It has been an waste of gas 2x for me trying to find an labcorp for an Drug near my new house. So I went to the one I was familiar with and this is what I found. So here u go hopefully no one makes the same mistake I did. Hopefully Google will update this as well.

Although it appears this type of review has been left numerous times before, IT IS TIME TO WAKE UP PEOPLE AND PAY ATTENTION. I went for a simple urine drug test to LabCorp and sat in a small waiting room at LabCorp with a number of sick people who were coughing, sneezing and complaining of no smell and taste. I waited, are you ready for this, 1 hour and 49 minutes and was not making much progress in getting called. So while I was sitting there, I looked for another drug testing facility on my phone (my 14 year old son would be so proud), I found FASTEST LABS just a few miles away at exit 23 off of I-77 across from Novant Hospital in the Rosemont Medical park (address 10224 Hickorywood Hill Ave suite 101B Huntersville) in a nice clean medical type office building. I gave the address so there is no confusion as to who these guys are. I called and Doug answered the phone and said, walk-ins are welcome and come on - NO WAIT!! From the time I walked in and walked out, less than 8 minutes had passed (and they are a certified collector for LabCorp, Quest and Escreen and something called FormFox and they do their own rapid urine testing if you needed it and DNA, and DOT - I got all of this from the brochure). People, unless you are trying to get Covid or get sickor have hours and hours to waste, DO NOT USE LABCORP, AND ACCODING TO MY FELLOW EMPLOYEES (READY FOR THIS) WHO WENT TO CONCENTRA AND QUEST, THEY ARE AS BAD IF NOT WORSE THAN LABCORP. I am going to leave this review on LabCorp but then I thought I would leave it on Fastest Labs too (might get my son to help do that) and I wish I could give Fastest Labs 10 stars and LabCorp MINUS 5 stars.

In these reviews: people who dont get that this is an appointment-based, drug testing ONLY, self check-in facility - and people who are salty that they failed their drug test.I feel for the staff. One guy complained, I havent smoked crack in a week. You mustve messed with my test.That aside, location was tricky to find off the highway and they should post clear signage for the services NOT offered to cut down on so many angry people in the waiting room.One of their check-in machines is offline and is probably causing delays.There was no option to scan my QR code at check-in.

You’ll definitely want to make an appointment online at the LabCorp website before you get here. They actually will call you back on time if you so schedule an appointment. I called earlier today and they said without an appointment, it would be around a 2hr wait.Once I checked in via mobile (there’s also a kiosk thing you can check in with also—no one at the front desk) I waited for my turn. They called me back on time and the process was really fast. I gave the guy my license and paperwork and he prepped everything.There were no forms on my end to fill out, which kind of surprised me and the process itself was really unusual. The guy who did my test wasn’t rude but wasn’t real friendly either. It was a quick here, lock your stuff up, fill this cup up, don’t flush and come out of the room to wash your hands. He had me sign forms, initial and then labeled the specimens and put them in a bag, gave me a paper and my license back and told me to have a good day.They seem pretty busy at this location, almost all the chairs were full when I was waiting to be called back. It didn’t seem like people stayed very long after they were called for their tests, so it is efficient. Almost too efficient if you ask me, which makes me wonder if they’re going to end up missing something because I wasn’t back there for more than 5-8 minutes doing my test.

Can you guys get it together please. Went to one location and was turned away for not making an appointment, even though it doesnt say online its required for that location and was sent to another that accepts walk ins only to go the next morning to find this location is closed! Ive missed hours of work due to this

I had a wonderful experience The hospitality giving in that location is outstanding better over abundance of people there and it was only two employees running the store Miss Kim Mr. Robert they were absolutely maintaining and everything perfectly

Absolutely horrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment online was instructed to stay in car and check in upon arrival and I would receive a text when technician was ready. I followed the instructions but never received a text, 30 minutes past my appointment time when I went into the building to check on my appointment, the lady at the desk gave me attitude saying the check in doesn’t work and so she didn’t know I was there so I needed to sign in on the paper and sit down. GHETTO place with broken systems/tech and rude service people.

I had a great experience this time coming to this LabCorp and Robert was very friendly from the time I walked in the door to I left .. way to go Robert for the great customer service..

Great customer service and fast. Everyone was very nice.

