This place is AMAZING!!! I went there today seeking help since I was desperate for an oil change.. a little late to the game but they took such good care of me. The employees were nothing but kind and educational with their products and why they were using what they were using to better my vehicle. I have now recommended this place to all my friends and family. So convenient and super quick! I highly recommend this place. Go show this business some love!!

This was my first visit at Take 5. There were a lot of cars in line but the lines were moving very quickly. What really impressed me about this location on South Blvd in Charlotte was the professionalism and customer service. While were waited in line one of the workers brought out bottles of water for me and my husband. As they worked, they were quick, informative, and friendly. This is definitely out new place to get our oil changed!

First time at this one. Staff nice, very friendly. However I had to go back and get fluid filled and remind them to check my air pressure on my tires.

It was great service fast pace quality people very happy and I love my little dollin and dont trust anyone under her skirt✌️🙂

Today was my first experience in this place and it was not the best. I was waiting in my car for about 50 minutes. It was a very long wait. I thought it would be faster, but no.Guys get too close to you to talk is a good place to catch the covid .Please be aware and train your staff on social distancing no one wants a stranger talking to you so close.

I brought my Cadillac in for an oil change on 8/28/21. There was 3 cars in the bay, and I was the 3rd car waiting in line. The techs were fast and curtious. Let me know exactly what they were doing. They gave me a few options on the different oil I could use. The tech made a suggestion. Based on the mileage on my car. He didnt try to sell me on the most expensive product they had. After all that, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely be going to Take 5 on South Blvd for all my vehicles now!!

Lovely experience! It was my first time going there and Ill be back! I was greeted with a cold bottle of water and the staff talked me through each step. Mentioned other services I could get but made clear that it wasnt critical at this point and they didnt want to press something I didnt critically need. Really was a 5 minute service and everyone was very friendly even during lunch time rush.

Adorable group of very polite young men. Couldn’t change oil because of “oversized oil pan plug” but filled my tires, washed my windows, topped off my oil free of charge. Don’t forget to tip!

We love this place,its,a bit more expensive than your average oil change visit;however the service and kindness we received cant be beat,oil change,car windows washed and tire pressure checked,plus you get to stay in your car. Think about it,when its cold outside youre in your car where it is toasty and warm as oppose to getting out going inside a shop coming back out getting back into your car,I know its warm in the average shop,but those are steps that you can avoid,also if your cars mileage hasnt reached 3000 miles in three months,you can bring your car back to them,theyll top your fluids of for free and check your tire pressure for free. Whats not to love.....

Been using these guys for about a year now, always fantastic professional and courteous service. The last time I visited in early March, the technician erroneously didnt secure the skid plate which caused it to hang down about 2 weeks after the oil change.I called Joe assistant manager, who listened to my complaint and responded with a totally helpful attitude, communicated with John the store manager and John came out to my home the very next day on a Sunday morning and began fixing the issue right away. Im throughly impressed with this companys customer service and professionalism and recommend them all day to anyone!

I happened to be in the area, but do not live there.. Even though it will be a 40 minute drive, Im not taking my business anywhere else!

Just called for a oil change quote they dont know anything unless you drive to the shop. Pretty much rush you off the phone just poor customer service. Ill keep shopping around.

I love I didnt have to get out of my car...they were fast and knowledgeable I was kinda of scared because they were young but thats good theyre starting out young like that..

Took my car in to get an oil change and it went well. People were supper nice. However, this is the picture of my oil filter now. Oil filters shouldnt look like this after one year which means these guys never replaced it. Take 5, if you write oil filter replaced on my receipt is better be replaced. I called the manager already to let them know and he said ok thanks. Super frustrating

The oil change was quick and friendly as usual but I think the prices went up significantly and I wasnt told my total cost until after they were finished and it was time to pay. Even after using a $10 off coupon, selecting no upcharges, and getting a standard synthetic oil change for my small vehicle, I still ended up paying over $60. This seems really unreasonable considering they dont include things like tire rotations or other safety checks. I probably wont be using them anymore because of how expensive it was for the limited services. Its convenient because you dont need an appointment, but thats about it. Its not worth paying more than $70 for a standard oil change when it could get it done much cheaper somewhere else.

I pulled up I wait in line for over an hour While I watch cars that pulled up after me get taken care of a kid who works there took all my information. I finally get in the garage just to be told they can’t do a basic oil change on my car. There is nothing special about my car it’s a 2004 GM product. They just seem lazy and like they don’t know what they’re talking about when they try to make up a reason that they can’t work on my car. Not a single professional technician in the building go to the dealership or do it yourself unless you want to be lied to

This is the place to go when you’re looking for quick and convenient. Didn’t have to even get out of my car. Brook was very helpful and told me exactly what was being done.

I pulled up and was immediately greeted by one of the mechanics and a bottle of water. They had me pull right in, talked me through everything, checked all of the levels, and the cabin filter. They top all your liquids off for free, and wash off the windshield. Literally the easiest and fastest oil change ever, while still taking great care of everything being done!! 10/10 would recommend!!

I came to take 5 oil change South boulevard for the first time yesterday evening after work so mind you after work hours for 35 is hectic it was hot they were quite busy a gentleman approached me and asked me to pop my hood ,made an assessment ,offered me a cold bottle of water which I greatly appreciated promised to get me through fast and he did. a very knowledgeable young woman changed my oil and the whole staff was very professional and most importantly the price was very reasonable ,I would greatly recommend them and I will be using them again in the future ,keep up the great work guys .

I never post reviews but I love this establishment! The customer service at this place is unmatched. I am clueless when it comes to cars so I called to see if they could help me out air in my tires and they said absolutely come on in and they did it free of charge! Offered me water, wiped my windows, and sent me on my way! Coming to this place literally makes my day! They have a come back customer from me 100%!

Went today for an oil change and it was the most pleasant car service experience I have ever had. The customer service was exceptional. All techs had masks on, explained everything, and had out us really fast. And it was about $30 cheaper than Valvoline quoted me. Will take my car here for an oil change from now on.
