I visited this office on 7/17/17, a lucky day. They were very busy but through it all they were delightful to work with. They definitely earned their halos. Pleasant throughout the very busy morning. My hearing aids needed adjustment and it was done correctly and professionally and time spent with me was not rushed or hurried. Everything was explained to me and I am very happy with my hearing aids. The sound is much better now and I forget I have them on. Thank you for such good service.

The staff on all points were amazing! Niki at the front was so friendly and helpful! Kevin who examined my hearing was very nice, funny and super informative! The all around experience was great! I wish them all well and would definitely recommend family and friends to go if needed!

Niki Post and Kevin Moran at the Charlotte Office are the Epitome of Customer Service.Niki always wears a SMILE and ensures patients feel like they are the most important. She goes all out to ensure all questions are answered and we have what we need.Kevin is exceptionally patient and understanding. Manages to translate strange descriptions from their patients into solutions that address their needs.

After repeatedly being told that nothing could be done to help our 97 year old Aunt improve her hearing, we visited Sarah at Hearing Health Care in Charlotte. Sarah suggested the OticonOPN hearing aids and what a difference! Not only did they improve her hearing,they have lifted her spirits as well. Excellent hearing aids, excellent service and a staff that truly cares.
