I have come in for repairs 3 times now (because my toddlers are very rough with my laptop and keep damaging it.) Every time the service was quick, a good price, and done right the first time. 2 other repair shops said it would be over 2 weeks to repair what Vellve did in less than 48 hours. They also suggested an upgrades which have made significant improvement to my workday. I recommend to anyone who needs work done! (I am hoping its not me anymore LOL)

I called around few places and this company was the only one with free estimates. I took my iMac for repair since it didnt turn on after the storm we had 2 days ago, and they told me theyd call me as soon as they could figure out what the issue was. Later in the evening one of the techs called me, telling me a part had been blown and the part was in stock. They fixed it right away and gave me 1 year warranty. They didnt try to up sell me anything and I was very happy with the service.

My mac laptop was completely busted , the screen broke and there were pieces of glass all over, it was awful. I found this computer place, they gave me a free diagnostic and told me they needed to replace the whole upper part, now it looks like new! I cracked my screen on my laptop and also the mouse stopped working. I was able to get my laptop repaired by them in about 3 days. Parts were ordered and my laptop was saved!

I don’t how these guys have a good feedback. First, they want to charge me a $190 for putting a new 512 SSD on a Thinkpad. It’s four screws! Second they want to charge me for installing windows. I felt that they are way overcharging me. I did not have a good experience with these guys!!!Unfortunately, when they put it back together, they didn’t put all the screws back. Very regrettable that I tried to do business with this company!

Had a great experience. I had a Seagate external drive fail on me. Lost my partition, and did the best I could to recover the file and partitions myself. After failing, I brought my drive to Alex. Very fast service.The server at our manufacturing plant went down in the middle of the night without any warning.