My employer never got my drug screen results. Awful. People are counting on them to be on time so we can work and provide for our families. Unacceptable. Im still waiting for them to contact my employer

During my last visit the girl probably only said two or 3 words to me. My last name, which arm. No hello, no good bye. I dont need a conversation but a little common courtesy would be nice. I wish i remremembered her name. But i know she was filling in from another location. We need a better facility on this side of town.I would not recommend.

Was told I had to drink the water from the lobby to find no cups and when I finally got cups the water had black mould floating in it I stepped out to through it away and was told I stepped out of the office so I fail. so rude,unprofessional and Ill mannered staff . not to mention that their system was down and everything was on pencil and paper was there for 2.3 hrs. Probably have cost me a job opportunity

I can totally see why most of the people who visited here didnt have a good experience, but I had no issues. The women on duty werent too big on making me feel welcome, but I just talked to them about the music they had playing (from their personal phone/speakers) and said thank you when necessary.Once she opened up to me about her music I could immediately see her mood change, and that felt great.Anyways, I had no issues here. I kind of got the cold shoulder so thats why I deducted a star. But they were attentive and I was only there for about half an hour for my drug test.

This facility is supposed to be open at 7:30 and still no one is here.

Small waiting room and the wait was longer than anticipated. Make an appointment the day before you go and youll be seen before walk ins, though. Theres many negative reviews about Ms. Latoya but I met her today and she was pretty nice. Im giving 4 stars just because I arrived at 3:15 when my appointment was, and didnt get called back until 3:50. Thats my only complaint. Once youre back there its pretty quick.

This place is ridiculous. I have been to many labcorp facilities and this one by far is the worse. I never ever write reviews. Came the first time and there was a ton of people that was waiting for over an hour. But seeing how theee is no one at the front desk I couldnt ask any questions. So had to knock in door. When someone came to the door had a very bad attitude. So I left set an appointment for Monday at 8:15. It is now 8:25pm and the facility is still nt open with no note on the door in regards to them being closed...... This place is outrageous!!!!

I agree with most of the other reviews. I went in for a pre-employment drug test, and although there was one man working there that was pleasant, the RUDE lady (probably Latoya) that was assisting me, started banging on the door of the restroom while I was washing my hands, saying something about if the temperature of the urine sample is not the right temperature, I will have to do the test over again. I was only in there long enough to pee in the cup and then wash my hands. What the hell was she talking about? She was very rude and acted like I was cheating somehow. If they dont want you to wash your hands when youre finished then take the damn sink out! This lady needs to be fired!

Each customer required to wear face masks but at least 3 of the workers have masks on with their noses exposed.

Schedule an appointment OR get there first thing in the morning AND follow directions. In and out in 15-20 minutes. I’ve had Latoya Hopkins twice now and haven’t had an issue. Is she overly friendly? No but she’s not rude either.

Wow what a rude group of ladies!! I was greeted with a dry hello. The whole process seemed like I was a bother to them and everyone else in the waiting area. I listened as they belittled and got Snappy with other patients for no reason. This is so embarrassing and someone should do a secret shopper or something to see how these employees are handling business.

No one at the front desk, they take one person at a time leaving everyone in the waiting room while you can hear them laughing and chatting it up in the back. Will never come to this location again completely unprofessional and they need to be reported to corporate

Believe the one-star reviews! Try going to another LabCorp before coming to this facility. If you must, make sure you make an appointment. They are closed for lunch from Noon to 1pm, which is well deserved for this understaffed team of two people! The waiting room is very small. One other point is that once you sign in, DO NOT LEAVE THE WAITING ROOM. If you walk outside, you will need to sign in again.

Completely shocked at how unprofessional the staff is at labcorp. Not just location but as a brand itself. What is the point of the appointment if the staff treat you like an idiot for wanting to keep it. I stated I had a 2pm appointment the creature behind the desk said ok... she didnt even give me eye contact or look up at me. I waited over 30 mins for my turn. Another one of these women actually banged on my door and told me to hurry up. They rushed me around and treated me like the scum of the earth. They even questioned why I took so long. I couldnt believe they were rushing me after keeping me waiting. The people who work at Labcorp are dead inside and it shows.

This place is absolutely horrible as far as customer service. Two black women took care of me and they were extremely rude and impatient. I had forgotten my paper in the car BEFORE the drug screening, and they had an attitude with me ever since I came back. One of the women thought I left and I suggested they look at the cameras if they are calling me a liar. I do not recommend this place.

