From the initial getting to know each other, audiology test, learning about the new technology of hearing aids today, fitting, adjusting & making absolute sure the hearing fits securely & provides me with the best hearing quality; Eileen was 100% on-point. From the first phone call to the background questionnaire this practice pays attention to the details and the the customer! My appointment was COVID safe and the 75 minute examination was free. I went for the purpose of getting hearing aids but they really paid attention to my concerns and my needs for the aids. In the end I got the “invisible” aids (and yes they are virtually impossible to see) and I was fitted right then for the custom aids. I’ll add pictures later this week when I get them. I worked with Madison for several weeks to initially test my hearing and ascertain whether I needed hearing aids. I did! I was impressed how thorough she conducted the tests, the time she spent calibrating the hearing aids to accommodate proper hearing settings. Todsy was my followup visit with Eileen Clark at Levine Hearing. My first visit was 2 weeks ago when Eileen fitted me with my first pair of hearing aids. I was reluctant but finally decided that I was tired of asking my wife to repeat things at least 3 times.I’ve had hearing tests before but this was the most comprehensive and I tried out the pair best suited for me. Eileen made sure I could insert and remove the in ear receiver and made impressions for custom moulds. Today’s visit the custom moulds were ready and Elieen set up and paired my IPhone with the Bluetooh festure on the hearing aids. I’m very happy with the result. Eileen and Maggie Page were fantastic to work with. The ability to hear clearly has made my life much easier.

I accompanied my wife, Abby, as she went through the process of being evaluated and then fitted with a hearing aid at Levine Hearing. I absolutely LOVE Levine Hearing! I have been with them since January 2017 and Madison and her staff, Maggie, Ana and Joanne, now retired (miss you Joanne - congratulations on your retirement!), are wonderful! It’s obvious that they all care very much about their clients, and want to do everything in their power to help us hear better.I have suffered with hearing loss since I was a child, making my hearing loss and hearing aid needs fairly unique. Madison understood and took the time necessary to find the right aids for my situation, insure that they fit properly and make however many adjustments were needed (and there were A LOT, because of my situation...and sensitivity!) to be sure that I had the best hearing I possibly could. She is is so kind, understanding and sensitive to where her clients are in their hearing journey and to their individual hearing needs, she makes the whole experience quite positive! As a client I felt she heard what I was saying and that she was genuinely interested in helping ME hear the best that I could, not just fitting one more person with a pair of hearing aids! Even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic she’s been available, and has taken every step necessary to make sure her clients feel safe and are kept safe, especially since many of her clients are even more senior than I am.I also love that she is up to date on all of the latest technology and advancements in the Hearing Aid world. After cleaning my hearing aids I found the right one did not work. Contacted Levine Hearing and they made an appointment for me to come in to check. Performed a deep cleaning which corrected the problem. Now I have to resort to selective hearing now that I cannot say I did not hearing what someone said to me!
