Heaven Scents prices were perfect. Unfortunately the service didn’t match. I had 3 areas cleaned. It took 3 days for my carpet to dry. The representative that assisted me took $10 off of the price. He informed me that it should take a couple of hours to dry, maybe slightly more because something was wrong with the machine. I wasn’t expecting it to be 3 days. I called them and left them a message and they never returned my call. Since then I got my carpet clean by a different company and it only took a day for the carpet to dry.
