Service was amazing and fast. Very inexpensive and did I mention FAST!!! Same day service saved my life. My son needed his JROT uniform before the end of the school day. I dropped it off at 8:00am and it was ready for pickup before 2! Missy’s customer service was awesome. I will definitely do business with them again!

I have been a customer at Elite Dry Cleaners for the past 12+ years as I work in a business park near by. On my most recent visit the dry cleaners misplaced a pair of pants that I dropped off for cleaning. I went to pick up the dry cleaning well after the pick up time and they could not be located. It took 4 hours for them to locate where the pants were, however I was already on my way out of town for an event in which I had the dry cleaning completed for. I was forced to go out and purchase another pair of pants because of the occasion that the pants were needed.The dry cleaner did take off the charges for the dry cleaner as expected. Unfortunately, I incurred the cost of purchasing another pair of pants. I did not expect reimbursement for this but maybe a discount on future services due to my inconvenience. I felt like the staff did not care how this affected me and was very dismissive about the matter.They are not the most reasonable dry cleaner in the area, however they were convenient dry cleaner. If you are thinking about having your clothes clean here. I would suggest you go with another dry cleaner. Customer service is sub par and the business is everything but Elite

Elite Cleaners at Carmel Commons is a first class business. The manager Missie runs a well oiled machine, quick and efficient. They have preserved my wife’s wedding dress, have worked miracles with stains in garments, and are mistake free with my every day dry cleaning. Good business, better people.

This is THE BEST cleaners in South Charlotte. The staff is always very friendly and all clothing items are always ready on time. Missy is especially helpful and accommodating. My husband uses them about three times a month and we have never had any problems!

Had a good experience and would use them again should the need arise.

Sent 3 suits with several shirts and only got 2 suits back and the pants from the 3rd. They are sticking with their total piece count story and that i either didnt bring the suit only the pants or i lost the jacket travelling. They claim NO RESPONSIBILITY. Make sure you count and list EVERY piece you leave if you use this service which i will NEVER do again.
