The worst place I have had the extremely unfortuned to deliver to. DO NOT COME HERE!Held up here for over 40 hours and still waiting to make my delivery.I was here before my appointment time but they do not care about appointments since they are usually far behind. They say that they will call you but never call and then delete your ISA number and besides that there is no place legally to park a tractor trailer nearby. Not even an off ramp and you can not park on their property. If you are held up after midnight there is the Marathon gas station on the corner down the street from the entrance. The Loves nearby is almost always full of bobtails of course, since its near an amazon.Avoid at all costs and make sure you tell your dispatch before even making a pickup going to this place about this place.My company will never go here again.Warning to all brokers too.

This is a really unprofessional company. I completed my application and my next step was to visit an opportunity center. First communicating solely based off of emails and their poor job site is difficult. next they give no real location for you to visit, leaving you to find that information on your own and they don’t give you directions to get there. Finally when I arrived there’s a note on the door that says they are closed until further notice. This is something that should’ve been mentioned by phone call to me or anything but all they told me to do was show up to the opportunity center. Nothing else. Extremely unprofessional I would not recommend to anyone. If you want to work for Amazon I suggest go through Amazon.force.com

Great staffing, they alway help you to find a job. But if you planning to work in Amazon, be warN about PA in outbound, they treated people cruelty.

Complete waste of time, will send e-mails saying there are openings and to log back in and schedule an appointment. When you get online to schedule appt, you arent able to and then try to talk to a useless bot on the online chat and then are forced to wait on hold for literally hours to talk to a real agent who will tell you they in fact DO NOT HAVE OPENINGS and that the email is just something they send out regardless. So in essence, they string you along and waste your time you could spend applying elsewhere.
