I was particularly impressed with the follow through from the staffing manager. Malikua Middleton did everything she said she would do after our phone conversation. I was able to start my onboarding paperwork immediately, as well as assessment required for the client. Although this is my first experience of this type, I found it easy and stress free. Anyone with a basic knowledge of computers could easily complete the tasks required.

I worked for them since 11/2020, completed assignments for the companies that they contract with and still wasn’t considered for a permanent roles. Was told bogus reasons why my assignments was ended and I knew it was because the company didn’t needed my services anymore. I felt used and under appreciated.Unfortunately after that I decided to give the staffing company another chance and completely wasted my time doing online paperwork for a job that was offered to me in which I was told I could not start because I didn’t turn in my paperwork on time. My paperwork has been approved prior to my start date and I was also told the company met its capacity for employees therefore I was not needed. If your looking for steady work do not apply here. I was a part of the PPP loan program. I got hired on the end of December and didnt end up starting work until mid February, which is fine because I understand it getting crazy when you hire on that many employees at once. But when that ended I was supposed to be getting moved to a new assignment. This was a month ago. My agent has not been in contact with me and I have been reaching out for weeks. Never able to get up with anyone through email and when you call you get transferred to someone that can help and have to leave a voicemail. It was all very unprofessional.

Ive been working with Shelbi at Talentbridge and she has been great! For my last assignment she checked on me constantly to make sure everything was going well. If i ever had an issue she handled it right away. She definitely is an asset to the company.

Well I was hired as a PPP Loan employee remotely I received the equipment on January 8, 2021 my start date was January 11, 2021 I did not receive contract with my employer until February 2, 2021 and when replied to her about when I can start it was February my recruiter informed me I was let go. Really enjoyed working for Lash Group that TalentBridge assigned me too. TalentBridge is a good company to work for but they need to give there employees more than a 30 minutes notification the day of that there assignment is ending at that time, especially when employees have families to take care of.

The hiring process and receiving equipment wasnt all too bad, as expected during these times. Pay is good.. But when it came time to give a notice of my last day of employment, Talent Bridge decided to cut off my access to the project I was working on without any notice to either myself or my manager AND took it upon themselves to remove days off my timesheet that I indeed worked! So needless to say I will NEVER return to Talent Bridge looking for employment, very distasteful and unprofessional!!! Be careful...

I am very impressed with the ease of the video interview and the on-boarding process. It is all self directed so it does take a bit of initiative and a little computer savvy, but being able to do it on your own time is extremely convenient. The initial phone consult was very professional, positive and informative.

PROS: They are very supportive and excellent in keeping you informed of the process. Everyone is super friendly. CONS: Be financially prepared to end your temp assignment without previous notice.

After applying to a job through TalentBridge, I received a call from an employee and they left a voicemail. I called back multiple times and left two voicemails over the span of a week, and they returned a call and left another voicemail, but after several more times of me calling back, I never received another call back. They also emailed me once and I responded within 24 hours, and they never emailed me back. I even sent another email asking if we could schedule an appointment so that we wouldn’t be playing phone tag, but still received no response.I had also applied for another position through their company and received a call and voicemail from a separate employee. I returned the call multiple times over a week and left a voicemail and never received a response.Not professional at all.

Ms. Brittany Bice reached out to me a few weeks ago in regards to a AP position. We talked it over on the phone on a Friday and she told me on Monday she will reach back out to me with more details and if she doesn’t to call her or email her. So Monday comes and I reached out , no answer. I left her voicemails, multiple emails and I still have yet to receive any updates on this position. I was so excited to be given the chance for the position, and to not receive any response, or to be constantly ignored is very bad business.

I’ve been working with TalentBridge for over 3 years and have had a pleasant experience with them thus far! Definitely a pleasure working with some of their staff who are dedicated to their work and friendly.

I really appreciated the opportunity and enjoyed the project. My ARSS was very helpful and saw potential in me even when I was struggling and pushed me to do better, work harder and just over all push myself.

This has been this worst agency to work with. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I started months after my orientation and original start date. Took forever for me to receive my equipment. If you get someone on the phone they give the run around or just transfer you with no notice. My recruiter was Mandy Willis. Her attitude is terrible and down right rude. Never responds to calls, emails, or the txt message they tell you to send. The company they employed me with was even worst then the staffing agency. This was such a waste of time and energy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this horrible, poor excuse for a staffing agency. I found a job in my own without the assistant of talent bridge.
