’t tip good !!! Sorry girl you only getting 3$ tip from me .

AWESOME experience!!! I was heading out of town for work and John took care of both pairs of shoes that I was traveling with. They look BETTER than brand new! I will be stopping by Executive Shine every time I fly out of Charlotte Douglas Airport!!!

Normally I wouldnt bother reviewing a shoeshine place, but the quality here is hard to believe. My chukkas were just two weeks old and they came out looking better than they did in the box. One gentleman showed up with two pairs to get shined! Best shine Ive seen outside the military.

Ive paid twice as much and gotten half as much in other places. Last time my shoes had this level of shine was in the Navy! Ill have to schedule more layovers to do the rest of my shoes.

This place contaminates the water here at the airport by pouring the used water with chemicals in to the drinking fountain instead of taking to a bathroom and disposing of it. They good night to mess around ND and make people sick. When you ask them the little man tells you to mind your business...how rude....
