I went to a consultation at Charlotte Skin & Laser for this first time this past week. I have been going to another derm in Charlotte for five years, but lately the practice has gotten really busy.. and thus, super impersonal. So I decided to give this office a try.I loved it!! The office itself is beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly upon entering. The wait time was very short for my appointment.Then the care that the consultant provided was amazing. She got all of my information and my concerns - and really did so in a way that I felt she cared about my case and me as a person, not just as another body through the door.There was so much personal care and every single one of my concerns was addressed and we have a plan moving forward. This is the best care I have ever had in a physicians office and I really recommend anyone looking for a dermatologist to visit.

Run don’t walk to any other local dermatologist! This office will mislead you regarding billing offer no customer service and blatantly admit to overcharging. Management is solely money motivated and patient care suffers! Tell everyone you know to steer clear!

I went for my second procedure today and will definitely be back. She is skilled at listening to what you want and being realistic regarding choices and possibilities.As a sidenote, she noticed an issue that I have struggled with on my eyelids. I had been to multiple dermatologists that were well respected, but could never solve the problem. She immediately treated it and I have next to perfect results ...it was literally like a miracle.

I am 44 and have NEVER HAD PRODUCTS WORK WITHIN 48 hours. I’ve used OTC products, expensive/celebrity products, even infomercials for a desperate attempt at finding something that TRULY WORKS! I have recommended they produce an infomercial to get these amazing line of products to the public. You DO NOT have to be under her care to shop her Skin store. Whether for prevention, just healthy cleansing, or targeted areas of concern, SKIN CEUTICALS HAVE changed my life. I had a Fraxel Duel laser done on my face. I was taken back early than my actual appointment, my provider walked be through what was going to be done and showed me a very nice locker room to change and get ready. Spa quality robes and wraps and nice products were stocked. My face was numbed and I sat in a super relaxing room with comfy chairs, snacks, water and magazines. You felt like you were in a spa. I was taken back for my procedure which was done very quickly and my provider was so nice. It was a great experience in a really lovely environment. Highly recommend.

I’ve been searching around for good dr’s after moving down to Charlotte about a year ago, and could not recommend charlotte skin and laser more. What Initially stood out to me about my first visit were 2 things: the cleanliness and welcoming, positive attitudes of everyone who worked here. From the wash station outside, and nice woman who greeted me with a drying cloth I was happy to see safety measures in place during this pandemic. I was directed upstairs to check in, and loved the opportunity to complete most paperwork prior to my appointment online. I didn’t have to wait long at all to be taken back and seen by a dr (Dr. Luchetti). She listened to my issues, provided advice and a diagnosis but what I loved was how she explained the science behind things and what’s going on under my skin and not just “you have acne take this pill”. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I first started seeing Dr Rosten in 2009/10....I was in my mid forties and decided it was time I started taking better care of my aging skin. Her lasers have been amazing at keeping fine lines away and resulting in an overall complexion that now at age 57 I am happy with.I see Dr Rosten every year for skin checks (usually in January). She has burned spots off my face. While getting a laser procedure one time the technician pointed out a spot in my hairline that Dr Rosten biopsied(I was not aware of the spot). It turned out to be Basal cell in which Mohs surgery was required. She has removed basal cell from my back also.I KNOW THIS IS A LONG REVIEW BUT PLEASE KEEP READING......Like I said I see her every year for skin checks. I have for as long as I can remember had a flat brown spot/mole in my hairline above the right side of my forehead. For many years she would photograph it and take measurements of it to watch for any changes, always making me mindful of it, which I was. The changes never came until they did.......sometime around last Sept/Oct I noticed a little bump suddenly underneath it. I let a couple months go by(it was the holidays, lots to do) before my husband said I think you should call and let her look at this. I did and had an appointment in December but unfortunately their office had to close due to a Covid situation so I promptly was put back on the schedule for January. On January 18th at 5:30 in the evening I get a call from Dr Rosten with news that would forever change my life as well as my families. In a compassionate yet quivering voice she delivered the news of my advanced melanoma skin cancer. I cried as I listen to her try to explain to me what this would mean and how extreme my journey would be. She cried along with me.As I sit here today she has been along my side the whole way referring me to the best doctor in Charlotte for my disease. She calls, sends comforting notes, books to uplift me and products to help soften the scars for now. She was in communication with my husband while I was having surgery. She calls my husband just to see how Im doing emotionally. She takes my calls and text to pop in the office any time to have her look at any spots that alarm me. I have a long road ahead of me, but I know because she repeatedly tells me she will be with me every step of the way.Dr Rosten I am truly thankful for you and the role you have played and will continue to play in my life and my recovery.Sincerely and with gratitude,Kathy Percy

Ive been a patient here for several years but since Diana R. left I saw a new provider today, Dr. Lucchetti. Overall I think this place knows what they are doing and do it well, but was really disappointed with the bedside manner I experienced today.Dr. L told me three times how white and pasty I was (as if I wasnt aware?) and after asking questions throughout the appointment about my skin concerns she ended the appointment by telling me youre really high maintenance.The experience left me feeling uncomfortable.

I saw Dr. Rostan yesterday and she saved me from a botched under eye filler job I got from another doctor. I learned a lesson to only go to doctors who know what theyre doing from now on. Dr. Rostan is the BEST, and her staff is wonderful too. I highly recommend Charlotte Skin and Laser. I wish I could give them 10 Stars!!
