This office is horrible. Staff is very unprofessional. I had a lab done at the end of June and the staff still has yet to call me with the results. I found the lab and retrieved my own results. Billing staff is very rude and has a do not want to be bothered demeaner. Remarks were we went over this in great detail before. Obviously, I had additional questions like why billing to insurance is different from my statement billing. From day one when checking in and information on intake form was not keyed in correctly which delayed test results. Another incident was when I had asked to get copies of my CT scan and was told they were available in the office near my location and when I got there they were not available. They did not have the equipment to send from one office to another. It was very inconvenient.

Warning: this office is only open four days per month at their Charlotte office. You really cannot provide quality care when patients have so little access to a physician. Problem 1: I made an appointment with Dr. Williams, and was seen by a different provide when I showed up. Problem 2: I made an appointment to see if a balloon treatment would help with sinus issues, and was pushed to have several scopes and allergy testing (I had previously been tested for allergies). The solution I was offered was to take more allergy medication, which is not what I wanted. I was not offered info on allergy shots. Problem 3: The office has poor tech capabilities; credit card machines not working in office, and the online payment site does not appear to work either. I have emailed the office at the email address listed on their site, and it bounced back. I was able to call in and quickly pay it over the phone, I would guess that billing questions go to a central office that is properly staffed. Problem 4: When I left my initial appointment, I was given a card for an upcoming appointment date and time. They did not ask if I was available on that date. Very strange and dismissive practice.

The best in Charlotte,and surrounding areas. I searched for 3-4 years for a ENT to solve my problem. I found my saving grace. Andrea Williams the best. Absolutely love her. She was about to fix my problem . No matter where shes located Im going.

Love Dr. Williams she is the Best at what she does will not go to anyone else unless she refers them.
