I want to personally thank monarch for what they did for me. I went in October of 2020 because I was having suicidal thoughts and I was scared because I have been to some horrible facilities. Monarch is not like any other. They use a hands free method to calm kids down instead of restraining them. And someone with ptsd this is an amaizng approach. I had staff I felt safe and confident talking to who really gave me good life advice, Im almost 18 and I havent had any incidents of attempting to hurt myself since. The meds they gave me were effective and fast and Ive been on them for 7 months. To the staff here youre amazing and kind and thank you for really helping and making me feel comfortable again going to Psychiatric facilities when I need to.

The worse place ever. I hope that it got better for the sake of the children and the teenagers.

This facility provided the best possible experience in a difficult situation. The staff was communicative, caring, and very kind. They were right on top of things for my childs entire stay. She came home with new coping skills and indicated to me that the staff was helpful and the facility was clean and well cared for. The psychiatrist and Clinical Director both reached out to me directly in order to create discharge plans, which is absolutely unheard of in other facilities. Although I hope you never find yourself or a loved one in need of the services provided by Secu Youth Crisis Center, you would be in good hands if you do find yourself here.

My daughter was here she had the best time here they helped her with copping skills she really calmed down here I would recommend this place to anyone in need love this place
