Hired them to DEEP clean kitchen and two bathrooms for the house we were going to move in. Was quoted 180$ for 2 people and 2 hours of work.Work was done and upon closer inspection we were Extremely unhappy with the results. Particularly inside kitchen cabinets there were lots of places that were not touched. Ended up re-cleaning cabinets, stovetop, range hood (inside), shower door and lots of other things.That was not what deep cleaning was supposed to be. Hope that someone from management team reaches out to fix this whole situation.

We used the moving clean service when selling our house last week. Minit Maids was very easy to work with, very professional and friendly, and reasonably priced. They gave me a call a day or so prior to the requested service date to confirm everything with me, and when I checked afterwards they had done a great job! I would definitely recommend Minit Maids.

When Minit Maids first came to my apartment, I was highly skeptical that Id be impressed. I didnt think it was possible for somebody to make my apartment look cleaner than it did the day I moved in. They completely blew me away and far exceeded my expectations. The staff are always friendly when I communicate with them and the team that comes to my apartment continually leave me awestruck. I have gotten to where my favorite day of the month is the day I come home after theyve visited. I look forward to getting home all day. They have taken such a weight off my shoulders and do such a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this service to anyone I know. Fantastic work, incredibly friendly staff. They are miracle workers.

Minit Maids has been a wonderful addition to our family. We started using them years ago when our daughter was born and it has been a wonderful thing for us. Having Minit Maids take care of our house cleaning allows us to spend more time with the family. No longer are we tied up during our off times cleaning, instead we are doing things we like to do with friends and family. I suggest Minit Maids to all of my friends. I have been using Minit Maids for more than 20 years, and I highly recommend their services. The office staff is friendly, pleasant and always willing to listen to the homeowners concerns. The cleaning staff is also friendly and pleasant, and they do a great job. I wouldnt think of changing services.

I recently used Minit Maids since I have used them in the past couple of years. While the cleaning was performed very well inside the house, I was surprised to find that the garage, which I had requested to be swept, was not cleaned at all. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the owner of the local franchise called me to explain how the cleaning took longer, and agreed that they should have a done a better job of communicating with me to get the garage cleaned. The owner offered a discount and to come back to clean the garage. While I did not take up the offer, the fact that the owner called to address my concerns indicated that at least they are concerned about their reputation. As a result, I have changed my initial 2-star feedback to 4-star.

Love Fridays when I get home and the Minit Maid has been there. The house seems to sparkle and I get a good feeling that my home has been taken care of by a team who takes pride in their work. We have pets so it takes extra effort to make sure the hair on the floor is gone. Thanks to the entire Minit Maid crew from the person who schedules the cleaning to the last person out the door who makes sure its locked .

Minit Maids of Charlotte NC quoted a $400 to $500 range to clean my home, called and tried to raise it to as high as $800 after they started and tried to bill me for time they spent at absurdly high rate of $37.50 per hour per person, you can find honest and excellent people for $20 per hour all day long! Owner was a complete jerk, avoid Minit Maids!

From start to finish - evaulation, follow up phone calls to the actual cleaning - we have been thrilled with the excellent service.Rick runs an amazing business with personal attention.