Latoya hopkins is beyond rude and she accused me and other individuals that we all cheated on our drug screen. Not cause my pee was to cold or not temp but my pee was considered “too hot” doesnt even make sense i been holding in my urine for the past hour and a half im sure it would be a lil hot. i never flushed the toilet like she asked she told me i had to redo it which was cool but i had another pre employment test in salisbury and she didnt care if i made it on time and i went to my car to grab my food i had since i would be sitting and waiiting longer she locked the door on me from the inside. Not professional much? she had a attitude. Would cut me off when i would speak. She doesnt need to work here period. No way it was that crowded and takes long for a drug screen

Rude people and they are SUPER SLOW if they spent less time talking amongst each other and dealing with the customer more they could get people in and out of there FASTER.....

Lisa Hill and Latoya Hopkins are very unprofessional. They are very slow and dont even thank you for your patience. They are quick to assume that you are trying to cheat the test and swear they are professionals with their little CPCC certificate. There is 3 restrooms in the facility but only 2 of them are functioning making the process even slower. Dont go to this facility if you have anything planned for your day because clearly they do not care about your time.

I went there for a urine drug test multiple times for 1 job ; I kept making them test me & re-test me, bcuz it had to be an error or glitch in the system, cuz each time they said it came back positive for marijuana. & that was bullshyt, bcuz I dnt do any drugs. I dnt even know how to inhale if I wanted to smoke. & of course, they dismissed me bcuz they thought I was lying. 😠 So a few years later, Im offered employment & they scheduled me for a drug test at that same site. & Im like, hell no... any where but there. 🚮

LATOYA HOPKINS is VERY RUDE!!!You will be bothering the staff if you go to this location for any service. They are not happy to be there and dont want to be bothered!LATOYA HOPKINS will cause the police to have to come in there.I was treated by the RUDE Latoya Hopkins at 11:45am today 2/5 and from the reviews she is famous for her behavior. Labcorp should be ashamed of themselves for employing someone who cares less about their name and their customers. She made the statement to me Yall need to start printing this out I had provided her with the account number as the sheet indicate upfront. Then she started to ask what is the profile number I showed her what it was and she snapped and said its right in the middle I told her I dont work here so I dont know what she is looking for. She is not a people person and is very RUDE. I would like for someone to call me. I was at 5031 W. W.T Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28269 location and according to the reviews on this location there are a lot of complaints about this location being RUDE to customers. Also please go online and pay attention to the complaints about rudeness. I plan to contact corporate as well.Update: As of 12/23/19 Nothing has changed another bad experience at this location. It needs to be closed down. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. Unprofessional and is a consistent hostile envirnoment.

Great service and friendly workers

I wouldnt recommend anyone to this place... I went in for a dot drug screening and this young ghetto female told me my urine was 99 degrees and that it was to hot... after that she started telling me I needed drug classes for my problem like I was addicted to drugs or something(and im not)... she wouldnt let me get my paperwork or anything... Im very pissed because this could ultimately cause me problems in my profession... very unprofessional and I will be reporting this place to whoever I need to first thing Monday morning... judging from the comments this seems to happen often

LATOYA ROBINSON IS RUDE! Throughout my whole process of taking my drug test, she was being rude. She need to learn how to treat donors with respect.

This place is very discriminative. They are suspicious of cheating the test without logical reasoning. I was told if I left the building, even it were to go to my car and right back into the lab, that it’ll be considered a refusal of test. So if you are a minority and don’t want to be looked at as suspicious, then don’t go here for your drug testing.

Currently waiting more than two hours for an employer-required drug test. No one at the reception desk. Looks like one or two people working. People being taken out of order of sign-in. Completely ridiculous.

Nobody came to sign me in. They are extremely slow. Waiting room was packed. Dirty, old facility. Overall an unpleasant experience.

I hate my experience as I sit here right now. I came in at 2:22 for a urine drug screen for an employer. Its 3. They keep skipping over names so first come first served is not the method here. Its packed every seat filled and although I was like the 4th person in, 3 people who came in after me have been called before me.

They only drug test at this facility and it’s grimy and small and no one is at the front desk.

Make an appointment! I went for a pre employment drug screen. I made an appointment online and was in and out in 10 minutes. Much to the annoyance of everyone in the waiting room.
