Horrible customer service, poor quality product. Bought a mouse & keyboard 2 weeks ago and the mouse has already burned through 2 batteries. Contacted customer service to see if there was a power savingfeature (offshore call center manned by people with such heavy accents that I had to ask the agent, to slow down and repeat themselves over and over). They told me I need to return the product and, after they received it, they would ship a new one in 5 to 7 days. They had no answer when I asked how I should do my work without a mouse and keyboard and were adamant that is the policy. Not living up to their statement that technology is about improving your everyday life. Ill be purchasing a new mouse and keyboard from a more reliable manufacturer - never using Verbatim products again.

The DVD-R 100 pack , I recently purchased are awful I have toss 15 or more and some record then they are blank when you play them and wont record any more and close to half the pack says incorrect region code when you put them in the worse DVD-R disc I have every bought. I have had only 9 that would record. Very disappointed !!
